It was our first time visiting Hua Hin, and we are extremely happy with our stay at Putahracsa Oceanside Jacuzzi room. It is a lovely and quiet resort. All the staffs are very polite, helpful and nice. Their service deserves 10/10. Would like to thank the following 3 staffs who made our stay even more meaningful. Boos was the first to welcome us during our check in, upon hearing it’s our first visit, she is very patient and recommend us many nice places to visit. Thip helped us set up the jacuzzi and we enjoy it very much. Anna always greet us when we walk pass the lobby. We were looking for a type of soap and asked the team where we can find it, and instead, 3 of the ladies went the extra mile and helped us to call up the beauty shop and find it for us. We are very thankful and appreciate it. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of selection. Portion is very generous and taste decent. The amenities provided are very thoughtful too. We will stay with your hotel again if we visit Hua Hin, and will definitely recommend everyone to visit Putahracsa.

Friendly staffs and a spectacular view of the sea Beach isn't as nice as Phuket but understandable. The rooms are very nice and good curtains provided the privacy. Best of all, free minibar with daily topups. And there's free beer in the minibar too… And chips 👍👍🙏😎👏

I've been there 3 times. Love the place, hate the receptionists. No service mind, poor manner, makes you feel like they're doing you a favor. Every other employee are well-mannered. The reception team should seriously be retrained. A smudge to what would otherwise be a great vacation experience.

I like the "feel at home" feeling of the resort. This place did a great job of keeping guests feel welcome and relax during the whole period we stayed there. I had a perfect experience there. All of the hotel staff were very nice and had a service mind. The facilities and hotel interior made us feel so cozy. I had dinner at the Oceanside restaurant, the view was fantastic. The food is good. The bakery at Ob-oon cafe was delicious. Love the pools too. Overall — Perfect.

Enjoyed my stay very much in this most beautiful place in 2018. The service in general, the rooms, the swimming pool, breakfast and the spa were all exceptional. Higly recommended. A wonderful place to unwind and get to know Thai culture.

I very appreciate this hotel. Every lovely staff so nice, always smile and polite. Putahracsa has the swimming pool, nice breakfast and dining place which can enjoy with sea view. Moreover, when I and my husband had been to the Huahin market at night, staffs was clean up our room again, that so appreciate ♥️. … Must to come back again.

Such beautiful rooms. Clean, comfortable. We liked it. The breakfast was also ok. The beach bar is nice, but the prices there I found very fierce.

Let people relax the boutique hotel, should be worth five stars, but less than one star is really hope that your hotel can be better, because there are small details I want to say 1, check-in the day's reception lady, took my credit card to the door, we can not see what to take to do, so asked, perhaps language skills are insufficient, misunderstanding, but her tone should not be impatient, we only stayed in ibis for the first four nights, the counter lady very patient lying to our understanding are still smiling face,

2, spare box, if not minded to provide, can cancel do not put, I open the spare parts box, toothbrush only one, cotton stick is the previous tenant unsealed not replaced, I put toothpaste out, the next day after cleaning, no change There are a lot of pillows in the room, the bed is good to sleep, I like to lie on the balcony to see the pool, the staff is polite and smiling face, breakfast restaurant is very beautiful, food variety, worth five stars.

Was very pleased with the atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and price level. We went for a great lunch, but will be back to try the delicious menu for a dinner one day too. The Manager came over to greet us at the table, and to make sure everything was in order, and the whole staff was attentive at all times. Highest recommendations and a super experience in all. Well done.

This is quite a nice resort, it allows you to relax. It is very quiet inside, breakfast was nice and it's very close to the beach. I recommend it.

Very good hotel, top rooms, good facilitie, breakfast very good, friendly and helpful staff. One minus point the hotel is seperated by a busy road so to get to the beach part of hotel you must cross this busy road. Else excellent.

Amazing service all time while we’re staying. We definitely had relaxed, stress free 3 days. I would recommend to everyone who’s visiting Hua hin and love to coming back in the future. Free Tuk tuk service was definitely strong point of them but everyone here willing to help you and meet you where you at. Again, absolutely amazing service and lovely atmosphere!

Service staff very polite, swimming pool clean, we all day in the hotel swimming, they provide free to Hua Hin Night Market Doodle car, really save a lot of money!

