A great hotel located in downtown Bangkok. The hotel itself is modern and aesthetically pleasing. My room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff were friendly and professional. The only thing I can complain about is that there was construction going on during my stay. Also, there were scuff marks on the walls in the hallway and a bit in my room. The hotel's location is great. Having previously stayed on Khaosan road, this place was a godsend.

Service is amazing, you feel like everybody is smiling, helping you, giving you exceptional experience! ) We stayed here 3d time, some people remember us and was so welcoming. Every year service better and better, it's very surprising! Nice small hotel, swimming pool on a roof (nice)! location is the best, a lot of restaurants around, but calm at night. Metro station 5min walk (very convenient in Bangkok). The hotel can give you even ride for free close to metro station. Thanks to staff!

Great location and great staff.

Very wise and friendly staff. We really enjoyed staying at this place; clean rooms, pretty convenient location to the Sky trains and big shopping mall (Terminal 21) at a decent price. The street it is located on has plenty of food options (street and local restaurants) and massage parlours. Bonus that there is a pool and gym on the rooftop as well.

The price-quality is too expensive. The three of us lived. On the 8th floor there is an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, bar and fitness center. We lived on the 7th floor. There was a problem — bad water went away in the washstand, later cleaned. For the daughter brought an extra bed (the mattress is very hard) for a surcharge, although we wanted to use two existing ones. There is a transparent glass between the room and the bathroom, which can be closed with a curtain. Breakfast was not taken, costs 300 baht. There is a refrigerator, kettle, free water and tea/coffee in tea bags. In the bathroom gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, hairdryer.

The hall is very beautiful, there is a welcome drink when check-in, there will be a shuttle service to the alley.
The room is clean and comfortable, just outside the window facing other restaurants. Breakfast is a wide range of options, with ready-made food, and delivery to your seat, as well as waiters at the table asking if you need coffee.

It was about a 1 hour ride from the airport. Upon checking in, we were offered some non-alcoholic fruit drink. We didn’t get the breakfast buffet (believe it was an extra $10). When I swiped my card to enter the room, I noticed a laptop on the bed. They had given me an occupied room! Whoops. I went downstairs and they apologized and gave me a new set of room keys. The room looked fabulous — just like in the pictures. Amenities were included and it was pretty spacious. Bed is big and comfy and I love that there were 4 pillows. The pool is great with some lounge chairs/beds but the bar could’ve been a lot better. There were a couple things that irked me because for the price I paid, I felt it could’ve been better. 1. Bathroom lighting is pretty dim. 2. Blow dryer is very weak 3. The bathroom door would not stay ajar and kept closing on me. 4. The entry light wasn’t working and that’s the only place with a full length mirror. Maintenance came and fixed it and somehow it’s not working again. 5. After the shower is turned off, water still leaks from the shower head making a loud gurgling noise. 6. The toilet — to flush you have to hold it down long. 7. The clock isn’t even set up to the right time 8. And the biggest thing — I had the Do Not Disturb button on because I didn’t want the room cleaned — had all my valuables out and when I came back from walking around, they had cleaned the room. A big no no!

Quick check in for the Executive Studio Room. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. A 10minute walk from Asok BTS Station through a few massage places and convenience stores. There was no "views" outside of my room as it faces private homes and looks into living/kitchen/toilet of the next building about 5 METRES away. That was very disappointing. So I asked for a room change. Was given a slightly different layout but facing the main road. Smells like cigarette smoke but I can deal with that. The staff at the hotel are really really nice and tried their best to make the rest of my stay hassle free. Recommended.

Hotel in a central location. All connections easily accessible. Room with good beds.

Excellent location. Easily accessible via metro. The rooms are spacious and clean with all modern amenities required for a comfortable stay. There's an okay restaurant but it's not much of a worry as the hotel is located nearby a lot of good eating joints. There's a gym and a roof top swimming pool. And there poolside bar serves some amazing cocktails. All in all, good value for money.

Nice and cozy… but little choice in the boufet of breakfast.

I was in this Hotel a couple of times before — mostly for business. It offers nice comfortable and clean rooms and has a friendly staff. It is located in the heart of Soi 18 — 5 minutes away from Asok BTS Station. The room service is always on time and does a very good job with cleaning. The pool is nice to relax and the gym is sufficiently equipped to have a normal workout.

The location was Top. In the midst of the Hustle. Metro in close proximity to the Hotel. Staff was very friendly. The first room had to be swapped as it smelled very musty. The second room was Ok. A different standard regarding cleanliness in Thailand is Handled.

Great location. Right next to the train station. Concierge is readily available to provide suggestions. There is a 7 eleven and family Mart close by. The hotel has breakfast in the morning but if you want something quick The coffee club across the street provides coffee and other options.

Our first time in Bangkok and The Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 was a perfect little hotel. Service was excellent, rooms are very clean and food is great. Close to everything including the Rails. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet hotel. But still near all entertainment.

We have stayed here on many occasions, the check in staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The process was quick and easy. The rooms are a good size are clean and have a comfortable bed. The pool area is nice and a great place for a cocktail in happy hour. The breakfast was good with a great choice. Good location.

Great Hotel. I have no complaints really about this place. Decently priced and conveniently located in Bangkok. I would stay here again.

We stayed there for 6 nights but 120 CAD at night in low season it's stealing. Our mistake: Book two weeks in advance. Like several hotels, they charge more expensive until a few days before the visit. The hotel manager tells us that this is a mistake, but hey, it's still what we paid for.
In May, do not be afraid, book last minutes (3-4 days before) and with Trip advisor you will find good hotels.
Otherwise the pool is good, but being on the 8th floor, one does not have the best view next to the skyscrapers at 50 floors.
The reception is very good. Spacious rooms, double bed, modern facilities.
But I would not pay more than 70 CAD at night for Thailand in this season.
In a street with some claudots and plenty of massage centers cheap. But not too far from the sky train and shopping mall street.

Value for money a little high. Nice room. Comfortable bedding. Could be better soundproofed from the hallway. Room too noisy for a 4 star. Buffet breakfast OK but as in the three stars in the end. Pool very nice and pretty. Do not judge the attendance because we went only at 10pm each time. Well located for new city district and well connected by BTS and Metro. Favour these means of transport to the tuktuk and taxi because permanent stoppers on Sukumvit Road… a little expensive but well.

Rarely there is a hotel to complain about so little.
The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the staff always strived one with requests to help.
The pool on the roof is open 24 hours.

Very centrally located. Just a 2 mins walk from the BTS Sky Train and the Underground Metro. The rooms are great, the breakfast has wide variety.

Nice little hotel in a good location.

Location is great next to shoppingcentres Terminal 21 & Robinson and skytrain BTS Asok. Rooms are clean and good. Great bed. Book the room you need, they are very strict. You will not get an extra bed or baby cot. We have twins there was just 1 baby cot available even we requested when we booked.

Awesome. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The super king size bed was heaven. Pool and gym was great too.
