Super Hotel. Staff very friendly. Pool clean … We were able to recover super. 5 minutes to the train … 30 minutes by taxi to the airport. We are very happy to come back.

Very nice rooms and evening cocktails in 32nd. Floor lounge very enjoyable.

Extra luxury place… But not in the price.
Of everything more.
Panoramic swimming pool at 30 ° IMO floor.

Our best place to stay each time we go to Bangkok. There is a famous pianist at the main bar every evening. Well located, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast great, near asoke station. Nice place.

What did we like? : — Breakfast in the Excutive Lounge (quite quiet), — view from the 29th floor — shuttle service to the Siom shopping centre — Price-3 nights for 181, — Euro, incl. Breakfast — Executive suite — Room size incl. Sitting area, beds (good mattress) — pool — nicely laid — la GE to the S-Bahn and MRT — Massage Studio (outside the hotel) just around the corner (1 hour. Thai massage for 350 bath) — taxi from/to the airport for 500 bath (500 bath = 12, 50Euro) Note: There seems to be a newly refurbished room to pay attention to when booking.
What we didn't like: — Pool — very cold water, pool was almost unused. — Pool bar partly vacant and very expensive! — Excutive Lounge — served white bread appetizers and cake cuts, (beer/wine/soft drinks and 4 cocktails) (every day the same — quality: So La La) no atmosphere — very sterile! — Rooms quite large but old and used, poorly adjustable air conditioning — very noisy at night, Siliconfugen in the bathroom would have to be renewed, bathtub anyway — coating peels off, doorways and cupboards — paint peels off. — Spa area: very expensive. Every night, at least 3 coaches came with Chinese guests, it was very noisy and slightly chaotic.

The price (181 euros for 3 nights) was OK — but we will still book another hotel next time.

A charming hotel with a good location within 10 minutes walk from the BTS and there are many restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the 28 floor. The hotel provides free access to the club for high floors customers where you get free drinks and tapas from 5:30 — 7:30 pm daily. It also has a sauna, steam bath and a pool. The souna was good but the steam bath was not as strong as it should be. Staff are very friendly and check in and out was very fast and smooth. Prices are very low during low season.

The room design and furnish were old. The room come with a living room, but no TV.

Big hotel but always shortage of staffs. Breakfast is in a small lounge instead of cafe/restaurant. Only a few staff to attend to the huge crowd causing lot of unclean tables, long Q, no food, etc. Bell service sucks too, no one to attend to your luggages. Overall experience — bad.

Pros: Great view, nice swimming pool Cons: The furniture was old.

That's an amazin place to be in Bangkok, good location, good services and cheap price!

Old 5 star, used to be good long time back, cheaper than all other 5 star.

Luckily me and my partner got this room on a deal which dramatically discounted the price. The basic pricing is completely unacceptable for such poor quality rooms. The service and general staff are as good as can be expected but it is the rooms themselves that let down the hotel. Run-down is an understatement and I have included many photos to support my claims: — No power points by the bed in our room — No main room light only lamps on the sides on the bed and other side of the room — The main ac to the bedroom cannot be turned off — Bottles of shower gel in those bottles which you cant squeeze it out of properly — Room smelt bad especially considering it was just cleaned. It smelled as if they had used dirty water — Mold in the bathroom — Holes in the walls visible — Basic and crude fruit platter of literally a banana, an apple and an orange wrapped in cling film given to us when we arrived in our room. No finesse. — Hotel styled to include outdoor style windows which face out into the corridor of the hotel, very strange and little privacy.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It does not have a good vibe, and the service was not good, ESPECIALLY compared to the other hotels I stayed in which were the same price. For the price of this hotel you can easily find much better accommodations in Bangkok. This hotel feels dated, the room (while not disgusting) was not particularly clean. I will not stay here again.

Location… Room… Ambience and Value for Money.

Not bad. But a lot of small disappointments (shower, Internet, dish).
