Stayed 5 nights, February 2018. Good value for money, USD 25 pn. Big room, comfortable bed, good A/C, Good hot water, good cupboard spaces. All day coffee and tea in lobby. Staff friendly, 24/7 desk. Cleanliness OK, what you'ld expect at this price level. Excellent location in middle of the Pat Pong night market scene. Very close to metro and sky train stations. Surprisingly quiet at night considering location. Would definitely use again when back in Bangkok. Blinds didn't all work so room a bit gloomy.

Friendly staff depending on the shift, nice building, good location. Bad maintenance, not much clean, very noisy AC and noisy surroundings. OK for a night if all you want to do is party outside.

To be fair, it was the cheapest place I could find, and it was very very cheap. We arrived at Don Muang in Bangkok at 21.00 and had the flight from Suvarnabhumi to kuala lumpur going at 06.00 so we really just wanted to have somewhere to keep the luggage safe for a few hours while eating and resting a bit before we set off again. The staff was nice and friendly and they had a security guard in the lobby. This made me feel safe, because this neighborhood is really bad (the establishment next door is named Screwy Boyz, and is a brothel where a bit to young boys are on the menu. ) The room was really worn down, and there was cochroaches and other crawley things in the bathroom. The room was dirty. I'm convinced there were lice in the both the walls and the bed, so we did not sleep in the bed at all.

Little far from main pattaya but cheap and very nice service with great room and pool.

Ugly, dirty… old. Everything is grose. You might find a dead prosiitute under the bad. Booked because it was very cheap, my mistake. Take my advice and avoid the place.

Unclean room. Room has a strange smell to it. Old furniture. Told them I about the smell they gave us an airfreshner. Ask for refund right away they refuse. Worst hotel ive been in. Oh and Wi-Fi in room.

Staff were rude not even a hello just a do what you want. Price was a bit high at 700 bhat for standard room for what u were getting they charge 900 walk in price BTW no view at all infact the window is frosted and behind hi looks like a generator. Location is in the heart of red light district… however shower is working just mould between most of the tiles. Room is a decent size with clean bed sheets and room is clean enough and no cracks in the walls. Apparently no free water with the room? Would of been happy paying 400 per night. Staff still horrible tho.

Nice place to stay but little old property, needs some minor fixes in room and Wi-Fi.

Cheap price but furniture too old.

Our room was dirty and smelled like an ashtray! Bathroom was OK and at least they had an aircon! The worst thing about the room however were the sully bedsheets! Since the hotel was surrounded by nightclubs and brothels, one can assume the most likely explanation for the stains! At least, after complaining at the reception, they put on some new sheets!

Of course, you should not expect much from the area in Bangkok and the few stars, but:
The hotel (if you can even call it that) is crap and filthier than any poisoned filthy shack in all of Bangkok. Within 5 minutes, after entering the room, we discovered about 10 cockroaches. The fridge looks more like a crappy toilet and there is neither air conditioning, nor fan available (very hot)! The whole house stinks so much that you have to keep your nose. Oh, and at the door you are constantly harassed by prostitutes. Impossible and definitely not recommended! Disgusting! Disgusting! Disgusting!

Spacious rooms. Outdated and poorly placed as the bathroom but all in all decent in cleanliness. Wi Fi does not arrive in the rooms and works, not great, in the public areas. Up over a very lively night life center, in the little soundproofed rooms you hear in the night bustle.

Nice place to stay for nightlife.

Average, location with bear go go bars.
