The privi suites con tanta le grand.

Even though the location is very good, the rooms are quite dark and they charge additional fee if you have guests in your room.

Nice rooms, great facility, good service.

Price performance is fine. The rooms were clean but heavily worn. A big renovation is due here once again. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Hotel eant 150 bath more because I have girlfriend all days but not when I was booking. She came later and every evening more.

Good Location, Easy access to beach! Let me try to give a step by step review of the Hotel: Location: The Hotel is located at a very good location, very close to main road. Easy access beach (5 mins walk) Few good Indian restaurants within 2 mins of walk. Shopping carts just outside the hotel. Checkin Process: The checkin process was very smooth. They take a deposit amount of 1000 THB (refundable at the time of checkin). The reception area and lobby looks very good. Room: We were 4 people and had selected Deluxe Twin Room. The room was very spacious, 2 ACs, TV chairs etc etc. There were 2 beds both could easily accommodate 2 people easily. The only drawback was the bathroom. There was only one bathroom and it had few minor issues like 1. The door wouldn't close completely. 2. Hot water was very mild. 3. Jacuzzi was not well maintained. 4. The shower room didnt have any curtain or door. Taxi Service: There is a taxi service just outside the hotel. Overall it was a good stay.

Be ready to hear biggggg "No" for anything you need from hotel staff.

The worst hotel experience I have. The AC is not working, complained many a times but did not repair it. Water in the shower stoped coming while taking shower. I could not come half way and come and complain. This is really ridiculous. Never ever checkin a hotel like this.

It's a decent hotel if you are staying with someone you know. The toilet is not sealed meaning the frosted glass doesn't go all the way to the top of the ceiling. So you can smell everything that's happening from the toilet area. Aircon could be stronger but it's weak at even 18. The shower glass design is strange as it only covers 2/3 of it, so if you put the water on strong, it will flood as the base is slanted away from the drain and splashes outside of the shower space. Wifi is weak, don't even bother. Beds and towels were clean and comfortable. Cheap stay for $23usd. Only positive is it's walking distance to the beach and a 15min walk to Bali Hai pier.

Good location for those who want to be in the middle of the event.

Its good hotel and the location is near beach and royal garden mall… I like the bathtub… they use solar heater… the room was clean and big. Its good and clean hotel and price is good … thank to booking for give me good price 2 night for 1800 baht.

Best hotel very good situation and very good staff. Some times we can have mouse in our room but they are harmless :P.

Great location, good English and Tagalog speaking staff. Rooms were large.

Good hotel in centrum of pattaya nice staf near shopping center and resturants will be back in August 2014.
