Impossible to access equipment such as the swimming pool, the accent badges being supposedly always broken down, even though it was one of the criteria for our reservation! and the lack of equipment in the kitchen! without dishes or cutlery she doesn't care 😖 we asked for a discount for not having access to the pool and she didn't want to make a commercial gesture 😖
