Bad impression from the day that I am not staying yet! I am not happy about the service from the Reservation. The staff is not good and not professional! We had booked over a month ago and it is nearly checking in at the beginning of July! We had been booking by Expedia from the USA. My fiance had booked and sent me an itinerary to confirm our booking by myself! But the problem is we are not convenient from the service at the Reservation. It makes us disappointed and maybe we will decide to do not to stay here and move our booking to the other hotel there. So We are sure a lot of good serviced hotels there in Koh Chang. Your hotel has to think about it. You make customers have a bad impression even though we do not see and stay there yet! It is not because of the hotel facilities or other services from the hotel but because the staff does not smart and good enough for us. This is telling me that you are not professional! Bad services I am not recommended this hotel for sure. Great hotel, many swimming pools, bars and restaurants, great service and right on the beach!

ONLY the expensive rooms seems are OK! Just arrived (3rd of March) and for sure our last visit at this Hotel! Absolutely not recommended! While checked the booking at various platforms and always find rooms named "xxxx hilside or xxxx Seaside". So I booked the hillside for me and my almost 80 y. Parents, because we not need to have a sea view! When arrived we was send to another part of the Hotel, wich is cross the street! Horrible! For have access to the beach, breakfast, dinner and all the facilities we have to cross the steet again … (remember parents 80y. ) This most worse I ever expected for a beach holiday! … you can call a hotel car, for pick you up for go different location at the resort, but sometime this car never come or you have to wait till 10 minutes (by the way, my parents (80y. ) can not call the car anyhow, because of less english) … I'm so sad we payed already for 6 night, orherwise I would leave immediately and quickly went to "Top Resort Koh Chang"! This holiday is totaly wasted! I ask change the room for my parents for a normal standart room at the beachside of the road, … there only can get a room with seaview (upgrade > 1.500 thb per night). Our roomview is straight to a wall … so also not any view! The entrance to our building is like a backdoor secret (see pic) … Let's see what's the next shocker! p. S. St bathroom is a little black mold and our Aircon in both rooms quite noisy. We booked the "Deluxe Jacuzzi" room.

The atmosphere is good. The food was delicious. Good service. The staff were smiling.

We stayed here for three weeks and I would really recommend this resort. Huge and good breakfast buffet, large rooms, lovely rooftop pool and a very nice beach.

The Service is absolutely first class, great Pool with a large children's Pool, pool bar with fantastic Service, the Breakfast Buffet is looking to be the same, all the Restaurants are very. The staff are child-friendly, very accommodating and do everything that the customer is happy and satisfied. We will definitely come back to the stands.

We’ve been there for 6 days for a spontaneous trip from cold northeast China to beautiful Koh Chang. The KC Grande Resort was above our expectations in all matters. Very clean, super friendly staff, amazing breakfast and also the KC restaurant at night is never the wrong choice — you can dine on the beach so that the waves are almost touching your feet! :-) white sand beach is great! That’s why we only tried the pool, that is great as well, once. I can recommend to have coffee, ice cream and cocktails at or just behind the main pool bar. When checking out we were offered to enjoy the remaining time at the resort and just before the driver picked us up we could take a shower and change clothes in a great guest lounge just behind the reception. As I said, KC was above our expectations and we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at KC grade for 6 nights I would highly recommend. Overall hotel very nice. Staffs working with good attitude and great services. The swimming pools are supper! Special thanks to Alex the GM whom follow up all our requests. Will definitely stay again when we go Koh Chang Gandhi family.

A great hotel complex with great bungalow. All very clean, the Thai staff is very friendly and committed.
This was our second visit to this facility.
What this time clouded the joy somewhat were the many unfriendly Chinese guests. At the breakfast buffet you could experience many lack of behaviour and decency towards the staff and other guests.

Nice hotel, slightly shabby rooms and infrastructure, but overall a solid four-plus. There is a gym overlooking the sea; Several pools. Well fed. The beach is sandy. There's a place to walk nearby. Overall liked it.

Poor hotel in a very fantastic Island. I would advise you look for another hotel.

