Very friendly people who helps with everything you need. Also good food in the restaurants. Nice and clean rooms, very nice swimmingpool.

Sea facing and garden facing rooms are spacious and airy with wooden flooring. Avoid pool facing rooms which are damp due to guests walking wet on the carpet in the foyer. Food quality is very good with big breakfast spread and many options for lunch & dinner. They have restaurants serving Thai, Japanese & Chinese food.

Big parking, nice pool, friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. No infrastructure nearby, meager breakfasts.

Just across the street from the ocean. Easy to access. Beautiful rooms and facility. The pools are wonderful. All the food in the different restaurants were delicious. We highly recommend this resort.

The hotel was great, room was very spacious and nice sea view, good restaurants. My only complaint was the amount of pigeons around the swimming pools messing all along the edges, I realise that pigeons are hard to get rid of but there are ways to deter them especially in the areas where they nest. L like the place it's very beautiful. My daughter wanted to stay here more often. The room is big and also clean. Breakfast is good. Some food are not that tasty but after all it's ok. The swimming pool is the perfect size to swim with your family. There is also a small pool for your children. … The staff is very nice and super kind to all ages. At this hotel there is also some activities like painting a clay doll for a very affordable price that you could pay. This is a very nice hotel it would be good in all ages.

Guest service, can't praise enough in word's. From security, front desk to the room service, every single department. Rooms very spacious and clean, superb seaview delicious foods, will always return to stay here.

Big rooms clean n huge pools. Carpets smells a bit. But great for the price. Very satisfied.

This hotel would definitely be above my budget, even in my wildest dreams, but I love the beach park in front of the hotel, which is taken care of by the hotel, but it is open for everyone, as it is on public land.

Narcissism aside, being a global business traveller and having spent half my life in numerous fine hotels around the world, the lavishness of the hotel doesn’t speak quite as loudly as the professional services from the staffs, which of course, is also a reflection of the management capabilities. Long haul flights and taking hours to arrive at one’s destination can definitely contribute to one’s grouchiest state of mind! Any staffs who think that just the sweetest furnishings of the hotel would suffice to ease and soothe the traveller’s mood; really needs to go back to the drawing board of the true purpose of Hospitality business! Even the so called “5 Star” establishment like The Sukhothai Bangkok cannot get it right! But tucked away in the remote town of Cha’am in Petchaburi is this Hotel’s management staffs like F&B Manager K. Niphon, K. Wirat the Front Office Manager and Hotel Manager K. Pallop that never ceases to awe, impress and astound me with their professionalism and tenacity to get things right in their establishment! They have all danced in perfect tune to even the most stressed out Hotel’s Guest! All 3 impeccably Professional Managers K. Niphon, K. Wirat and K. Pallop can at anytime and any day, stand toe to toe with any Finest International 5 Star Hospitality. I always say; any Hotel that is worth my compliments is definitely on the right track of a “True Blue International 5 Star Hospitality Services From The Heart!

After several attempts in trying to get their service acts together, finally new management staff, F & B Manager — K. Niphon made the cut of a truly 5 Star Service from the Heart! An exemplary figure for the rest of the other staffs! I am totally awed by his professional demeanour and efficiency in handling issues that were not even within his job scope! His intuition and insights to a guests’ needs prove his impeccable experiences in this Hospitality business! Definitely an asset to any 5-Star Hotels that choses to put him in their employment! Room 818.

Rooms are spacious and nice! Housekeeping needs improvement, long strands of hair can be found on the bed, bathroom and occasionally pubic hair on the bed and sofas?!? The worst part of course is the Italian Restaurant Manager who have the nerves to chastise any guests who places too much order at one time! Accusing us of mistreatment of his staffs without giving them sufficient rest time and this forsaking their breaks. He of course hinted that a huge tip would suffice for the inconvenience caused for ordering too much! HOW PREPOSTEROUS! WHAT NERVES!

A beautiful hotel; A real insider's tip. We stayed in high season and were often alone by the pool.
The pool area is gorgeous, the staff super friendly, the rooms large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great and will be getting fed up. There is something for every taste.
If you want to criticize anything at all (and after our dream holiday I find this more than difficult) then perhaps the following points: — the restaurants in the hotel are comparatively expensive (of course) — the replenishment of pool towels, which You get free by the pool, sometimes takes up to noon (tip: Just keep one of the day before) — there are big meeting groups in the hotel every now and then, it's a bit louder and full of everything in all but highly recommended!

Great location just off Cha-am beach with luxurious rooms & beautiful swimming pools.

Have looked at the hotel looking for the next Urlabsjahr. It makes a difference when you see the hotel from afar, with the typical Thai construction, as in the skyscrapers in Bangkok. When you enter the hotel through the lobby you will notice that it has more waiting hall character and little reminding of Thailand.   Unfortunately, more and more hotels are being built more in concrete with lots of glass. Apparently, some of them are great, we don't. Here, the designers or the clients are missing more and more tasteful design. We have visited and inhabited some luxury hotels, but the hotel did not convince us of the construction. When we walked through the garden to the pool, we found that the side rooms had a view of the garden, but no other view and not a bit of sun, sea view is not anyway. The courtyard with pool landscape again although not bad, many Stienelefanten, but concrete or stone built in large quantities. Not a bit of Thai typical deco etc. Also missing here are some herbal dewaists. This exudes sterile elegance. The rooms are otherwise OK. Conclusion: If I spend so much money on a room in this hotel, I must be able to feel comfortable there too. Here mostly frosty feelings come up. We wish others a lot of fun there, after all it is a matter of taste. Our hotel will not do it now.

