Fantastic property in the heart of Bangkok. Such a hidden, quiet piece of paradise to relax in. Beautiful rooms well allocated spaces throughout. Great food and service provided throughout the stay. Tuk tuk shuttle to Lumpini mrt provided at allocated times.

Nice and comfortable stay with attentive service. The spacing is pretty good. Two people in deluxe room and I didn’t feel crowded. Love the concept of 24 hr check-out after checking in and extremely love the concept of 24 hour anytime & anywhere breakfast. I had my breakfast at 13:30 😆 Food at J’aime is also excellent as always.

Wedding at U Sathorn Hotel I was impressed with the service in every part. The staff are all lovely. The room was big and clean, the food was delicious. A second tome for us but definitely not the last. The hotel is still amazing, clean, relaxing and spacious.

I used this hotel for my wedding. However, the service was horrible. Sale who take care us, are disappear during my wedding time. When we had discussed with manager, they said that they can reduce 50% of service fees but they will charge us more cost since our guest are too much. (When I counted my relation, the number are less than what we planned). I don’t know why this 5 stars hotel use this kind of thing buff us. This is very stupid thing that I had ever seen in my life. Give us discount but charge us more cost? This is suppose to be 5 star hotel? At the end they offer us about complimentary which is free room in case we would like to sleep at U sathorn again. When I heard this offer, I said that you are still dare to offer me free room even you got very terrible service and want us to come back? Where is your logical things? By the way our sale name is “KUD” who provided super horrible service to us. Until now they never say apologize to us, never! OMG! Cheer for horrible service at 5 stars hotel. Perfect place to stay in Bangkok.
The stuff is very kind — we liked very much the system — even if you can't wake up in the morning, you still can have the breakfast in the afternoon. I recommend this place for sure!

This is my favourite hotel in Bangkok and possibly in the world. An oasis hidden away from the husstle and bustle of Bangkok. Great room impeccable. Stylish contempary and low rise hotel. Fantastic setting around the beautiful pool. Breakfast possibly the best buffet ever and the staff exceptionnal. Friendly helpful and professional. I keep coming back whenever I can.

We always stay here whenever we visit Bangkok. Its a great get away from the bustling of Bangkok. Markus & Jenny have been very helpful with our accommodation. We stayed here few times before and whenever we need a tranquil place away from the bustling city life of Bangkok, we always come back. Staff at their Michelin Star restaurant J'aime, is very helpful and polite. Their breakfast is The Best! We appreciate all their work and we feel welcome with our stay. This is second time visiting here. I think something happened to the kitchen for the breakfast. Needed skillful chef. The miso soup tasted like just salty water. I recommend so many times to my comunities after first visiting. I have changed my mind now. I'm not going to stay this hotel again. The air conditioning in my room was out of order. Even though engineer solved the problem there were too much dirt from the air conditioning filter on the floor. I made a complaint about that but they didn't clean it. I regret to choose this hotel again.

This place is good, actually so good that it compensates for the location that it is in. It is a bit far from the main area but it's okay — they offer a bike rental so you can look around the area. They also have a convenience store next to it, so do your food shopping there if you need. They have a large outdoor pool, they lend good books to read from and is very serene. Staff also very attentive and helpful. I would return.

Great place to stay if you're looking for villa style resort in the middle of the city. Close to 7-11, room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was super delicious! Will definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel in the middle of Bangkok tucked away. Amazing luxurious rooms, fantastic lobby, sprawling gardens, great food and personal care makes this hotel a far better bet then the contemporary hotels in Bangkok. A truly 5* experience and will return soon.

We booked the hotel based on the reviews, its location and the fact that you have the opportunity to check out exactly 24 hours later after you have checked in. Because for us it was the last step on the way back home, that is, we arrived at 10pm on Saturdays and then had to leave the room until 10pm on Sunday, which was perfect for us.
On the way from the flight hillside to the hotel (we came from an island) we had a taxi (taken at the official taxi rank), which tried to disguise us quite obviously (We knew the way, i. E. Time and cost from our arrival in Thailand a few weeks earlier) because His taximeter was so unfathomably fast and suddenly he didn't understand us anymore either.
Here directly the first plus point of the hotel, the reception service. We thought that we would be received directly at the car, so we turned directly to "Sammy" our dear receptionist. She then spoke to the good taxi driver, in Thai and with us English (which you spoke super! ). The end of the song was that we paid the normal price and the taxi driver drove. Thank you!
Afterwards we were received super cordially by Sammy have received small gifts and were led to the room, the luggage was brought after.
The rooms were very chic and clean. Every detail was paid here, everything was right and fit. The rooms were pre-tempered and there was a fresh fruit plate to the reception.

Great Hotel feels.

Somewhat secluded, but it is worth the about 15 minutes to go to the subway (free driving service once an hour) Super City hotel where you can stay longer than just one to two nights. Great staff we found a new favorite hotel in BKK.

