A nice and quiet property in bustling Pattaya. Well located.

Clean, calmful and nice place, staffs are hospitable, breakfast is good variety of choices. Recommend for everyone.

The room and facilities are nice. Staff was so helpful. It was meet my expectation love the place so quite and peaceful. Feels like home far away from home.

Every room have own kitchen. One can cook food of their choice.

Hotel is quite nice working staff is quite welcoming and friendly although I don't know about pricing I am on a Business trip and bills are paid by someone else.

Rooms were clean but their ACs didn't work in all 3 rooms we booked. The reception people, also, were rude. Arrogant behaviour. Hope they mend their ways soon.

Best place to stay in Pattaya. Very good service, ambience and locality. Staff is very cooperative and helping. I don’t have idea about lunch and dinner menu but yes they do have good breakfast with many options. They have swimming pool and gym as well. Massage parlour and small shopping mart is also there in side the hotel.

I've stayed 3 times here in 2017 and 2018. Everything was ok except of the sewer smell from the tap water. The smell was there whichever room I got there. The hotels around don't have this issue. I liked the large room and the location. After giving a few tries, I just couldn't keep staying there because of the smell. Hope they address the issue soon.

One of my favourite spots to stay in Pattaya a short walk to the beach. Convenient for the bus station and the nightlife of soi 6. Huge rooms, reasonable price and nice staff.

Check-in was a breeze. The hotel didn't have the requested room and upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite at no extra cost. The hotel itself is contemporary modern. The rooms are spacious with clean lines and decorated in cool colors. Breakfast was great! Location is great! There's a no thrills massage place when walking towards the main road that does a superb job! Only downside was that there are lots of moaquitos, but nothing you can really do about that.

Overall good clean and neat nice pool I stayed 5 days. Breakfast everyday little different. Reception staff one is roughly just call a taxi she ask 20 bath room have oven indection cooker Smart TV everything good. I forgot my pendrive that connected the TV send email to hotel's mail id unfortunately not response.

Five people came to live with a bed, but the room was large and comfortable. The pool was very clean. The downstairs chicken can go directly to the room, but there's no chance to try.

Used to stay here for 5 days, everything was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and the location is not really far from the beach. It was a nice place to stay.

Good rates. Nice location specially after the brand new Terminal 21 shopping mall will open within walking distance.

Good place. Very compatable. But really bad Wi-Fi. Really bad only reception Wi-Fi is better. Need to changed Wi-Fi. This is really important problems for business. And TV is not good. Could not connected HDMI.

Never come again and never recommend to go! The worst experience we ever had in Thai which we come nearly 4 times a year to Thai! We are family of 9 and book 2 room of 2 bedroom suite! And the room kitchen garbages haven't clean and still leave the rubbishes of previous customers! The team communication of front desk is weak and have opportunity. We have called to reserved for a driver to drive us back to the hotel outside the water park at 5:30pm and the called was made as 12:57pm which the drivers and ladies mentioned that we only call 2 days in advance and they can arrange! However, we have wait until 6:55pm and the driver still didn't come! And one of our kids is sick! Awful experience and we didn't expect the time management will be that bad. When will get back to our room, there is additional bed at the hall and we haven't request for anything! And after we talked to the front desk, they have mistakenly mixed other room request to us! Disappointed and worst experience ever!

Great service, rooms are beautiful and everything works perfectly.

From the outside it does not look like much, But the pool and rooms are A1. I had two Deluxe Studio kitchenette Rooms, very clean I will be Back to At Mind Service Residence next year for sure. I never complain about Breakfast as its so cheap to buy if you dont like the hotel one. Just saying. There is parking onsite as well.

Definitely will stay again. This place has it all. A beauty and massage salon, Sauna, spa, pool, restaurant with excellent food and a mini mart.

Nice serviced apartments, well maintained room. Nice pool and gym facilities.
