Family facility with a huge! Palm Grove and friendly staff. So much space I have not encountered in any resort! Am really pleasantly surprised.
Also the food in the restaurant is really good and Prreislich fair.
Very nice fresh water pool, the beach small but nice. There's nothing to complain about!
Why only 3 stars?
The plant would have a huge potential… but this is not implemented by the Danish management. Furthermore, the ravages of time have now left their mark everywhere. Unfortunately only the most necessary is done at the bungalows. The same also applies to the system itself.
At first glance it looks well cared for, but at second glance… For example, 3 big brown palm fronds have been lying next to the pool on the way since 2 days. The guests have to go around… in other resorts the guests didn't even get to see them.
Around the thumb rule thumb are about 24 units. In this case, full occupancy could be around 50 guests at the resort.
But why does it have just 11 chairs on the beach and 6 seats and around the pool rum 12? Although in both places the double number of beds could have been loose?
Why are the two of the pool of 6 umbrellas whose 2 are defective and are not replaced?
However, it is fair to say that each Bali bungalow has a table with parasol and 1 couch; This, however, is not used without a requirement…
The twin bungalows, 4 units with 2 bungalows each, have a terrace with 4 sun loungers, including conditions. There is also a 4-table with parasol and a small jacuzzi.
But why do you have to refer to the pool and bath towels for the day first each morning?. These could be deposited directly in the bungalow.
Why do you have to pick up your cutlery in the morning while dinner is served with your meal?
Why are the yoghurts not cooled with ice water at breakfast but simply placed in an empty bowl? The butter is the same. At least in part.
At the price of around the 5000B (March 2018) a day simply do not agree many of the little things. And the sum of the small discrepancies ultimately cost a star. And that's a pity, because I like it here.
But if it continues to do so and only the most necessary is done… At this price there are some resorts that can do better.
But the resort also has a plus point: diving mask, snorkel and fins are free of charge. You can also use bicycles for free. Scooters can be rented for 400B per day, or for 250B for 6 hours. Canoes are the first 2 hours also free. Wash clothes for 60B/kg. DVD's are also free. In rainy weather for the kids quite a good change.
Still a little hint if you will be gegragt after the ferry from the taxi driver to the hotel name… The hotel is called Koh Kood Beach Resort! There are 2 other hotels that use the name Beach Resort… If you only say Beach resort, you will be taken to beach resort natural… experienced.
