Place is good. Staff is good. Only concern away from market area.

Not recommended. They stole things from my suitcase for 30000 Baht. They didn't care about my complaints. They offered me nothing for compensation but accompanying to the police. They knew police would not do anything. I talked with the manager and also the general manager. They didn't want to tell me the name of the owner. I stayed there many many times at many years after they had renovated. So they even don't care that I am a regular customer who also brought them many others. Budget but value. But meanwhile it's ridden down. The swimming pool is not usable since months but they still don't uncover that in the bookingapps. Management changes every several months. Can only say the owner don't care the guests. The staff don't appreciate foreigners I feel. It's a big company named PPP with many hotels in Pattaya and Phuket. This hotel is maybe their stepchild.

Accommodation in the hotel justifies its cost. Stayed in Bangkok for 4 days with kids. Booked via Bukit. We were offered 2 rooms on the 4th. The rooms are clean. Cleaning daily. The water in the refrigerator bring. The staff friendly, but in English does not speak almost. The breakfasts are good but monotonous. It is a 15-minute walk to the Metro. Very close to Family Mart. The pool there (exit from the second floor) is filled with water but was closed and looks deserted. The room was very clean. There was no safe in our rooms. A great option for a few days stay and visiting the sights of Bangkok.

They charge 300 Bahts for early check-in, even if you arrive there 30 mins before check-in time. Old place, but relatively decent rooms to stay for small budget trips. 2KM away from metro station.

I was there yesterday and I wanna give 0 star (but seem it's impossible here so I must give 1 star) Why? First, shower cabin was damaged — water came out everywhere, wc was also stuck, many insects in room, internet cannot connected, staff cannot speak English and the manager there has bad behavior. I wanna call one taxi, I cannot speak Thai thats why I asked help from receiption. The manager said they dont know number of Taxi (!?! ), I said I search and give them the number — they only call and book me one big taxi, but he also refused and said I must walk to main street (about 300m) to pick the Taxi (?!? ), if anyone was in Thailand before, you guys would know the big taxi drive on the street is very rare, most of taxi there is small (4 seats). If I could speak Thai, certainty I would call, i'd never asked their help. But anyhow they refused with cruel and impolite behavior.

Easy hotel, good breakfast facilities and love to go to the swimmingpool after a day out in BKK. Friendly staff.

DON'T STAY HERE! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! I stored my luggage for a couple days here. I put a lock on it and they tried to open my luggage with a knife! My entire suitcase was broken and couldn't use it anymore! Also the rooms are full with molt and bacteria. The airconditioning is black and a lot of stains on the bed. Super dirty. Shower was broken and no soap or anything else. Even the towels were super dirty! So do not stay here! They also try to charge you more after you're stay! They are SCAMMERS.

Not that expensive, but pretty old and not very clean.

-Strategic location -Clean room -Staff was helpful, even though we had a strong language barrier. Left my luggage there for a few days following check out with no extra charges. -The morning buffet is overpriced though with little options. Better just walk around unless you have no time.

It's a large hotel, and used to be well made, with very large rooms, but the old age and negligance in maintenance is starting to show (like power outlets not working, and so on). It is a solid built building, not very noisy as it's a bit in the back alley, and for the low price we payed — it was a nice one-night stay.

Very nice and clean hotel for a very decent price, breakfast available to if wanted. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall the hotel is good. But he'll was nice to steal my my shower gel shampoo me and my charger iPhone by the maid… The hotel is a bit eccentric to do 300 m walk to come on a road where one little catch a taxi on a flow instance when it gets a little warm not terrible. For less you have to 2 km of the much better wattana.

One of the best place to have a family trip to bangkok.

Excellent hotel. You really get for your money. Just don't be afraid of the dirty and tiny road. The lift is not brand new. But the rooms are great. Clean large new with LCD tv. Very nice bathroom water heater fridge and fresh and comfortable bed.
