16 staff and ZERO clue. Nice new property. Terrible service. Also, we found the rooms to be not clean.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are big enough and clean. Booked through online. They have all the facilities. Foods are also good.

The room was very well equipped. On the seventh floor it is impossible to sleep normally, because the sounds of working engines on the roof interfere. The neighbors are also audible.
The rest of the rooms are comfortable.

We were in a Japanese restaurant. Very tasty, nourishing and relatively not expensive. Great staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

No mirror in room and lights are very awkwardly placed in order to get ready.

Customer service was excellent. Needed a document printed off and the front desk and they made it happen.

It's the worst one that I didn't meet before. We have no hot water for taking shower and get free spa with broken air conditioner. We gave the tips on the bed for change the bed site but they didn't change any stuffs. In my suggestion, I wouldn't be recommend my friends to book here anymore.

Nice room and service. The breakfast is good. The location is in an alley but there're some small shops near the hotel.

Nomar with bathroom is a single unit, it is not convenient. The location is also on the fan, from the center away, from the beaches too.

Great hotel. Met in the building phenomenal, in a room with a sea view. Spacious room, large bathroom, perfect service. The breakfasts in the chic restaurant overlooking the sea are different every day for every taste. Nice pool, also overlooking the sea. You can visit the swimming pools and quays of the neighboring hotels Zayn and garden sea view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Near the hotel there is a small Russian restaurant north, where you can have a tasty and inexpensive meal. Nearby is also the Temple of Truth, a 15-minute walk away there is a seafood market where you can prepare delicious and fresh shrimp, crabs, scallops, mussels and so on.

Modern new it with original interior and layout of rooms. There are few hangers and no closet for clothes. Limited time of use by the pool. No greetings from the hotel on your birthday.

The swimming pool at the hotel closes at 19 o'clock. A gift from the hotel for the birthday is not done.

Iwas here on a group tour. Clean new hotel well managed with nice ocean view. Most people staying here are korean or chinese Its far from the walking street So its very quiet. In other words, very difficult to get to any tourist attractions If u r a backpacker, I should find somewhere else.

Charges are very hefty if you create any mess in room. Gr8 breakfast option. Swimming pool cool.

Rested c husband in the hotel from 23 March to 1 April. Still are under the impression! Very good hotel staff! The hotel is wonderful! New, clean, light. Located right at the North Pattaya, Naklua area. To the centre in 10-15 minutes by tuk-tuk. Arrived at the hotel in the morning. When checking in, you need to leave a Deposit of$50, but it is returned upon departure. All the staff we immediately given 2 card which opens the door to the room and switched on the electricity and coupons for Breakfast. Staff very courteous and helpful.
We lived on the 7th floor, room 706. Sea view and construction (building a new hotel). The room was perfectly clean bed linen and towels changed every day. Clean the rooms every day. The room has air conditioning, TV, safety Deposit box, Hairdryer, bathrobes, Slippers, refrigerator, Minibar (extra charge), Wi-Fi. Shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, ласьон body changed as needed.
Breakfast is from 6:00 to 10:30. Fed us very delicious and varied.
On-site amenities include the pool, but it is small.