It's a great place to stay, service, food, facility and staff are great. It's nice in the peaceful area in the south Cha Am Beach.

Sorry if this is long… But here goes Don't take this wrong in my opinion the Thai people are very sweet and very humble. Once they understand what you want they do their best. For a 5 star hotel? it definitely is not. … Even if they are 5 star I don't believe that the staff should 100% speak English. Just a little bit would be helpful because we English speakers are generally very lazy to speak another language. If they are 5 star then why do the staff not understand simple basic English. One example… I asked for "2 big glasses pls" the reply was "coffee" I did laugh within myself and repeated myself very slowly. They turned up with two small glasses. We got there eventually. Lol. This is one example… there were loads of similar incidents… But we laughed it off because we realise its not the staff's fault. Probably management expects too much of them. We were blessed enough to see just One of the assistant managers Pat, he was great. Very helpful and spoke very good English but poor guy is one in a million… how much can we expect him to do. Apart from this guy not a manager in sight. No one to deal with any issues. Customer service desk was always unattended. The restaurant services was very poor… again not because of attitude but lack of knowledge or lack of training… I would def go with lack of training. We got better service at all the street food places just outside the hotel along the beach. They were all fantastic. I would def recommend the street food here.

Spacious and well designed room, beautiful sunrise view balcony, tempted breakfast, helpful staffs. Too bad can’t enjoy the chemical free swimming pool.
Definitely will come back again!

We visit 4 times, alone or with family. This hotel is located in quiet part of Cha-Am. Nice and friendly staff, breakfast is good and we like the option to take the food out site on the balcony. The hotel have a little private area a cross the road down to the beach. Food snack right outside, several options to eat on the beach close by. We see you again in 2018.

Attention… Smoking is prohibited on the entire hotel grounds… you want to smoke you have to go in front of the hotel. Otherwise a very nice hotel with nice rooms. In the photos of the hotel it looks as if the place is right on the beach but it separates a small street. However, overall a very nice hotel.

Beautiful hotel with some really nice swimming pools. We ended here after our roundtrip through Thailand. The rooms are pretty big (and really good looking) incl. A bathtub. The breakfast was one of the best we had and especially when there are conferences in the hotel you just might get lucky and find yourself with even more breakfast choices. The pool boys were great as well and the guards where friendly when entering or leaving the resort. A few tips however, the prices of the restaurants on the resort are pretty high, there are some good alternatives in cha-am but you'll have to walk 15-30 min to reach them. Beside that, the English language skill level of the staff is average to low. Last tip for the hotel (although I did already try to tell them at the reception, but the staff didn't really seem to get me) when you got free Wi-Fi and you decide you'll use login codes for 24 hours, please make sure the staff cleaning the rooms places new codes at your room every day. Currently you'll have to walk to the reception every time your code is expired. During one of the checks there was some miscommunication leading to the staff telling me I couldn't get a new code. My advice, make it easy accesable (but secure ofcourse) for your gasts and elimenate the current hassle. Last good point about the hotel, when you got your Wi-Fi code it works great!

Nicely decorated hotel. Large room. Great food.

The resort looks spectacular, with big rooms and great views from "sea view" side of the tower, very nice pools, with Thai architecture and interior design. The buildings and some room features are a bit dated (big CRT TV in room), some peeling paint, etc but not looking overly shabby. The location is outside of the main beach/shopping/markets/bars area which is about 3km North. This makes for a quiet, if somewhat isolated stay. The resort has 4 restaurants, so if you like to sit in a restaurant to eat you'll be fine. The prices are also typically steep compared to other options. I dined there once and tried their Thai food and it was atrocious. I prefer the Thai "street food" up the road. My wife and I ordered a feed of seafood from one of the fresh vendors who cooked it and brought it to the hotel for us later, and we just met them out the front and ate by the pool (being careful not to make a mess and clean up after). The service was poor. At breakfast one morning I heard a staff member call a guest a mother-f***er, and tell him to f*ck off. The guest didn't know because the staff said it in Thai while smiling at him. I didn't like that the pool bars closed at 6pm, it kind of goes against the whole 'stay here' approach (after all, what are you supposed to do? ). I can't think of a good reason to stay here unless you are happy just sitting by a pool.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Chinese restaurant is a scam and cheat customers. The restaurant recommended a dish and charged $7000 baht for one abalone dish from a can. We did not ask the price before ordering. The hotel should not have a restaurant that cheats people.

You can still, is near far from convenience stores, to find a hotel had to walk part of the way to the South to the North, the hotel swimming pool is divided into three layers are very enjoyable! Breakfast is good! Room I feel I'm not squeamish! HA HA