A wonderful stay with buffet a nice beach. We enjoyed our stay at the KC Grand in Koh Chang. Jacuzzi on the balcony with view at the beach with this clear water and white sands. The buffet was rich and at the evening there is a seafood restaurant at the beach side of you wish to eat at the hotel. (The only thing which is important to change are those heavy and loud wooden room doors, which close, if you let them go, in a loud clap, especially when you want to sleep at night)

A good located hotel Need some updates, the rooms r little bit old, although they are big. Breakfast is not so good, the food as no taste, the coffee is blend Other guests from the hotel nearby use this hotel for breakfast, so the breakfast area is full all time, and you have to share your table with complete staranger. The staff in the breakfast area is not helping at all I only recommend this hotel for is location and big room.

This place is spectacular. The staff are brilliant. The food is great. They even surprised me with a Birthday cake. Thoroughly recommend. Hope to come back. Had a great massage too. You guys are great. Thanks.

Carefully calculate the season, from June bad weather, showers can go all day and night, wind, no sun. Good sleep from November to May (first half), the rest of the time there is bad weather. The hotel is not bad but not worth the money. Air conditioning in the rooms only for cooling, the temperature is not exposed, at night do not leave. Very weak water pressure in the bathroom, shower cubicle is not in all rooms. The beach is nice, quiet, not crowded, but shallow, long to go to the depths. The pool is small. Breakfasts are great, from main courses to fresh fruit and mouthwatering pastries. There are always a lot of Chinese in the hotel. Waifai is normal and throughout the hotel. Nearby 7elleven, restaurants for all tastes, night markets of food, massage parlors. Lots of tour bureaus.

Very nice place. Good rooms and friendly staff. 3 pools. One is for the kids. And the ocean right next to the hotel. The Wi-Fi is very slow at best, But maybe that was just in my room. But don't count on it working. Overall a good place to just relax.

Great beach and sun set views. The room was nice. Not world's newest room but the bed and pillows were soft and the shower was nice and warm. The food was also great.

4 days in the hotel, booked a Gardenvilla de luxe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach very nice, clean only occasionally with the flood of washed up rubbish. Breakfast with great choice, good coffee. Staff really super nice. Always friendly. Anyone who had a different impression here has to question his own behavior. Prices of the mini bar in the room absolutely acceptable, you won't find that often.
Actually gabs only one disturbing factor: other guests from Asia who were represented in large numbers. The same experience as everywhere, loud, disrespectful, at the breakfast buffet always load several plates equally full and then leave a large part behind. And of course, how could it be otherwise, guests preferably European, who drape in the morning at 7/half 8 before breakfast first time towels on the "most beautiful" loungers by the pool.
Should I ever experience a hotel that strictly prevents this, it automatically gives the 5th star. All in all we were highly satisfied and will be coming back. Then into a Seaview villa.

Comfortable and quiet. Fresh sea Breeze caresses the skin. The evening is very beautiful and interesting.

Good place to stay. So you no need to get out to the outside for extra thing + reasonable food price and good breakfast.

Hoelanlage clean. Very quiet. Breakfast plentiful. Room nice and cozy. A German-speaking broadcaster. Many of the swimming pools and the sea are always reserved with towels. Very very annoying. It's like being in Mallorca.

The beach is very nice and clean. The road is two minutes away. 7-Elleven side.

KC Grande Resort is an amazing hotel and spa. Staff here at friendly and the service is impeccable. You're only 30 seconds from beach. We stayed in the deluxe pool view room. We have an amazing mountain view and we're situated just opposite the main hotel. Food here is great, a lovely variety of options from Thai to European cuisines. We have a seven eleven just next to the hotel and lots of places to eat and drink all at reasonable prices. I hope you choose to stay here.

Incredible Resort. One side is the beach, one side is the hill. Of course the beach side is wonderful with is white sand, it restaurants on the beach and the pool at 50 meters from the ocean. But don't forget to visit the hill side. The view from the 4 floor pool is amazing. The Thai peoples working here are so friendly and nice.

Good hotel, but for a 4 star and at night Price, there is still work to be at the height, rust in the shower, (2 rooms in which we were, 2 times the problem mm…) A little too much industry… Too big.

Nice hotel, clean, pool on the superb rooftop and very full breakfast. However, too expensive compared to what is practiced on the island!