It's nice here. After a day, you can't say so much yet. A pity that you have to cross a road to get to the beach or to the bar. Otherwise, the first impression is good. Light music by the pool and chill atmosphere. Beach clean and relatively lonely.

Unfortunately I find the drinks at the beach bar very overpriced. What a pity. There is a chill atmosphere there — even in the evening. Discreetly lit. Really nice. There are no people there. Because of the prices. What a pity.

We got the best room of the resort (room 414), beautifull sea view, jacuzzi… Staff are extremely nice and always smiling. Enjoyed every minutes of our stay, realy wish to come back. If you go to Hua Hin, give yourself the pleasure of booking Puthracsa. They deserve it also you ☺

I was there to have a look at the place to stay but the entrance was so difficult for the handicapped — lots of steps and steep and the staff was not helping at all. The place looked nice from the photos but if the management should have done something with the place to accommodate ALL not just some guests. I'll be happy to stay there and help publicize if it's finally adjusted. Let me know by responding to the reply below.

Ocean side is cool, nice view and private pool. The food is delicious and spa is nice but higher price than the outside.

Very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Very good location. 2 beautiful, very well kept pools. Beach unfortunately often dirty, so you can not bathe.

Good hotel staffs. Nice pools. They have 3 pools in total. One infinity pool facing ocean, one salt water pool and another big one too. Rooms are clean and location is good.

Hotel top class! Beach at 50m! Welcome, very nice. The hotel includes a multitude of pools! Bar next to the beach, with happy hour all day! Room perfectly clean and the staff at the little care.

Great for vacation. What a relaxing and quiet place! Everything provided in the room is as good as 5 star hotel in the city and yet you also find yourself some peace away from the city. Breakfast is tasty with enough selection. I’d be happy to come again.

The hotel is located in the city centre, has its own access to the sea. The restaurant is located in a very pleasant location overlooking the sea, enjoyed the evening visit to this institution. The kitchen is not full, nothing special, the prices are above the average prices of similar establishments in the city. The place is interesting for lovers of solitude, silence on the background of the surf.

If you're looking for your relaxing time, away from busy and complicated days. I recommend this lovely hotel as they have a very charming of services, peaceful place and very clean. Comfortable, easy going, and full filled your energy back.
Very convenience for going out as they located mid of the city that you could reaching Night market easily with interesting TukTuk service Bar and restaurant are nailed it of how they designed the place which very matching with the atmosphere and tuning up your meal perfectly. Happiness and relaxing are met up in this place as you may need your clock stop! let your mind away and appreciating your sweet time just there.

Incredibly personalised service, meticulous attention to detail, very hard not to recommend a stay here while in Hua Hin. Do note, there are two sections to this resort. Oceanside guests stay by the ocean while The Silk Sand and Sand Sky guests stay across the road, 100m from the beach. Each section has a pool however the Silk Sand/Sand Sky guests have access to a much larger pool.

Food and atmosphere are excellent. A few things here and there need fixing. However, overall close to perfect.

Just ok! Doesn't compare to the photos you see online. The rooms are excellent and we'll appointed but overall the property is 3 star at best. Staff is very courteous and helpful, speak good English.

Very much the tropical resort you think of when someone says "tropical resort"; you'll be right next to the beach, where there's also a great restaurant/bar with tables or lounge seating, as you like. Very romantic, especially from dusk, onward. Prices are high, but about what you'd expect from an in-hotel restaurant, and with matching quality, so it wasn't a huge issue. The morning breakfast buffet was also fantastic. The rooms were great, aside from some bad outlet placement. The ones we were in were fairly spacious, cool, and very chic, with all the amenities you'd expect/need. Service was always friendly and smiling, and I even ended up with a cool Thai friend that we always chatted up when there. Outside the resort, it's fairly close to a lot of sites and great restaurants, including a walking-distance night market and a popular night eatery with 50baht large beers. Like most of Thailand, it's also easy to grab a taxi to various famous locations, as needed. The area also seemed to have a high foreigner presence, so keep that in mind if you'd prefer to meet more locals. Pictures are of the resort restaurant, just after we arrived.

Lovely place that can be reached directly with bus from Bangkok airport. Lovely apartments, breakfast and dinner at the beach, with great cocktail bar. In walking distance to the city.

Tried Ocean View restaurant last night and it was a welcome haven from the cheaper places in town with delicious cocktails and food.
