The room was large, but nothing of the design, the bedside no plug, night calls fork electric super inconvenient, and friends to use the breathing machine, you want to go and buy a tow plate.

A new luxury hotel in Pattaya. Large room, bed, bathroom, & lobby. Located in 3rd road so you can walk on a shortcut street to 2nd road. Right beside Sampheng Market & near to Hollywood Club.

Actually not too good, as in the other land only this quality, it worth only 3 stars. However, to recall circumstances, Thailand is one, each small region, for each resource, respectively by foreign corporate, foreign government, the Thai Army, the Thai underworld dominate the place. Just do a single resource can have quality and stable supply, has no easy task in the land. This hotel, similar to the Chinese domestic Samsung hotel Quality. Can clean the place is OK,

Emmmmm the surface is okay but the breakfast is not okay.

Excellent reception staff dealt quickly and efficiently with both check in and check out, especially given I had booked twin room not double! The communal areas are excellent, as you would expect from a hotel just open for 18 months. However I was disappointed with the "wear" already evident in our room, grout missing to floor tiles in the bedroom, scuffs to paintwork on exposed wall, and miss matched re grouting in the bathroom, and chips already to edges of furniture. The bed was to die for, so amazingly comfortable, finished off with perfect, dreamy pillows. The hotel is non smoking, I had expected that of the room, but had anticipated that my partner would have been able to smoke on the balcony. A couple of design faults, leaves bedside cabinets without power sockets to charge one's phone, two are available on the desk so all is not lost, just had to get out of bed to switch off alarm! Final error was position of power socket for the supplied kettle, leaving it to boil against the black side of wardrobe which already is discourse, rather than against the glass screen. Minor quibbles, but I had not expected these in a 5 star Hotel yet to reach the second anniversary of it's opening.

Excellent place, superb rooms, great seriv by reception team. Best place to stay. Lov to repeat next time and will refer my friends.

All pretty good just needs a few more choices — like a Thai breakfast.

The hotel is new and have an unfinished feel. The rooms are large but a little empty without wall decor. The beds a very comfortable and the is very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly.

All mainland guests, faucet jam, decorate slightly yangchun, the hotel two beds can basically sleep two big two small, four people to order a room on it, the hotel is the local supermarket big C, very good to buy, Downstairs has a small seven, breakfast is not bad. There is a karaoke on the opposite side to be heard at night.

Comfiest beds in Thailand, struggled to get out of bed each morning they were that good. Amazing shower too, a welcome luxury after luke warm low pressure showers.

Location In front of the hotel from 22 nights starts to work some disco. Without earplugs in ears it is impossible to sleep, and them badly helps. The balcony is not cleaned. As lay butt on the balcony from the settlement, and lay 10 days.

Apart from the hotel location and space is large enough, the difference is very critical of the hotel! Rent a family Suite, 17 floor room dirty incomparable, room walk a few steps, feet black, the most terrible room has big cockroach, mosquito, house keeping clean is all the same dirty, add certain will be less one, box paper towels, toilet paper, towel, live 3 nights, last joys 3 days to fill our mini bar Originally did not, general see Chinese Regiment more, front desk staff attitude is poor, not too understand English face, do not understand will be 5 star hotel, feel cheated, will not choose to stay!

The best part of this hotel is that it is very close to big c, less then 5 mins waking time and is not too crowded. The price is reasonable.

These people are arrogant and useless. They can't even speak English and they will make it your fault. You must avoid this hotel.

Pro: brand new ish hotel. : close to shops 7-11 and Sum Peng market, no need to worry about finding something to eat. : staff are friendly and really helpful, polite and full of service mind. Con : lots of tour groups, they are quite loud. : the night club music from outside the hotel is super loud at night. : there were a few unfortunate issues but they all were sorted out quickly. All in all, it's good value for money. If you don't want to stay next to the beach. Easy to get in and out. Food and shops are around. Nice service, clean ish hotel.

Brand new hotel, still in start up faze.

This hotel is now just over a half year old and it still has the taste of NEW. So rooms are all new and modern and as a special they are huge. There is still some work in progress and building activities can still be seen on certain corners. But the hotel is now fully functional but is still steadily improved. When Wi-Fi was a problem in January (due to our scout), now it's working very well. Like this the hotel is still perfecting processes, even though it is already excellent, so you can expect something good.

Bright smile, clean spacious and comfortable room, across the road is big C convenience shopping.

Room is nice and clean. Shower is great.

The pillow were soft, the view are great, the swimmibg pool is clean, the bathroom was comfortable, the food are good, the service was good and they are polite. Recommended for you if you want to go to Pattaya Thailand. Thank you for your service while I was there… Hope can see you again when I go to Pattaya again, someday… :)

Very good as for the 4'. Rest with 1.01.17 to 4.01.17 Opened as 3 weeks) I think we were the first to live in his room)
From the shortcomings:
There are no staff for the huge hotel. Everything is empty, not running!
"Not one cafe out of 4 or 5 worked. The restaurant worked, but there was a lot on the menu! We took fresh, we brought juice from the package : ( (

Overall, it's purely attractive
Relaxing at the Grand Fourwings convention the day before grand Palazzo here was chic, glitter and high cost. If you compare the 2hotels, both of which are 5. This one doesn't pull: (
