A cozy & unique place, it has an antique and vintage vibe (my favorite). Rooms and bathrooms were beautiful and very well maintained. The breakfast was good. Oh and free coffee (several types), chocolate milk, and water downstairs! And last but not least, staffs were very warm, friendly & caring. Very very recommended I woould love to come back.

It could hardly be better! Super value for money, great location, wonderful breakfast, free coffee and soft drinks, friendly and helpful staff, and a charming owner who treated us to extra Thai dessert this morning and chatted with us for a few minutes about the hotel, its artwork etc. If we come back to Bangkok this will definitely be one of our top choices for a place to stay, but with only nine rooms we might be out of luck!

Manager is the best host. Good clean hotel. Free soft drink, water and coffee. Must place to stay in Bangkok.

The boss very amiable she gave us a postcard what then posted and we called a taxi by negotiating a fixed price to go to the airport (Nice when you arrive in Bangkok and that we do not know the prices of taxis) room correct. Good value for money, I would recommend this property I would come back.

Perfekt place with wonderful friendly staff. Try to help where ever it is possible. We enjoyed it very much.

A gem of a hotel in downtown Bangkok! Ike others have said, it's a small hotel with a very big heart due to its wonderful and caring staff. Overall, the hotel is extremely clean and also well-furnished. The free drinks and snacks are very much appreciated and the complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared individually and delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place to stay in Bangkok. Warm welcome from owner on our arrive to this hotel. Clean, very very nice hotel. We felt here like a VIP guest :). Close to BTS station, and Shopping malls. Very good conection to everywhere in BKK. I hope, we will return to this nice place and meet this amazing staffs :)

Nice hotel but need to put a safe in rooms, no cupboard too but will enjoy the stay.

What a jewel! soooo happy to have found this oasis of tranquility in this bustling megalopolis. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Small rooms — but with much attention to detail. Feel completely at home, total opposite of the chain hotels.

As others have said, the breakfast is very good and quite unique. Can cater for Gluten Free people. Staff are adorable, especially manager.

Very warm welcome! Good advice on the surrounding activities. Beautifully decorated rooms and a rich and varied breakfast, all in a pretty quiet street. A very good foot on the ground for who wants to spend a few days in Bangkok.

Nine Design Place is where you need to stay when in BKK if you want the warmest welcome by a very pretty owner/manager. Mei is very nice and professional and she personally manages the hotel. On my first night in Nine Design Place, already told my family back home to stay in this hotel when traveling to Bangkok. The place is newly built, nice ambience, and has friendly staff. 5-10 min walk to MBK, Siam Paragon/Discovery, and Jim Thompson also to National Stadium train station.
