The position is great just nearby the Asok and Sukhumvut Station. Sound insulation is not so good but acceptable.

Check-in and welcome drinks very cheap room is very small very clean location is great alley mouth there is a bar at night will not be boring diagonal opposite is 21 good convenience.

Door person was friendly and accommodating. Not much interaction with the front desk, but they could seem a little less friendly. Rooms are clean, ceiling is a bit too low. Location is great, really near terminal 21 but is in an alley where most grab drivers missed — suggest to walk to exchange tower or terminal 21 for pickup to avoid confusion. This place is value for money; being located right in the city!

Dirty n insect is on my bed.
They want me to pay extra. I gv end up with a bed sloop down cause me back pain.

It's near the city but has a limited view as it is located in an alley. Room service was superb though.

It's a decent enough hotel to stay the night. Or three. Basic in its amenities, but priced right.

Environment clean location, located in BTS and MRT two major MRT rendezvous, from the airport can also take the airport MRT srtet to MRT, do not worry about traffic jams, nearby there are terminal 21 and exchange rate excellent Asok exchange, is very recommended good accommodation.

Nice and clean hotel in a short walking distance to Asok BTS Station, Terminal 21 Shopping centre in one direction and the Benjakitti Park in the other direction. Welcoming and service minded staff, comfortable beds and a simple but good breakfast buffet. Only drawback is the ceiling hight is lower than normal, but anybody up to 2 Metre would have no problems with that.

Good location, located at the junction of the two major MRT stations, three minutes walk to Terminal 21.
Pratunam Market, Weekend Bazaar and Chao Phraya, Mae Nam can all be reached by BTS MRT.
There is a very good exchange rate next to Exchange stores, you can change coins at any time Asok not to worry about the Thai baht is not enough, with how much change. Although the hotel is small, but the equipment and cleanliness are very good, and in the alley, no street noisy, price is very cheap, is very recommended hotel.

This is the second time you have ordered a hotel on Agoda's website, because the first Japanese order experience is good, so this time also uphold the network evaluation and then order this hotel, who knows is rotten to the explosion! First I booked two single beds, but the hotel gave a big bed and responded to the counter, and they pleaded that Agoda was the problem … And then, responding to Agoda, the reply was that it would react with the city Point Hotel, and it would just end up like this …
It really ruined my vacation. The breakfast was also bad, and no comment was made. The last housekeeping and the bad elevator, but also rotten rotten …, no comment.

Good location! The individual receptionist was not polite.
The watering shop does not offer a taxi service. Stayed for six days also did not change the sheets, although the fourth day has been requested, clean very general.

I must mentioned this hotel is quite awesome and very near to Asok BTS and subway which is ++ point for this hotel. Staff is very polite, good breakfast, Rooms are small but clean and fresh, Also reception staff will help you to explore the Bangkok in case you are not aware of what to do. I stayed in this hotel from 22nd to 24th Feb 2018. My flight was of 7 pm so they allow me to delay my check out by 1 hour. Only (-) point is hotel do not have any outside view. But if you can live with the same then this hotel is just awesome. Would recommend all and next time I will book this hotel again for sure.

The counter can speak English to help call the car service, breakfast is simpler with Western and main course. Because Google information may be wrong, you can ask the service staff to visit the location of information. The décor is simple and clean.

Nice secluded hotel away from main road. Quaint and clean with great service. Walking distance to BTS and MRT is about 3-5mins. Nearest shopping centre is Terminal21. Plenty of shops and food. Although hotel ain't like those big hotels, it has the required amenities. Definitely a recomended hotel.

GREAT location, reasonably priced, very good value. Recommended. Perfectly located next to the BTS @ Asoke and across the street from the MRT and Terminal 21. PROS: Price, very nice staff, great room, adequate breakfast, quiet location, clean, comfortable bed and pillows and descent size TV. CONS: Water was only luke warm, minimal bathroom light, the body wash is also used as shampoo (new to me) and view from window was the side of a very close building, but I did ask for a quiet room. :-) I will stay again.

Non cooperative staffs, no customer service, absolutely no efforts to manage customers. Worst in Bangkok. Nice room but u can listen whatever is happening on the other side. Back rooms widow fully blocked. Location good though. What am I doing here?

CP value is high, location is good, the room is clean service staff will provide intimate advice (such as nearby massage or snack) counter also help us with do not understand the English grab driver communication (if you talk to the driver do not speak City Point, he will run to the opposite center point)

Hotel was situated in the heart of the city. Very close to Asok BTS station and the Terminal 21 shopping centre. Our 1st room had a bit of a musky smell so had to change. The 2nd room had some drain smell from the bathroom. Breakfast even though had limited selection was very good. You can choose to have eggs, bacon, pork sausages, chicken sausages, ham and baked beans. There were also a selection of breads, jams, cereal and fruit. Drinks available were juices, milk, tea and coffee. Due to being so conveniently close to everything you should try this place out.

It is centrally located near asok station. Well connected. Staff was courteous room was ok sized. Breakfast was complementary and fine. Not much options though.

The place is good. Clean rooms and clean hotel. This one lady at the reception was very rude for no apparent reason. I just chose to ignore her.

Great location brings this hotel to 5 stars in my book. Right next to the subway, skytrain, Terminal 21, restaurants, and nightlife areas. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a security guard at night which made us feel safe. The breakfast was mainly western food. Not a luxury hotel, but considering the price, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Nice Hotel a few meters from the Sky Train and Metro and Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, where you can find everything from supermarket, restaurants, food court, cinema, telephone shops, etc.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. The room was comfortable, but small. The room was very clean. The air conditioning is very cold and the windows are finished. Good location.

It's all about the price… the staff is friendly and the hotel is relatively new (4yrs) … but it's definitely a three star… plumbing already bad and how do you not have any news channels? (hey I often watch the news before I go to sleep) … still if you're a price conscious person and you want to be near Nana Plaza and Soi cowboy (let's not kid ourselves) … it's a good option.

This is the third time I've stayed here and every time it's been a great experience. It's clean and has everything you need. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good and cheap. Very affordable hotel if you're not wanting a 5-star or a dive. It's tucked away from the main road but a 5-minute walk to Asoke BTS station, Terminal 21 mall, and Soi Cowboy if so inclined. There is a corner bar right by it with a pool table and darts. I would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Just spent 8 days at hotel and can't find any negatives at all. Hotel is in a great location even though tucked away from the main road, you are only minutes to Terminal 21 and the BTS. My room was a Superior level and found it more than adequate in size, great size shower and well cleaned everyday by the staff. The Hotel was very clean and well presented. Staff were alway courteous and spoke good levels of English. Will be back again in approximately 6 months or so for my next vacation in Bangkok, would recommend to everyone. Thank you.

A very good experience much because of a very warm, smiling, helpful and welcoming staff. Small and cosy hotel, well worth the money. My wife and I came here with our 8 months old baby son based on good reviews from tripadvisor. We came way before checkin (around 9am while checkin was 14pm) on Sunday since we forgot to lookup when checkin was available. We were met by an extremely welcoming and nice staff and were handed welcome drinks. We were also invited to sit down and relax in the lounge and would be informed when our room was ready. Luckily it was ready in almost no time. Breakfast is simple, but nice. You can choose how you want your egg (you order them from a small paper at the breakfast table). They dont have baby chair but in stead they helped us take care of the baby while we were eating breakfast whenever they had enough free staff (without us asking! ). We really like the hotel and I even think I will miss both the hotel and the staff a little when we leave tomorrow.

Excellent location near metro and easy access to everything around town. Owner was very helpful and everyone from staff was exeptional. Higly recommend to anyone.
