Excellent hotel in Silom and close to. Patpong area. No charge for over nite guests. Gay-friendly.
From check-in to check-out this place was brilliant! Staff were polite, friendly and always eager to assist. The room was well maintained and of a high standard of cleanliness (requests for additional soap, shampoo, towels etc were dealt with promptly). The buffet breakfast was exceptional value-for-money and the chef was ever attentive. Location was handy for BTS Saladang and taxis were always available (would recommend using the House Security staff to negotiate a price prior to getting into any taxi). All-in-all, EXCELLENT!

Having traveled to 90-countries, I am as seasoned a traveler as there is. In this context, I am happy to report that the couple of times I stayed at the Siam Heritage, the service was impecable. I credit management for having trained the staff to be very detail-oriented. Working with a general, aim-to-please attitude, I was always treated with utmost respect and a friendly attitude … but what most impressed me the most was the desire to go the extra mile in accommodating each of my requests. Whether I asked about beaches for trips to the south, or elephant camps to the north; vegan/vegetarian restaurants or places to get a massage; places to buy jewelry; or places to buy Thai silk, I was always given an outstanding recommendation that was tailored to my needs, along with one or two back-up choices, from which I could make an educated decision! Because I am quite demanding, I was pleasantly surprised to experience the professional level of service that I received at the Siam Heritage. In addition to the fine service, I also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool; the tasty food at the hotel; the cleanliness of the room; and the central location of the hotel. I am a satisfied guest and am happy to spread the good news about this gem of a hotel.