U Sathorn is a real gem in Bangkok, between the tall buildings and the city palaces here you can find a real haven of peace!
Wonderful reception make you choose the soap you have in your room and the tea that you can taste.
Our room (a simple standard) was very nice and spacious, spotless and bright, spectacular bathroom with an immense shower, walk-in closet with automatic lights, everything for personal hygiene, soft bed.
Worthy of note the fact that you have written on each switch the corresponding light!
The breakfast is complete and prepared all at the time, I have never seen a breakfast so well made and I speak from Italian that has turned quite a lot!
The bar then, the Library, Thai cuisine Perfect and exquisite us since we arrived we did nothing but eat here, we tried almost all the vegetarian sandwich, the great Pad Thai, the fabulous pistachio salmon.
To go there just to try the bar!
Pool small but well taken care of, friendly staff and always helpful, really all very professional, congratulations to all.

We have stayed at this property enough to be able to have these impressions: Located near the park of Lumpini is in a position of enviable tranquility, difficult to find in Bangkok despite being almost in the city centre. Certainly not very close to the shopping malls… The structure in the complex surrounds a huge swimming pool which, together with another for the youngest, is in turn surrounded by a large garden. The complex, on only two floors, is newly built. The rooms, spacious, have each or a small patio with table and armchairs that overlooks the garden, or a large balcony. The service staff, numerous, is attentive and accurate (for example the room is redone twice a day). There is then inside a restaurant of cuisine French directed by a Michelin starred Cook (French) So prices can only be adjusted. For the rest overall the value for money is absolutely favorable in relation to other Bangkok facilities of the same level.

Went in for dinner, and ordered too much food because they have a great menu! Good service. Will surely go in and try their breakfast/lunch soon. Can’t wait!

It is very nice hotel, good decoration, luxury design. The location is not easy to access by walking (strongly not recommended to walk from MRT station) since it located in Sathorn soi 1 (beside q house Lumpini). The best way is to take MRT to Lumpini station and exit in front of Q House building then take taxi or tuk tuk which less than 3 mins. The hotel environment is so calm and nice. Like oasis in the heart of Bangkok. The tea room is so good to taste variety of tea together with good books or good partner to chat.

The room is great, but right in the night fast 11 points when we transit choose to walk back to the hotel, because the taxi has to solicit for less than the road also does not far, then you have encountered riding a motorcycle a man, a toothy about our smile, hand stretched over to grab our hands on goods, but fortunately the hands of only 711 to buy Microwave food, carry-on bag side of the back, but because the items scattered on the ground, too terrified Sprint to run back to the hotel, also from hotel left a minute away, and want to tell everyone in Thailand is a great place, but give us this chance encounter this thing, I hope you can be no matter do not get tired or want to save money or in solicitation within the car, and doom are going to ride back to the hotel, after all, the hotel computer was unluckily secluded plus some street light to quite dark.

From the MRT Station a little further away, 7-11 is also a bit of a distance, however near also have a delicious Thai food restaurant! Is a great experience to.

Their hotel outlet "The Library Cafe" is good with variety choices of food from Thai, Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Steak, Noodle. The decor is modern vintage. I like Grilled Tomahawk Pork with Pumpkin, Flambee, Thai T.

A resort in the Worlds your oyster. A quiet citadel in the heart of busy Bangkok business and administrative district. An all-round the clock check-in and check-out system practiced by the hotel is a great benefit. Example: you check in for 1 night at 22:00 — you are permitted to stay full 24 hours and check out same time next day. Food at breakfasts is tasty and plentiful. Hotel operates a full flex bar and a French cuisine restaurant. Rooms are spacious and comfortable bed sets are definitely worth a mention.

Good hotel to stay in a quiet place of Bangkok. Very nice swimming pool. The room are white and very illuminated. The restaurant is excellent and at a reasonable price.

The hotel atmosphere is ok but the staff service mind should improve so quickly most of the staff (front desk, bell boy, pool staff but only staff in France restaurant is good and some housekeeper is ok) have very low low low service mind, not active & not professional as 4☆ hotel. Hr should have responsibility on this and your hotel will have more effective and get higher standard as 4 ☆ star hotel. P. S. This is only 4☆ star hotel that I have experince with most of the staff have very low service mind in Bkk. It's so strange. Urgent to improve.

The hotel is fantastic and the breakfast which is very cheap is awesome. The bad point is that you need to check out at the same time you checked in the first day and if you arrive early in the morning directly from the airport is an inconvenience. There is also no courtesy room.

Family of 4, had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, hospitable and friendly. Beautifully modern hotel in the middle of busy Bangkok — great place to escape to and get away. Only 800m from the nearest Train Station, most sights are very close by via taxi. Would highly recommend, we had no issues during our stay. Thank you U Sathorn!
