The service staff is very good, impressed. The ambiance is very good.

The room was clean. The atmosphere is good and the room is clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I've never been disappointed.

NOT STRESS FREE BUT EXTREMELY STRESSFUL! NOISY IDIOTIC MODIFIED EXHAUST MOTORBIKERS RIDING UP AND DOWN THE ENTIRE COTTAGE ZONE! The rooms were functional and when I checked in I was specific about a quiet room away from the maddening crowd. Front reception Yuyi was gracious enough to grant me a quiet room. On the second day, the very rude and impertinent staff Kin decided to deliberately patronise me by inserting everyone next to me! This extremely bitter individual literally filled up all the rooms surrounding my room whilst leaving the other sections totally empty! Void of any guests! I had a terrible time! When I contacted Kin about the boisterous neighbour surrounding me, she literally laughed into my face, made a mockery out of me and tongue in cheek told me it’s not her problem but mine! She then allowed the loud modified exhausts motorbikers ride around my room. When I questioned them about it; they blamed it on the Technicians riding their bikes! How inconsiderate and vile can they be towards their guests! In all my years of Globetrotting, I have never encountered such an obnoxious and abhorrently impertinent staff like Kin! She is a total disgrace and a terrible liability to the fine hospitality and tourism industry! I definitely don’t recommend this place. There are many nice and professional staffs around in Sheraton Hua Hin but this is definitely NOT THE PLACE. Eric Room 113.

It s peaceful hotel but Good design, hotel staff was friendly. A lot of children activities.

Golf course is not difficult. The greeny big trees are the attraction. 2 player sharing 1 golf cart is allowed. Clubhouse and rest area is comfy. Ladies shower room is clean, adequate, not fancy. Enjoy your day.

Nice enough course but expensive and mandatory caddies — caddy fee and expected tip = 600 Baht, for a caddy you may or may not want. Overpriced carts — 750 baht. It's bloody hot to golf here too.

Good course, was nice and green when we played. Caddies are good, and the facilities are more than adequate. Not up alongside Banyan a d Black Mountain but I will go back again.

Quality location, pools, and food! The pools do close kinda early, around 7. If you have time, go to huahin, 35-45ish minutes away.

Beautiful 27 holes golf course. Very challenging from back tees but fair in front ones. Fantastic 18 hole in B course a par 5 with the green in a island the with view from the club house. Friendly staff and good caddies. Course to enjoy.

A place to relax… good food, quiet area. Amenities are well designed and of course unexpected cake.

Poor and bad quality of room and service. Can't use jacuzzis, broken bathroom and expensive foods with worst taste. Only one time is enough.

One of the best golf courses in Hua Hin. Maybe the best layout of them all. 27 holes al together on 3 9 hole courses.

23 years old and showing its age. Course OK but maintenance, carts and general presentation average.

Not many people at the golf course, but they can't manage a smooth golf game although they have 36 holes. Wait every hole for 5 min&no marshall!

One of the best hotels I ever had in Thailand. Big and comfortable rooms, very polite service peronal and a wonderfol golf course.
