All staff is good;) People are polite and kind. Room is clear and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty! And the best is beach! :)

You get the private ocean beach and locations is very close to local food areas. Since this was the off season the restaurant didn't have everything on the menu available at least 60% what was on the menu they had and maybe 3 options for beverage which I find lacking in customer service. Resort staff are friendly I do suggest renting a scooter just a few minutes down the road you have quite a few food and bar selections that charge local prices. Other then that medee resort is near the middle of where all the other resorts are located but away from the fishing village that offers great seafood selections.

The service is very poor, Staffs haven't had a well-trained. Food is not good too compare to price even worst,. Breakfast seems like nothing (very cheap quality). Even though the room is quite nice. Thing that I love most is "bed" it s super comfy, clean sheet and spacious space of bathroom.
for me, Compare to the price I would recommend find somewhere else but if you don't really expect for the service here is fair to stay.

Wonderful Resort, with beautiful private beach… fabulous sunset, very kind staff and impeccable cleanliness… recommended.

We were in this wonderful hotel for 6 days. (28.01.18-03.02.18. ) All liked it.
Good breakfast. Scarce. This is the only thing that surprised.
The rest is 5 points.
We plan for next year.

Great for relaxing, very quiet and peaceful surroundings, family atmosphere, small personal resort, Nice garden, great beach, nice staff and good food.

The resort has a great location at a beautiful beach. Bungalows are modern and clean. The working staff is nice and helpful. The management however shows little interest in their guests and zero flexibility. Obviously profit counts much more to them than customer needs: 1. We had no breakfast booked. The resort asked a silly price of THB 500 per person per breakfast. (excuse: everything on the island is sooo expensive). So, EVERY day (7 days total) we went to the neighbor resort and enjoyed a rich breakfast at THB200 per person (fruits, eggs, bacon, toast, coffee — everything). 2. One day we wanted to rent a taxi to explore the island. Management told us we must reserve 1 day ahead, and today they had only 1 car at 3pm (probably one driver friend to share the profits). Again at the neighbor resort we just needed to tell them 20min before we want the taxi — any time. 3. Food in the restaurant is actually very tasty just the portions are so small it is never enough. (profit) 4. Among several other things from the menu, sticky rice with mango was not available. Excuse: Not mango season, mangos don't taste. EVERY other resort on the beach had great mangos though… 5. Sometimes there was nobody available to negotiate issues (Excuse: the manager has also another resort) — at a resort of this (wannabe) class, there must ALWAYS be someone who can decide! You also got mobile phones, right?

Beautiful and private place suit for bring family here out of town.

Nice new bungalows, a little small though. Difficult to communicate with the staff due to their very poor English. Food was ok, could be improved though mainly cause people who stay there have to eat at the resort every day. The beach in front is amazing.

A small and fine Resort, I can understand the negative messages (fortunately) zero. The Bungalows are cleaned, in my opinion, a high Standard, with large shower, comfortable bed, shaded terrace, every day fresh and clean. Every day there are fresh water and peanuts. The food may not be top, but will be in the morning and in the evening, special requests (vegetarian options of the menu) immediately and almost proactively met. So we will get every Morning especially for us prepared vegetables! To also recommend the alcohol — free juices are very tasty. Who wants to be in a gourmet temple, which is supposed to stop somewhere else and not in a very small Resort on a small, not very touristy island in Thailand. The staff is very attentive and totally personable and friendly. The beautiful and lush green plant, the Bungalows, almost disappearing, on the sea, it has many palm trees, so that you will feel undisturbed. Towels and mats (wood deck chairs), a kayak is available to the guests. W-LAN works even on the beach. We find it awesome here!

Very good resort and nice bungalows but for 3500 baht/ night you would expect a buffet breakfast or at least many things to choose from… The breakfast is poor in my opinion but for the rest I can recommend it!

Nice resort, but quite expensive. I liked the bungalow, it was nice, clean and quiet. The beach is very nice, with sunbeds (it is only hotel having sunbeds on beach), you'll get towels for the beach also. Water is shallow but you can still swim without any problem, also low tide is ok here as the sea bottom is sandy at least 200 from the beach — you can decide then if you'd like to go swimming or go for nice sea walk :) on the left side from the hotel is not the nicest beach of Seafar resort, there are some parts of the old pier and big bags of sand… but the nice thing is that on that side is the reef good for some snorkeling. Majority of Medee staff is kind, but only the receptionist speaks better English, it was strange for me that even the manager wasn't able to communicate in english. Breakfast was more continental, with only fried rice/pad thai as the thai option — but it was also missing spices… When I come to Thailand, I want to eat thai food… But finally I can say, I loved it here.

Very nice and cosy resort with a beautiful private beach attached. Clean Appartments.

Good but not exceptional for the prize you pay in.
