Hotel is normal. There are not insects. Breakfasts are good.

When I visited this was almost vacant hotel. No crowd at all. Morning breakfast is very limited and have Thai food only. Not very Indian friendly restaurant. Can have better options. Very near to alcazar show location.

Great hotel in Pattaya! Close to everything! To the north, to Jomtien, to the center to leave easily and quickly. The northern bus station for independent travel to Bangkok is also not far away. There are many massage salons, where foot massage 1 hour for 100 baht.

Hello world! We were in the 2014year. Once entered the nose hit the smell of mildew and dampness! In the rooms the smell of mildew was a little less, but we were terribly disappointed that there are no balconies and loggias in the entire hotel! The window was opened slightly, the husband could only look out and smoke. The Konder is old and noisy, adjoining doors with the neighboring room, listened in the evenings and in the morning a young couple, had to make a TV louder. In the corridor, the ceilings in the divorces and flow, carpet on the floor wet, stand periodically buckets. There is no toilet near the pool, it is in the lobby and it is very uncomfortable to walk in a bathing suit by people sitting there. We didn't like it and we left for 4 days ourselves on Koh Chang. And also, the Ottelny guide Anton from Pegasus! It's just a nightmare! I read about him in a sympathetic before the trip, but decided that people are all sorts of things, maybe not in the mood. But I did not expect such rudeness! We had the indiscretion to say that we are 6th time in Taye, as we were with the whole group, he said that such tourists he immediately "lowers" and so on. Good husband went out to smoke, I filled out the questionnaire and left. What can be expected from such a guide in the future is quite predictable.

An alright hotel in need of some major renovations. If you can stay here for cheap, it's worth a consideration. Close to open air restaurants and central festival. Avoid the restaurant if you're in a hurry, they need about 40 minutes to prepare a meal even when there are no other guests eating.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, decent pool, but small. Friendly staff. Convenient location 300 m to the sea.

Very bad hotel. Once it was very good. But now nobody can give any rating. Only breakfast is good as it oldest and nearby pattaya beach.

Hotel grand sole is a very good hotel with 4 star facility. We stayed here two nights. It is very near to sea beach. We can access the beach easily at day or night. Market and indian food is available easily.

Beautiful minded reception, approach roads lead to choicest​ destination of Pattaya, eateries, Alcazar, walking street market, spa, massage therapist and Sea activities.

Good breakfast, near to the beach, cleanliness needs improvement, some areas had a smell of fungus & mould because of old structure, renovation required.

Good service and tasty breakfast! Personal is very kind, polite and helpfull.

Dirty tubs and shower heads. God awful smelling cheap toiletries. Wi-Fi is useless. Stained sheets and stained walls. Questionable "breakfast buffet. " Smoking area is right next to the pool and dining area (WTF?! ) Water left in the coffee pot. How long has that been in there?! Hair dryer provided has a plug that doesn't fit it in to any of the outlets in the room and has burned plastic inside of it.

A strong foursome. Looks solid, inside the snug. Close to the sea. It is quite good.

Room 801 after the repair, the location of the hotel, staff, service, Breakfast — everything is OK.

Good, But swimming pool has salty water. Breakfast is somewhat ok.

Room 602 horrible room with no balcony and vooooobŝe do not open window. Moreover they are dirty and are the only source of light that you have to close because the building across from you pâlûtsâ working. But if you closed the window in the room becomes so dark that local coverage is unable to cope with the looming darkness. Feel like a Mole with his dûjmovočkoj. To all claims on the reception you cute smile.

Good hotel in a good location close to the sea and the Centre 5 min walk, there is Wi-Fi in the entire hotel and free well fed, all that is necessary for a holiday present. When entering shops cafes moped rental.

Stayed with my wife at Grand Sole Pattaya Beach hotel from 15th to 17th Jan 2013 & found a home away from home. Location, service, staff & stay were fine except for food which was not suiting the Indian taste as most of it was meant for western & far east visitors. On the whole a good place worth the price of stay.
