Hotel is beautiful. Room is comfortable. The service was great. Accidentally forgot something in my room at checkout and cleaning room put it aside for me and had it ready for me to pick up when I called asking about it. Would stay again.

Checkin:friendly and. Polite. Felt as though nothing was too much to ask of from staff and their was always a friendly hello and welcome smile whenever I walked past. Room:executive room was large and clean! Large tub and clean bathroom. Soft bed and views of pool Executive club and rooftop bar :great views and food and drinks were perfect Overall a good stay.

We absolutely looooved this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is AMAZING, the location is great, the staff is friendly and professional and the beds. Oh god those beds. Hands down the best bed I've ever slept in. So good in fact, that my girlfriend and I tried to buy one. Still no success though. Definitely coming back when in Bangkok!

The Hotel very comfortable, breakfast normal everything rich, has a nice swimming pool and gym. The only thing wrong with the location too far from the attractions as there is a lot of traffic. It has a bar on the top floor with food and drinks.

Very good hotel/some things to review in relation to the price of the rooms.

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Good breakfast, great staff, fast Wi-Fi, clean cosy pool area and a nice rooftop. Thumbs up!

Beautiful rooms. Such a wide variety at breakfast. Pool and sun loungers are great there was always room. Great sky bar to watch the sunset. Walking distance to malls restaurants and the metro.

Very nice hotel in Sukhumvit with an extremely professional and smiling service. As a bonus, the swimming pool rooftop in the middle of the buildings to see the sunset.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Food and drink are both good. The rooftop bar is very nice, very quiet, and actually quite cheap for what we expected. The only downside, actually is the area. It's not a bad area, just a bit of a pain relying on the sky train no matter where you go. The local Street food at Sukhumvit 38 is very good, but actually… We would probably pick Riverside as a location next time. Don't let that put you off though, of you must stay in Sukhumvit… It's a very good choice of hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast can also be made as non-guests for 650 TB not quite cheap but you can eat as much as you can and it was all freshly prepared.

Great hotel. Very happy with my stray here. Great location in bangkok. Easy access to the bts and many other things in the area. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are large and very nice beds and pillows. I really like the soap they give at this hotel. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. All requests are handled promptly.

Very very satisfied! Extremely friendly staff from the beginning. The doormen were ready to take our luggage before we even noticed them and the staff everywhere were smiling and friendly. Beautiful rooms, only 2 years old. Will definently stay again!

Sky On 20 is the rooftop bar. The atmosphere at night was very chill. They have an extensive drink list, including non-alcoholic drinks. They do have food but they're more like appetizers than entrees.

I love this place because of the weekend buffet. I always go there as there are French oysters. Taste very good and fresh with shallots and red wine vinaigrette and lemon. Other food quality is as good as the service here. I will definitely go back.

It's unexpected pleasant to stay there! The sitting area or lounge at lobby is magnificent. The sofas & decorations there are warm & cozy, which make you feel like home. Also, it's quite particular for such setting & sitting areas in main lobby. The design has already successful to touch the hearts of guests upon arrival! The staff are also very nice & helpful, including front desk, housekeeping and especially concierge. The bellman is very thoughtful & proactive to check the seats of my taxi to see if we've left any items on the seats when we just got there from airport (29/9 around 00:50-01:50). It's very sweet! I believe hotel management shall deliver my appreciation to him or the crews of concierge.

I found your Hotel very warm and friendly with a staff smiling and available. Your rooms are very well maintained and all the comfort allows you to spend very good times. I'm ready stayed there every time I get the opportunity.

I will 10/10. Very professional and friendly staff. Rooms very new and clean. My room atleast had a view. Very comfortable stay. Rooftop swimming pool and gym. Stunning roof top bar. I reached early and staff could not give me room as it was not ready. As I had to go somewhere they provided shower facilities. The street has also very nice ambience. Good restaurants and coffee shops. Will love to stay again.

Location of the hotel was very convenient. Staff spoke English fairly well; were amicable and efficient. Room had a nice view and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was with the toilet and the bathroom: flush didn't seem to work well and I had to flush 3/4 times each time I used it; the bathtub was quite high, I reckon that might be a problem for the elderly.

