Not so good hotel, room size too small good for 2 only. AC was really bad, breakfast was good. You may find better accommodation in beach front. Lots of Indian restaurant in beach front hotels. This one is far from market and Indian restaurant.

It's a nice hotel. New, comfortable rooms. Very polite staff. Adequate kitchen. Service at a high level. I loved it! Specifically: rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool, refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, a bunch of sockets, TV, in smoking rooms — hood, 3 types of lighting, hot water. The pool has a jacuzzi, the fountain is included sometimes (thus topping the water in the pool). There's a pool bar. In general, excellent!

It's one of the best hotel in Thailand & is location is quite good as it's located very near to beach road. Rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean. Staff is very nice & supportive & offer quick room service. It has a nice pool asking with a mini pool for kids & a mini bar. There are happy hours in the evening where you get buy 1 get 1. They offer complimentary breakfast though wasn't as per the the Indian liking due to the sea food smell in some of their preparations. Another drawback is they provide only 2 500 ml bottles of mineral water which isn't enough for a family of 3. Extra water is chargeable at 149 bhat pet bottle which is to high. Best part is it has 2 convenience stores one adjacent & 1 opposite so you can buy water & other food items from there. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Loved this place. Not that great. But we made our holiday great. Pool is good. Food is awesome. Rooms and staffs are very friendly.

One of best hotel at pattaya. Centrally situated but a bit interior from main road. One has to walk at least 10 mins to reach to main road. Very much friendly staff. I would love to thank hotel manager melissa for providing best room for my family of four. Breakfast was awesome and hotel staff is ready to help you at any time you come. Room was huge and has equipped with everything needed and most importantly a pool side view for every room is really enchanting. High flooring rooms are having wonderful view of pattaya city as well as hotel.

Nice hotel for reasonablr price. The swimming pool is on the first floor and all the rooms are around it. If your room is on the first floor, you have terrace directly on the pool. The rooms are little bit outdated but all what is needed is in here. There is a shuttle going to Central Festival.

Nice hotel and within walking distance of lots of great bars and resteraunts.

I would recommend this gorgeous hotel to anyone our surroundings in the hotel we couldn't fault at all & so clean. Our stay was made perfect from the lovely staff we had & one in particular the lovely Marissa the manager. Wish we could've brought the hotel with us to Koh Samui.

The experience in this hotel was wonderful. Every aspect of the service was up to the mark. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are cozy and clean. Totally had a good stay.

It's a lovely hotel and staff. Unfortunately a group of Indian looking guys have no manners. Shouting to rooms from the swimming pool. Trying to enter the pool in underwear. I feel sorry for the staff who are continuously trying to explain and asking them to stop. Only to be greeted by another group of similar Indian looking idiots. Such a shame.

It's location is good friendly staff and big rooms.

Good hotel. Complimentary breakfast. Free shuttle service to nearby places. Good swimming pool. Cheap food and 7/11 store available just beside hotel.

I had a great time staying here /valued for money / awesome staff / only one pitfall for the management was hot and cold water kept alternating off and on while I selected just for cold will be back again.

Perfect Hotel. Hospitality is just fantastic The girl at the reception greets you with love There is an indian restaurant just opposite to the hotel. Rooms are well modern and comes with all basic amenities which may be needed. I have stayed in many hotels across south east, middle east but this was one the best experience when it comes to customer rejoice. Thanks to the staff :)

Amazing place, amazing. Very kind people, truly from their heart. Very tasty quality food. Swimming pool very clean and pleasant. Reasonable priced. Beautiful hotel. Very clean, pretty and silent rooms. A real holiday, like paradise. Hotel close to all the major sites.

Super supportive staff… Delicious Menu… welcoming pool and energizing view! Highly recommended for a refreshing stay close to all amenities.

When we lived here, it was noisy and goofy. Very uncomfortable bed. At registration the copy of a card was removed, then from it the money was cancelled, and not for our accommodation, and separately. That's enough.

Nice hotel, rooms are made in a modern style, of the cons the location is not the closest to go to the main street you have to walk on the roadside, there are no walkways.

The hotel is great, liked almost everything! Of the minuses is the location and most of the day the pool is completely shaded.

Never select this property… very bad experience.

Good price and good condition of rooms.

Big room! The bathroom is great too, clean, staff can speak/understand English well, clean swimming pool. Good value for money but no breakfast or breakfast area.

The place is ok, but a bit lower than expect from Centara.

The room is small but the bed is comfortable.
