Lovely rooms, great staff and great breakfast buffet.

Overall good experience, staff are friendly and very service originated food was good and like most hotels bit overpriced.

Not okay to paid the exclusive lounge but not privacy and poor management with the other. (Same place at Mondo)
If you book, just book only the room, not with the package. Hope the service is as same as like before soon.

We Just checked out of Hilton the experience was a 10, with a pleasant stay in this centrally located Boutique chic Upscale Hotel on Bangkok bear to walking distance to best luxury Malls in town.
Their Staff was well trained and helpful at all times, the restaurant had a great variety of choices, rooms where spotless & beyond clean. Decoration was Urban chic, all was perfect on its place, car Parking easy access’s, so overall a come back for Business or leisure very soon.

Great City View to hangout during the weekdays!

During my stay, I went for the afternoon tea at the restaurant on the ground floor (Mondo Restaurant). I ordered hot tea and found that the cup had a lipstick mark on it. I was so disappointed and scared according to the current situation about Covid19. The cup looks like it has not been washed even.

All the staffs are very nice, good located also. Bed is comfortable
will be back.

Amazing hospitality. Amazing services. Like all other proper luxury bangkok hotel in Sukhumvit area. it's amazimg blend of luxury and high quality services. Love to stay again and again. cuisines were quite amazing. Services were good. but I don't know at this present day pandemic situation how the bangkok hospitality industry will survive. But in near future again but Hilton should not admit guests with tendencies of disturbing or who poses risk to other guests. As all should feel comfortable when people visits with lady companions. In hilton it's alright but bangkok having largest tourist outfall for sex tourism industry, there are Indians, Pakistanis and many others who does creepy things and crawls around. Everything is fine but strict rules has to be implemented for ladies and any lady who is accompanied by her male partner.

Amazing experience high class room and foods are awesome with good people. I'll recommend 100% super duper greatness.

I had a wonderful stay in Double Tree Hotel by Hilton at Ploenchit. The Hotel staffs are very friendly and everyone went to extra mile by providing extraordinary service. The General Manager is a great person with great hospitality with very professional attitude. Khun Gift was great with her mind blowing service. I convey my thanks and gratitude to all staffs. ♥️

Thursday afternoon, 30 August 2018. Thai reception / concierge look down on Thai visitor. I worked with clients who stayed at the hotel. One day I asked my wife to dropped a parcel for one of the clients. I didn't know the hotel's protocol is to look down (literally from head to toe) on non-guest Thai visitor, with disgusting looks on their faces, and unwillingly to deal with just a parcel delivered to one of its guest. What a unique service at the Hilton.

The hotel is fabulous. Very polite staff and fast service. The pool and gym facilities are of a high standard. Malls, restaurants and public transportation are right on your door step. The beds are very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. Vallet parking is provided.

Located in a quiet location in Wangzhong, close to BTS Phrom Phong, from the hotel to the right, and then from the mall line to BTS station, very convenient and fast.

The pool is comfortable, sunny, satisfied and enjoyed.
The room is well lit, clean and tidy, the toilet floor is a bit dirty, the bathroom is under water pressure, lack of a little perfect.
Overall, the software is better than the hardware, but will stay again. This hotel room has a choice of smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Located in the quiet position of Wangwang, across the BTS Phrom Phong is very close, by the hotel out of the right line across the opposite, and then by the shopping malls to BTS station, very convenient and fast.

Swimming pool is very comfortable, sunny, very satisfied, and enjoy.
Room light enough, Shang clean, toilet floor a bit dirty bad, bathroom water pressure is not enough, lack of a little perfect.

Great hotel, good service, great staff solves any problems on the spot. Good food. The pool is just super.

Everyone that works here have been wonderful. The breakfast and happy hour is great. A specail thanks to the Assistant front office manager and to the housekeeping staff they made our stay here over the top and one we'll remember for years to come.

Amazing hotel. Location is BTS adjacent. Rooms are big with an awesome bathroom. Food is average. But in Bangkok you can go anywhere and get the best food.

Fantastic staff and a very nice room. Cheaper than the Grand Hyatt — and frankly nicer. We had late dinner and drinks in the ground floor restaurant, and the food and drinks were all delicious. There is a pretty decent whiskey selection, although they do have to go hunting for the prices for some. The location is also very convenient.

Good location right at BTS Station Phrom Phong. During my retention, unfortunately, the pool was renovated. Nice staff, super breakfast.

Far away from the centre of Bangkok, but near enough to feel the vibrancy of the city. The hotel is right next to the station and is with a infinity pool to kill. There is a park right beside the hotel for a good morning job to burn some calories away!

An amazing hotel! The plastic dogs are cute and the hotel is full of unique art work. Staff was very friendly and professional and provided us all the local info we could ask for.

The hotel went above and beyond to help me celebrate my birthday, and I really appreciated it. Our junior suite was huge and very stylish. We also d the club lounge in the 4th floor.

Nice hotel. Impersonal home.

The Hilton is a solid hotel in a good to great location. If you need to be in this area of Bangkok the hotel is a great choice. It's convenient to BTS, shopping and dining. If you are a tourist it is a bit far from many points of interest. The hotel itself is fine. No major flaws but nothing extraordinary. Like many hotels in Thailand the staff is friendly and efficient. They provide outstanding service with a smile going far and beyond the service normally provided in similar hotels around the world. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The executive lounge is large and roomy with plenty of private work space. The food, however, is disappointing to say the least. Undercooked, overcooked, soggy and lacking flavor and variety. Although I didn't have the opportunity to eat in any restaurant in the hotel I did have a nice meal from room service.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton in October, a week before the burial and even though the country was in mourning, the Thais showed us a great time. They were very hospitable and when we had questions on where to go, Chang helped us visit the biggest weekend market we’ve ever been to. We ended up getting sick on food from another establishment but I wouldn’t want to be sick with the stomach flu anywhere else! Beautiful room, comfy spacious bed and their breakfast was top notch. I can’t want to come to Bangkok again and stay there!