It is a hotel that has come in the years. We had booked e n rooms with sea views and jacuzzi. Getting one in the UG overlooking pool, the jacuzzi was only repaired after 3 of our 5 days. The reception is very arrogant, but not all but some staff, the other staff look very dissatisfied, so what we have not experienced before in Thailand. Despite everything, it has a perfect location, you can do a lot or pass the time at 3 pools.
There were two stars for the poor price-performance and unkindness and unmotivated staff.

The hotel is a good value for families with children and young couples. Nice beach, all over the island I would have designated the best. The entire infrastructure is within walking distance. The kitchen is decent. Not many travelers from the sky.

This is a great hotel with a beautiful swimming pool right by the sea. Just great to relax.

Great beach, beautiful pool, food and drinks were great, spacious room and clean, my only negative comment is the bed quality, very firm older mattress these need updated or offer a mattress topper. Lots of fun restaurants also very close walk down the beach.

Arrived at the cop after the Santia, the comparison is not in favor of the cop, maybe I liked it if I would be at all for the first time abroad. The room had a smell of a musty and rancidity, the floor after work of a canduka became why that sticky and wet (never in other hotels it was not) towels in the room nice to black) cleaning in the room for 3, Dirty beach and dirty sunbeds-the staff on the beaches there or they Do not clean the beach at all? The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. A lot of people, crowds of noisy Chinese, bespardonnyh to the same, lack of sunbeds) to anyone will not advise this hotel! I think its ratings are highly inflated and its value (

KC Grande is certainly one of the most beautiful hotels on Withe Sand Beach. It is definitely worth booking only Bed & Breakfest, as there are a lot of restaurants on WS Beach and also on the street.

The sun was not so the pool is cold. The restaurant, the prices are normal but the portions are small.

Before we moved to the KC Grande Resort and Spa, we were relaxing at Sea View Resort and Spa (the hotel is unbelievably handsome, clean, staff smiley and everything in the hotel is made for guests …) "To say it's fabulous, not to say anything. " When I arrived at the hotel KC GRAND RESORT and SPA, the first impression that you were on the market somewhere. Lots of tourists, no free sunbedss, umbrellas. I didn't read it. A sense of struggle for a place under the sun. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. And very a lot of Chinese … That are noise and always …

Dear management and entire KC team, what you have here too built up, is really hard to beat! I know hundreds of hotels around the world and — tens in Thailand! But the entire atmosphere and the price — performance ratio is unique! The new bungalows (garden and beach) are a dream and all the staff super friendly! The prices are the crackers! Where to get Hotel minibar prices otherwise at the 4 star like this? 60 baht for a beer and 25 for a soft drink? We paid else loose that 3 times! The free Wi-Fi is looking for in his same speed and the food is so perfect that it will take the language, at these prices (I'm cooking)! Awesome and keep up the good! I hope my comment does not help, that the prices will be increased, and I no longer can afford these wonderful luxury smile.

A dream holiday, GRANDE, thanks KC and thanks also to the best tour guide by go vacation Mr. Nattawat Muangthong, only in Russia I would no longer offer this hotel, or act courses offer God thanks to true after three days past the haunting.

We stayed at the beach front bungallows and liked it a lot. Altough the room is quite small and the bathroom was far from perfect, we did not mind. Great access to beach, nice pools, good food in the restaurant — we'd get back.

Good access to the beach and breakfast is good and room is spacious BUT room smells damp and has mould on the ceiling, I think the air con needs cleaned. Really no excuse for such basic things in a hotel that could otherwise shine. Typical of Thailand to ignore the finishing touches.

We stayed at the hillside deluxe that is so close to the pool on the 4/F. Great service and friendly staffs. Definitely worth a try if you cant choose where to stay on Koh Chang.

Quite nice resort but slightly older demographic. Just north of the resort the vibe is much sunnier with less baby boomers and Russians, and more flash packer types. Still my favourite beach as much of the island gets swallowed up by the package tourists, it's just the way it is. White sand beach has a healthy balance of backpackers and people who prefer a hot shower and a good bed.

Lodges in both Soviet sanatoriums, and rooms in the main building are excellent. Cleaning Super changed every day:-) bathrobes in the room there are umbrellas, slippers, beach towels, repair of the perfect. Breakfasts Super. And so, dear, and basic food.

The bungalows are terrible! Food poisoned! The bungalows are very bad. And we fell bad after diner in this hotel.
