Very good place and clean and good location for tourist many Bar there and many restaurant.

Good location good price except the electricity.

Firstly this is a private apartment not a hotel. After three days of settling is credited in the end the owner stopped to respond in writing. By the time we arrived, didn't answer. After about an hour, when we started looking for another hotel (and it was already time 23-00) we were informed that right now we'll be down for some woman gets us in the room. OK, the covers come in, but when after check it was found out that she was going to take a shower and spend the night in our room, it was somewhat unexpected. Left to get a refund…

To being with the check-in let me tell you they have their own immigration process. The security asked us to fill a form for every member who stayed at the condo. They also took a copy of our passports. After all this they let us in with no access to take our taxi inside, so we had to walk with our heavy baggage to the elevator, which was a painful walk. The room that we got was too tiny for 4 of us, and I wish the host told us about it. We got extra bed, but we were bumping into each other all the time. However, the look and feel of the condo was good.

Stayed here for two nights with the family. Great place to stay if you are going to be here in Pattaya. Very close to the beach and other important places. A lot of eateries at the entrance itself. The infinity pool is superb. Go there early morning and during sunset for special pictures. The rooms are kind of small as they are studio apartments. You can accommodate 2 +1 not more than that. Also, contact your booking agent 5 minutes before you arrive as without them security will not allow you in. Also, keep in mind that your luggage has to be hauled by yourself beyond security post. Overall excellent experience.

Best experienced here. I would come back and rent here again when I back to Thailand. The securities are really nice.

Nice apartment. Close in walking distance for eateries, shopping, massages and bars. Close to the main beach. Apartment block offers an infinity pool on the top floor. Awesome. Flat is provided with all the comforts and strong Wi-Fi. Secure and recommended.

I hate to rate this but it is because I am greedy. Great location. All facilities. I checked this place to purchase. Best infinity pool I have ever seen. Somebody willing I wll someday own one of these units. Great place to stay.

Extremely nice buildings and very new. The rooftop pool and the views are great, although it can get crowded up there. The location is convenient to everything.

Nice condos! Just few minute walk from the famous pattaya beach road and few more to the walking street. It’s easy to get around as you have plenty of sharing taxi driving on the main road when you go out. 7/11 is just near. And opposite side of the entrance security you have really nice and cheap restaurant with Thai and western food! The staff is really friendly and the Thai food is delicious! The only thing the condos have no reception than just be sure that you have a contact number and you are able to call the agent to make the appointment with them when you check in because they will bring you the keys. Because the security will not allow you to enter if you not registered and get the keys… the building is new and all the facilities are working well! Nice place to stay even if the room are relatively small!

New residential complex with lots of Chinese. Very quiet despite central location.

Nice apartments and structure but bad service! Wi-Fi in non existent apartment every time I had to go in the lobby and at the request for various information I was never answered but delegated to others, also, we had no problems with the Ceck-in which was not our reservation.

Very nice apartment, small, but for 2 people just right. Super equipped. Best location. Pool on the 3rd floor and a chill room and small park on the 27th floor with 360 degree views over Pattaya. The area is guarded by security personnel and inspected at the entrance. Good sense of security. However, there are a lot of tourists here but it is relatively quiet for Pattaya. So recommended.

One of the local famous apartments, the location is very superior in the city centre, offering a monthly rental price of 10, 000 to 15, and 000 baht.

New, until Zahezanyj, located not far from the central festival, at night very noisy, in the corridors of acoustics such that you hear what is happening on the other side of the building. The workers are full of crap, very rude, help from anyone will not wait! On any questions shrug shoulders and pretend that they do not care. In the place where the reception is usually located, there is the office of the management company, where there is a sign, which says that they are not reception, with all the ensuing consequences. Constantly delivers a nuisance system in which you can get to your floor only with your key. If you come to a large family or company and live in different apartments on different floors, then will meet a very big problem! TC you can only get to your own floor. By their version you all have to have phones, you have to call and meet guests on the ground floor! Learn about it usually in the elevator, when going to the store or just to the street without a key with a pass (for example, he stayed in the apartment with YOUR second half) you can not get back, and because of the recent arrival local SIM cards have not yet bought, and if it is still at night! My favorite condo in Pattaya. Great pool on the roof but unfortunately too little lying. Great location.

Decent place to stay for 1-3 people. Clean. Security. Everything is close by. Gorgeous pool with views of Pattaya Bay. To get in and out. As this is apartment cleaning and change of linen upon request and a surcharge. Thanks a lot.

The BASE consists of 3 buildings and has 2 swimming pools. The Condominium complex is located next to the Second Road not far from the night life of Soi Diana Inn and within walking distance of Central Pattaya Shopping Mall. It´s easy to catch public transportation from the main road. On my visit I stayed at Building B which houses the infinity pool on the 32nd floor. The condo was small but well designed and tastefully furnished. On little more than 36 square meters it had a living room, separate bedroom, bathroom and a kitchenette with a 2 plate electric oven and a washing machine. Also a dining table with 2 chairs. Well maintained Condominium Building right in the heart of downtown Pattaya. Last visit | May 2017

Super Great Apartments! View from the pool is awesome!

The new condo is pure and new. Conveniently located a little to the left 100 meters and the center of Mike as the Heat went through it and on the beach. In 300 meters central festival where you can eat all sorts of crap 40-150 baht portion. A lot of branded Magazov and the most expensive supermarket on the ground floor. Thailand's policy is large import duties so Sankcionka stands as a cast-iron bridge. In the condo 2 Basik and gym There is a dry cleaning 30-40 baht per machine (6-15 kg) shorter advise. On ARB need to bargain and negotiate a meeting I took off for 15000 baht per month 33 square meters. M-+ pledge for the key and cleaning of 1000 baht. Electricity costs 6 Baht-kilowatt.

I stayed 2 night at B building. There is small room but I love the roof top pool. Also, the view of top garden is very nice So I think would like to go back here again.

Stayed on Tower B level 21. People are friendly,, & they can speak chinese too! Swimming view at tower A Level 31 was awesome! There a security guard at e entrance where they will check every car or person that want to enter the premises. Safety measures are fully taken care off. — — There no reception but you need to call the person in-charge to get them pass the keys to you.
The Wi-Fi in both room are not usable even thou they have provided the details. Did inform them regards to Wi-Fi,, they explain,, we tried but still undetectable. And we gave up. Lucky we purchased the tourist sim card. So we just used our own data instead.

I stayed on the 22/F of tower B, it was very quiet and I slept well. The location is super convenient. There is a massage parlour right outdide on the right. I went there twice and were satisfied with the service. Across on the left is a shopping center Mikey Mall, good selection and very reasonable price. There are many restaurents along the street and beach is only 5 mins away.
The thing I like about this condo is the privacy. There is a walkway that leads to the condo which keeps it away from the noisy street. The roof top swimming pool has magnificant view. Gym, ocean view resting rooms. Simply amazing. Will definitely stay there again. Just to recommend you also try Base Park West in Bangkok built by the same developer. Also nice.

The complex and location are ideal, running 1 lift after 11pm which is peak going out time sometimes having to wait 15mind for a lift and shutting off the a/c in the lift lobby makes you think they are skimping quite hard on some things I. E chairs around the pool on level 31 also. Guards are friendly and helpful, the people on nightshift in the Jurastic office need a kick up the ass regarding there manners.

Very good location.
