Siam Privi Residence is a 20 min walk/5min ride (motorbike — 20 baht, Grab Car around 80 baht) from the Huai Khwang station. The place is located on a street with convenience stores (Tesco and 7-eleven) at each corner. The front desk staff are nice, I think only one of them speaks english. Our room (standard twin bed) was on the 7th floor, with a little balcony, and could probably fit 3 in the bed and maybe another 3 or 4 on the floor. The mattress is hard, but I have no complaints since I prefer hard mattresses (for my back). The room has an aircon, flat screen TV with some english channels, a refrigerator (with crisper, chiller, and freezer), a small table, a vanity table, quite a huge closet, and a decent cr (hot/cold shower, toiltet, bidet, sink). We were given two bottles of water a day, room service is available if you leave and leave the key with the front desk. The Wi-Fi is fast, and limited to one gadget per person. The 'con' is that their page on Agoda said the room came with free water heater and coffee and tea, but there was none in the room, hence my 4 star rating. But my overall experience was great! We rented the room for around $75-80/Php 4, 000 for 6 nights, and I could definitely say it was worth it. Although it is quite far from the center of Bangkok and a bit of a hassle when going to and from the station, I certainly would stay here again. The place is clean, quiet, and a good place to rest after an exhausting day.

Huge, clean rooms with a balcony, ac, good Wi-Fi and all other amenities. Great value for money, slightly awkwardly located but 20bht gets you a bike taxi from the Mrt, they pass regularly. Recommended.

Clean apartment with 24hr reception who's helpful and courteous… Not located near BTS and takes about 20 min to walk to the nearest MRT.

Very nice and quiet place, however it's a bit far from the metro station. You can communicate with English very easily, staff is willing to help you! But, the chair in my room was dirty, what more I found some ants and bugs in my room… Really pity because last time when I stayed in this hotel, everything was fine. Not sure if I will come back there again.

Nice place for a reasonable price. Room was equipped with a fridge to keep some food items fresh. Only negative is it's fairly far from the metro, so be prepared to walk 20-30 minutes to catch a train.

New clean hotel, there is a lift, quiet location but all within walking distance, MRT 20 mins walk, buses and songteo enough passes, recommend.

Nice large room, clean, basic has a fridge and small table. It's in a quiet area. But it's a aways from the areas of intrest in the down town area. Reachable by taxi in 25 — 30 minutes.

A very clean, spacious apartment with a private balcony. Staff are friendly and deliver water to your room everyday! Only 2 minutes away from the closest MRT by motorbike.

Good location 1.5 km walk to MRT and BIG C extra. A lot of cheap massage parlors nearby. Freshly renovated, spacious and bright rooms. Good Wi-Fi.

Great hotel at a good price. A decent Internet connection, air conditioning, clean, fetch water once a day, there are disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Recommend.