The room are good. The staff are very good. Pool and the area is very small and the sun is available only 3 hours a day but the view of the city is nice from 26th floor. Gym is good. The hotel is clean. But they don’t clean the room in the morning, when I am come back around 1.30 pm, the room is not cleaned

Located 5-mins walk from the EmQuarter complex, this quaint hotel offers comfortable rooms and great service. The decoration of the common areas and of the rooms is very modern and stylish. Check-in was quickly done and I was promptly taken to my room. My room was nice, with comfortable bed and working area, with big bathrooms and with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good in terms of variety and quality. The staff was professional and helpful. Will definitely be back.

This could be my favourite Hilton yet. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and attentive. I was given access to the executive lounge which is beautiful and great for business meetings. Overall a five star experience.

The hotel overall was pretty nice. The staff are very welcoming and courteous. The rooms were quite modern and clean, which was to be expected, and quite spacious. The breakfast was not the widest in terms of food variety I’ve ever seen, but with western, Thai, Chinese and Japanese there was more than enough to choose from. The quality was pretty good and I enjoyed it. The afternoon buffet was quite nice, a nice mix between western and local with all dishes being of a pretty good quality. The price overall was quite reasonable for the service and comfort received, without being great. The location is pretty convenient as it’s right next to the BTS (train) and a large mall so there’s plenty to do while being super convenient.

This is one of the Hilton, I cannot write to much. The reason is, from arrival, Check-in, Room, Cleaning, friendly Stuff, Checkout, Executive Lounge, everything is perfect. Location is very good; 5 min walk to the BTS Station.

Amazing customer service, right from checkin, restaurants, room service. Entrance of hotel does not strike to be a upscale property but hotel has well laid out rooms and perfect location in middle of city. Executive lounge is large and well stocked. Restaurants are also good at this hotel. Definitely recommend it for your visit to Bangkok.

Well, where do I start? On the day I arrived, I was stuck in an elevator coming down to the lobby. I was in there for about 15 minutes before the technicians could get my parents and I out. Then when I went back to my room for a shower, the smell of trichloromine (dirty pool water) was so strong. I'm not sure why the water smells like this. I have stayed in many hotels across BKK and this is the first time experiencing something so foul! Kudos if you're recycling the water but you should treat it better with UV filtration at least. Other than this, no other complaints. The service is good and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Very big showers. In fact, the shower is a whole room with a bath (besides the shower). Nice, clean. Good service at the reception. Close to public transportation. 3min walk.

A superb Hotel with comfortable rooms. The service is impeccable and the staff are very helpful. A lovely welcome when we arrived and care and consideration was made when my husband was sick. Would highly recommend staying here especially if you want to be in the central part of the city and have access to eating, great shopping and public transport.

Less than 10 mins walk from Phrom Phrong BTS station and Emporium shopping mall. Service from the staffs were great. Courteous as always. Executive lounge has teatime from 4pm to 6pm. Cocktail from 6pm to 8pm daily.

Love the beautiful and elegant architecture of the hotel. The location is nice as well, 2 mins to the BTS station and walking distant to the shopping malls.

Close to the BTS, a couple of different malls, and restaurants. We always enjoy Scalini, the Italian restaurant on the second floor. The rooftop pool and patio provides a nice view of the city. You can also walk through the back of the property to access The Double Tree Hotel property or if you need an easier access to Sukhumvit 26. The rooms are nice.

Such a disappointment and s Disastrous Hilton it just proves that money and connection make things happen in Thailand! What do I mean well this normally 5 star brand has allowed them selves to have the name put on a substandard property. The Hilton standards are no where to be found in this property so if its Hilton quality and standards you are looking for then don't stay here!

LOVE this hotel. Disclaimer — I am a Hilton and Starwood loyalist, but this may be my favorite Hilton brand property in the world, and I travel a lot. New, extremely good condition, great restaurants, AWESOME exec lounge (the best I've experienced) with unrivaled breakfast and midday food. Great rooms. Excellent rooftop bar/pool with crazy good view and exercise room. Outstanding staff and service. I had an electrical/light problem at, like, 1am and the maintenance staff was in the room within minutes to fix it. Great location for shopping, eating and if you're doing business in area. Stayed here once in March 2016.

This Hilton is spanking new (opened only in Sept 2013) and the place is spotless and refreshing with unusual figurines littered around the hotel as decorations. The staff are extremely polite and attentive, always carrying a warm smile when serving guests. The room is beautifully designed, sleek and accented with dark wood to make it classy but not weighted. The bathroom is spacious and has a big bath tub and rain shower beside it. The only blip I encountered was that the toilet was a little flooded when take a shower as the drainage isn't that efficient. The breakfast was sufficient but not too extravagant. It can get a little crowded if there are many guests as the breakfast area isn't too big. The executive lounge was classy and spacious but unfortunately it was located on the 4th floor without any good views to look out to. All in all, I loved this place and compared to the other Hilton millennium, I would come back here next time for its room quality and location.
