Second stay here and just as good. The Hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquility in busy Jomtien — especially the pool and pool bar area. The rooms are very comfortable with amazing beds and pleasant balconies — rooms are always super clean. Breakfast always very tasty and everyday they rotate the offer which is great. The food at the restaurant served close to pool area is also very good and very reasonable prices.
However the very very best thing is the people led by the General Manager Ploy — she is very helpful and always very welcoming and friendly — as are her entire team that make you feel like this hotel is your home in Jomtien — a real pleasure and makes you want to return again and again

Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a fab time in the area. Staff were friendly, rooms were well sized, clean and modern. Two awesome pools, one with a waterfall. They also offer free shuttle service to mian part of Pattaya. Highly recommend if you want to be close to some colourful nightlife.

Good hotel. Clean rooms. Greenery all around. Limited variety in breakfast. Not so cooperative staff. If you stay here, dun take a chance to leave your room unclean during checkout bcz they charge unnecessary fine for unnecessary reason! Located in the gay Street! Beach is nearby. They provide only one key for the room. Keep it safely else you will be charged a fine. Not that great experience.

Great value for money and enjoyable pool and good rooms. So many nearby restaurants and massage places. Short walk to the beach. My third visit, will keep returning. The TV is excellent HD but only Thai language. A few foreign channels are piped in, quite blurred. Had to use my iPad for watching, luckily the Wi-Fi internet speed is excellent.

Hello world! I was in December 2017 with my mother. I fell in love with this hotel very friendly staff were late for breakfast fed than CHTT have! Allowed after a 10-minute swim in the pool received a 1-hour Thai massage and cocktail… Two wonderful pools and a 5-minute beach… 15 minutes to Bazaar! We are delighted)

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hot water was constant. The restaurant serves delicious national dishes and European dishes. Themed evenings with the participation of national Thai groups are held in the evening. The staff are friendly and helpful, speak good English.

Super Hotel, great location for bahtbus and close to the beach. Nice staff and very clean.

A small quiet hotel, friendly staff (Russian do not speak, English a little bit), breakfasts are excellent, there are two pools, one with fresh water, the other with salt water, though both small — 3 by 8 meters, depth 1, 2m.
Rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning, kettle, sockets of all types.
The location is favorable; on the one hand, from the street noise is poorly heard, on the other, Jomtien beach in 5 minutes on foot, the tuk-tuk route in two minutes, nearby there is a good Russian restaurant and a good pizzeria.
From pleasant moments, one free Thai massage at check-in (seemed better than in many places on the streets) can clean for free any fruit you bring.

Great hotel. The rooms have everything you need. In the bathroom a hair dryer, hats, toothbrushes, pasta. Beach towels are provided at the reception. Polite, smiling staff. 2 swimming pools. The breakfast was good. Close to the beach, the exchanger and the "7eleven" I recommend.

Very happy that I change where I normally stay. My booking was handled very well all my question where answer with 48hrs. There was a slight problem with check in the room they gave was not ready but it was fixed straight away with a new room. The staff so far been very helpful and friendly and they do their best to understand English I had no problems rooms are good size and well maintained Breakfast has a good choice of food and Happy Hour at the pool be good still have a few more days Thank you.

This is the "hotel" with the absolute worst service ever. I have never been treated this bad in an accommodation ever.
There is no room service in a four star hotel?!
And we ordered some food from a vegetarian restaurant, because they have nothing egg free vegetarian in the restaurant. But the reception tells us we are not allowed to eat in our room?!?! We paid for a 4 star hotel room and are not allowed to eat in our room.!?
The communication skills of the stuff is not very good, if you have any more questions than check in or out,. You won't get an answer.
I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is the worst experience my boyfriend and I had in forever.

We stayed in May this year and staying again in September excellent service by all the staff who were, always very helpful and make you very welcome, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, staying there you are only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and in easy reach to get a bar bus into Pattaya.

Professional staff, very clean and comfortable hotel. Free tuk tuk service Luxury room. All perfect. We will come back.

From the safe in the room stole men's ring. Neither the hotel staff nor the police to search for and resolve the situation did nothing. The hotel guide said that the situation is standard. Very frequent are such cases. Away was not even an apology.

The hotel is bang in the center of a vibrant nightlife. At the same time the rooms are private and there's no disturbance from the street below. Clean, great service, very friendly staff. And everything works… They lay out a very generous And varied breakfast buffet menu which changes every day. Nice pool with a good poolside bar… All said and done. It's great value for money. I'd recommend it any day and will certainly go back.

Beautiful new motel in the heart of Jomtien's liveliest area. Public transport baby bus route is right outside the hotel. You can get everywhere from here.
