This is an apartment hotel. They don't provide dental kit. Balcony is not accessible. Swimming pool is indoor. They provide kitchen cutlery, but no detergent. Indoor parking is available. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is American style with unlimited bread, cereal and drinks. This location is 10 minute walk to shopping mall. They also provide free tuk tuk to one BTS station. One thing disappointed me is that the apartment does not have washing machine. When I booked the apartment via Expedia. The picture has washing machine.

Comfy beds, clean nice sized rooms, friendly staff. The pool is a little cool at this time of year due to it being under cover. Nice views of the surrounding streets from the rooftop garden.

Spares every expense… their English was good — on a little side street … basic economy 2 star hotel…

Awful service, big rooms with balcony, but the sliding windows to go out are locked, when I asked front desk to open it, they informed me that for safety reason they can not. After many complains from my side and explained that is unsafe to leave the door to the balcony closed they open it for me. Cleaning bellow standard, but nice swimming pool. Big construction project just next to the hotel make noise and dust unhealthy.
for the price they have you can find much better in Bangkok.

Good hotel for the price you pay. Restaurant could be better. Breakfast needs improving. This place has the pool but its covered so expect cold water. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great value.

Yes, the room is very wide, there are two halls. Like living.
Lock the door automatically. The drawback is that there is no washing machine.
The toilet house is a bit leaking. It would be more convenient to have shuttle bus to the city center. Because it's not too close to the city. However, the overall impression is satisfactory.

Good for peaceful stay. Rooms are quite good (swimming pool is shallow just 3 ft depth / Wi-Fi — don't expect it to be super fast, but its enough to surf around YouTube with bit of buffering). Near to all kind of restaurants, just in walkable distance you can find kfc, starbucks and other restaurants includes western, chinese, indian and japanese cuisine. Public transport is nearby; you can access public bus service in 5 mins of walkable distance. For train u have to take bus or taxi and travel like 15 mins to reach chong nonsi (nearby skytrain station) You can book taxis like uber and grab at your doorstep. I would suggest you to stay in this residence if its first time for u to bangkok and you are looking for economical and peaceful stay as well. :) Cheers :)

Old bad smelling room. Everything in the bathroom were leaking. Mold in the bathroom.

The worst hotel experience ever! Let me list it out for you. 1) They won't change your bedsheets, towels, hand towels. Even after I called the counter staff to request for change, told me that they will change it after 2 days and hung up my call. 2) Hotel staff is so rude, barged into my room in the middle of the night (4am in the morning) accusing us of smoking in the room. 3) Not guest friendly at all. Extremely prejudiced against female. A female friend followed me back to the hotel because I need to pick something up from my room, guess what? The security guard asked for my friend's ID and they confiscated it! When I asked why, I was told that because she is a FEMALE. ALL FEMALE guest they will need to confiscate their ID until this female guest leave the hotel. WHAT LOGIC IS THIS? Because she is a female? 4) Extremely inaccessible, the nearest 711 is more than 10 minutes walk away. No F&B shop anywhere within sight. 5) Even the taxi driver don't know where is this. Good luck finding a taxi back to hotel. 6) Had a faulty air conditioner and they rejected our initial request to change the room only after we persisted then they allowed. UNWILLINGLY 7) Had the best VIP room service team, had to invite them umpteen times to make up the room. After much invitation and begging, finally room service came after approximately 5 hours later. Best part? All our soiled towel and bedsheets is not changed. They simply rehung the soiled tower back to the rack.

Great place like been home, large room the staff was excellent, clean rooms, some maintenance could be improved. Rooms had TVs & kitchenette and quiet rooms.

Super neat, clean and spacious. Wi-Fi service, washing machines, kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning and some basic supplies. Free water. The room was very comfortable. Good English at reception. Garage and swimming pool. Close to shopping mall and bus lines. Beautiful view. Super recommended for a few days in Bangkok.

Excellent hotel to come with family and not be in downtown Hustle.

Very nice and cozy. Suite 1 bedroom with kitchen for +-RM120/nite. Luxury experience with affordable price. It takes 5 mins to nearest BRT.

Convenient location, fair price, modernly furnished.
