The hotel is clean and staff are nice. The only setback is the food. They are serving breakfast at 6:30am when people are getting out earlier than that.

New room. Newly renovated. Nice staff. Location is quite remote. But staff was friendly to give you a tuk tuk ride to get to the main road.

Hotel room and location is very good and near to Indra market, We booked one room for 3 person from MMT but Hotel staff not ready to give. After discussing lot of things like we are going to complain etc, …, after spoiling 1 hour finally got room.

Male receptionist was rude. Asked for a three beds room, given room hardly had any space to move.

Wifi is very bad. Rooms are not as expected as it shown. Not worth of money.

Easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and near to the market and malls… The staff are polite if I go back again here in Thailand I choose to stay again here.

Great for the value of money and location. Services could have been better. They cleaned our room while we were out in the city. We didn't ask for it and even left a "do not disturb" sign at the door. I felt my privacy was violated.

The maps for this hotel are not great. To find it, go almost to the end of Soi Petchburi 15, it's on the right. The building is labeled as MYHOTEL with a smaller Zen Rooms sign at the front. The main area is about 4.5m square, with a 4m x 1m shower/toilet. The bed is comfortable, the windows open, there is a stocked bar fridge — prices are a little more than 7-11, but not too bad. The breakfasts are quite nice. I found the staff very helpful and happy to answer any question. The AC was a little troublesome, with the remote showing the required temp, but the unit not giving it — making the room either single digit cold or close to 30C. Petchburi Rd is a 400 — 500m walk. THe hotel has it's own 6 or 8 seat tuk-tuk, a taxi service & a van. The taxi is 500THB to Suvarnabhumi airport. If you go to the top of the soi and walk along the trainline (watch out for trains, it's a used line) the Ratchaprarop BTS is about 850m. You can get a tuk-tuk to is if you prefer. Pratunam market is close by, as is the Isetan mall near Chid Lom BTS — both are an easy walk. If you need laundry done, out of the hotel toward the train line there is a few coin operated washing machines run by an aged lady. This are far cheaper than the 40 — 60THB per item in the hotel. There are plenty of street food stalls around, some are better than others but may cost a little more. Family Mart & 7-11 are close by. It is a reasonably convenient location, and I would be happy to stay there again.

Other staff arent approachable. So sad.

Very, very noisy air conditioners. I asked for quiet room but received something terribly noisy. On my head was not only our air conditioner but the air conditioner for the whole main floor. They didn't change the room also.

It is a very clean budget hotel. Very close to do shopping. Friendly staff. There is a travel agent at the hotel who was very helpful for us and made our vacation extra special.

3 star hotel. +1 clean but has a weird smell inside, +1good location close to street food and market/mall, +1 for decent service, housekeeping is good… Small rooms with small washrooms but hotel water and air-conditioning are always good, decent breakfast. Has a mini spa/massage area downstairs.

Location is quite deep from main road. Internet speed is only average. Shower water pressure is fluctuating. Otherwise, room is clean with basic facilities.

Good service, friendly staff, clean room, and located near the spas, market & shopping malls.

Room is big, bed is big and environment is clean and looks new. Hotel near city central. Walking distant to platinum mall, neon night market. Message shop inside hotel.

Affordable hotel, very accommodating, a little bit far from the main road, comes with buffet breakfast, has their own tuk-tuk if needed.

Be careful with this Hotel. My companion lost a wallet inside the room. When we asked the front desk to check who entered the room they refuse instead called a staff who said she was the one cleaning the room and nobody else. Even if we told them not to enter they will still do. Also, a very noisy hotel to stay. You can hear the noise from the other room.

Affordable and have free Wi-Fi access each room. Great foods and cheaper.

Great room with a minimum rate, friendly service, they gave you a free tuktuk service (please to give the driver tips, bc he is so nice), but so so bfast, good location. It is near platinum, pratunam night market, etc. Will be back to this hotel again! ❤️❤️❤️

We booked 5 rooms for 4 nights with there website for a special price. But payment on arrival. After come to check in our booking canceled by management without informing. But They have available rooms & charge us additional 250 Bhat. Staff is not friendly, only think about money. Breakfast was not good. Not enough food choises. After finish one food they got long time to fill it. They do it to save food. Because if there is 10 persons in restaurent for Breakfast they serve food for enough 5 people? Some times we have to ask staff to fill bread, butter, eggs, sausages.

The room is quite big for a budget hotel. The staffs are nice and helpful, and the restaurant served a good thai food with a cheap price. It has free tuktuk rides for the guests to go to the pratunam market. The only problem is they just have one small elevator, so it was quite pack and had to queue for a quite long time to get a chance to go to your room.

They stole the phone from the room. Freaks.

Not friendly staff. We request them help us to get a cab to airport since we check in until we check but no feedback from them. Food never refill after 9 am will not return to this hotel again.

I gave them 1 star because I could't go any lower. The rooms are very small, the linens and bed clothes were dingy. They did have a good shower head! We had to ask for towels every day and they gave us 2, for 3 people. The towels were old and dingy. The tours, that was another problem. We took the City tour no problem but when we went on the Royal Temple tour, our tour guide deserted us. We had to find our own way back at our expense. I would never suggest this hotel again to anyone, and I will never stay there again. Oh yeah, the staff seemed nice and friendly.

The air conditioning was old and the earth leakage circuit Breaker did not work in The shower = no hot water and hotel did not fix it, no new room or compensation. Will not return to this hotel! Centrally located but far away. When trafficjam in the morning and afternoon/evening taxi my decline to drive to the area = taxi don't know The place or simply decline. From the airport is fine, but otherwise, you may need to take BTS and walk a bit.

Wrong location, it was deep inside to the end of alley.

Reasonably priced. Breakfast is good. Room maintenance is good. Suggested improvements :- 1. Must employ more staff with good English knowledge 2. Menu on breakfast should be displayed in writing.

Clean room. Good service. I recommended it to other fresh travellers to choose this hotel.

Nice room, good price, but Wi-Fi is very slow.