As mentioned in the title this is my third stay this year at Novotel 20 and again I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The wonderful check in staff in the executive lounge remembered who I was and as usual made me feel very welcome. The staff in general are very welcoming and my family always feel welcomed. The food and breakfast is on point however my one meal at hippopotamus located in the hotel foyer seemed to have given me a small case of food passing through me and stomach cramps. All up though 10/10

Stayed there for four days to attend a forum and it was absolutely satisfying. The rooms are well maintained and ultra clean. Toiletries are provided and replaced regularly, rooms are cleaned everyday by the housekeeping. Moreover, the buffet restaurant is wonderful with assorted choices. Desserts are excellent and they really prepare a gastronomic display. Never miss the seafood and the lamb. Meeting rooms are also great. They also serve unlimited coffee and delectable sweets.

Lovely room, very clean and stylish with a fantastic view. The pool area was also pleasant, although it was a shame the pool bar was closed during our stay. The rooftop bar was stunning but the meals we ordered were really disappointing—at those prices we were expecting much larger portions and better quality food. We also had a bad experience with a taxi driver provided by the hotel who tried to scam us. When we complained the hotel staff dealt with it immediately and professionally which we appreciated. Overall our stay was very relaxing and romantic.

This is very good hotel with great hospitality. Staff are very cooperative and well behaved. I can recall that as and when entered in the restaurant of this hotel one of the waiter came and asked for our choice of food. In answer we replied that Indian food. So he asked us to wait for 5-10 minutes and served delicious Indian food. Overall this property is fantastic and happening place. Will love to see again and again.

Checking in was easy and efficient, as was checking out. The services were very good, and the staff were responsive to customers' needs. The conference rooms were well-appointed (but with the usual cold air-conditioning). The choice and quality of food for breakfast in the restaurant were very good. The bedroom was small but comfortable and well-equipped (including an umbrella — the reason for its provision became very evident), with adequate working space. The shower-room was modern and stylish. The functioning of the lighting controls was not obvious — one discovered the master switch by trial and error.

As soon has you enter the hotel the warm welcome from Reception and the very good hospitality of the staff and staying in Novotel is the experience of staying in 5 star hotel, I enjoyed my stay and I didn't face any kind of problem during my stay.

The brand does matter. Everything was perfect. The location in the heart of the city. The room was cramp up but amenities were one of the best. The service and restaurant were excellent.

Excellent experience overall. The only area of improvement I can think of is more and varied choices for breakfast. The same options every day were boring.

Overall experience was very good from the hotel! Even it is new hotel but all staff are professionals and friendly also helpful. The hotel bed was one of the best beds we ever slept in! The connecting rooms were very nice. They suitable with our family needs. I would like to thanks the cleaning team especially! They did an excellent job!

The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom and the water wash room are very important parts, this aspect, the Novotel can obtain the full mark.
The hotel facilities are not many, but it is enough for me because the swimming pool and the gym are my needs.
Employees, there are good helpful often have a smile. All I ask for is the desired answer.
In terms of service, I do not have much demand, than other hotels are not backward. The two people who sent me sky20 really give gravity. Bonus points.
For food, breakfast is served every day, the quality is very good and the service and arrangement are very good.
So good, why only 8 points? Because of the night before the check out, the problem of dripping air conditioner was found. All night long drops of sound, only to find in the morning on the Montreal. It is a fly in the ointment.

When I left the hotel, I made a quick check-out, threw the keys in the fast-out check-out rack. And for a week now, I've been waiting for an e-mail and deposit refund (1000 THB were removed from my card).
I had the impression that the deposit would not be returned to me without any explanation …

I spent four weeks in your hotel and am runum satisfied in particular about the very good service and the wonderful rooftop bar.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, very pleasing, modern and good design, high comfort, absolutely excellent bed, good breakfast: everything is fine!
The only reason I'm in BKK in the future may be Another hotel would choose is the location. Other houses are more privileged.

4 nights with partner in Bangkok, location to public transport very good, house very modern, room very nice. Pool and roof-top bar with good view.

The 7th floor restaurant manager is good but staff needs to be better. They moved my bag to another table without even asking me once. Otherwise the hotel is great. They arranged towel art and cake for our wedding anniversary. Room cleaning and laundry is perfect. Breakfast is good. Location is also great. Very easy to commute from the hotel and enjoy around.
