Great place to stay, Very Central. A good selection of Food for Breakfast and Dining! Would Reccomend.

I spent 10 weeks at the hotel while working in Thailand.
The bar staff are always friendly, the wolcome girls at breakfast always have a smile on their face.
the band in the scenery lounge are awesome.
Even the cleaners (On the top floor) were genuinely interested in the guests and gave a friendly greeting as you walled by.

Inexpensive luxury, friendly helpful efficient staff. What more could you ask for.

Tried the Bt500 all you can eat buffet and was reasonably impressed with the food. Not exactly five-star but freshly cooked steak, salmon, pork and tiger prawns, plus fresh fish and tasty Vietnamese food. Free flow soft drinks also included as is the service charge. Three adults Bt1, 500 and no hidden extras.

Rooms were ok, a little dated and minimalist. The food at breakfast was great, huge variety. Dinner downstairs was also extremely good (best pizza I've had in a long time) and very inexpensive.

A hotel is not bad, the staff are friendly. A beautiful room. The breakfasts are good. But every time I went to my room, in the hallway, there are smells of household products or dust.
In short it is a good hotel.

I had a pleasant experience in this hotel. My room was perfect for me. Checking in was easy and checked out was great. Breakfast I enjoyed every single day of my stay all fresh and good. I like the bacon which is not salty. I don't eat bacon on a regular basis but since it's not salty (I wonder if everywhere in Thailand bacon it's not salty? ) Great tour around please check it hassle free. And my hotel airport limo service was perfect! Overall it's great!

The Rabiangthong is probably one of the best all you can seafood buffets in Bangkok at very reasonable prices. From fresh oysters to Sushi. Beef and Salmon steaks, Jumbo Shrimp. Reservations are strongly recommended. The restaurant is located on the second floor as you walk into the Narai Hotel.

Reservation experience was not great until we reached the hotel as there was a communication barrier. Once we reached the hotel, everything was confirmed with no extra effort. Apart from staff having trouble communicating in English, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. Well maintained rooms, beautiful and huge lobby, good food, very friendly staff especially the resident manager. Another issue we faced was noise disturbance due to maintenance work in near by building. On my next visit, I will definitely choose this hotel as I felt very comfortable during my stay. All thanks to the wonderful team who ensured we had a pleasant stay since the time we arrived till the time we departed. Thank you Narai team for you wonderful hospitality.

We got pizzas at the Italian restaurant located at the main floor of the hotel. Slightly pricey for the portion size but the setting is very nice, and so is the service. Good mid-day stop!

Big and nice renovated room (ageing hotel). Cool water pressure nearly zero. Need to use bathtubs to take shower.

Rooms were so clean. Good view from our room. Nice food. Everything was worth for the money which we spend for a room in this hotel.

We expected a high quality hotel, but got quite disappointed. They did not give Any information about pool hours, city map or stuff like that. The room service was disappointing. They brought cold Rice When We ordered food and it was impossible to get the Lady to understand that We wanted some salt. When We chekked in, there were almost no more toilet paper, so we ran out, and there was no shampoo. They didnt refill cotton pads and stuff like that even though We were there for almost a week. Overall a disappointing experience.

Very good location, comfort with spacious rooms and friendliness of the staff. The buffet very good and varied. A great option to stay in the centre of Bangkok.

Despite confirmed booking a week or so earlier, was told I have to wait for 45mins. Because they have yet to clean the room. It was past 4pm or over 2 hours after the 2pm check-in time. I demanded to speak with the manager and was given a room in a jiffy… what the…?

Good value for money for a 3 star hotel, the team is really successful. Had booked deluxe room this cost 11 euro surcharge to the standard room. The room is equipped with safe bathroom u FlachbildTV. The furniture is well maintained and the rooms clean. There are even 2 different pillow thicknesses soft or harder. A pool, laundry service and restaurant round offer. The location is super Central U 40 min to the airport. To the river U large Palace about 15 min travel time with Tuktuk. Decent hotel with pool on the second floor on the roof. Staff is very nice. The breakfast is OK, there is buffet West and Asian. Eggs are freshly fried/stirred. The rooms are very large and always clean. There is free water every day. Not everyone speaks English at the lobby. In the hotel bar at the entrance there are 2 drinks at a price for one hour from 10pm. In the hotel entrance there is an ATM for fresh cash.

It is an old hotel although they have it clean. It is not a 4 star but to sleep is enough. Breakfast is very nice, mostly savoury, sweet little. It's central.

We have a deluxe room on the 12 floor. I don't know if this is better than a standard room. Climate, TV. Large bed. Safe, minibar. Breakfast is good. Pool available. Can certainly be recommended for Europeans. There are also a lot of Asians who descend here. You can eat around the corner at Mama's. Good and cheap! Look at the pictures. Hello, we were in Narai hotel jest three days ago. Good point:every day clear, and charge the things like soap, water… The staff were polite The rooms are big. Near the sky train station In pleasent point:. Far from shopping centre. Bad break fast and every day was the same, without any changing. Old furnitures. They can't speak English.

Very good place. The location is good it would require a little more maintenance in the rooms.

The hotel is slightly older than what pictures depicted. The lobby is old and you can smell food during lunch and dinner time. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bathroom has all the necessary toiletries such as toothbrush, cotton swab etc. If you are expecting a luxury stay, look elsewhere.

Well located, bar Peperonni buenissimo, the best pizza that I have proven in my life.

International Standard Hotel. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Seen so-so. Very cold pool. Air conditioning very noisy.

Convenient location. Comfortable rooms and great Italian restaurant in the hotel. Don't forget to check out Sugi Bee Garden Café nearby.

Given the tariff this hotel is not cost efficient. The rooms are comfortable but characterless. Not a big deal. The bathroom is cramp with not enough towel hanging. If you have a shower in the evening your towel won't be dry by morning. One major drawback: this hotel is noisey during the day. A man guiding vehicles blows a shrill whistle non stop from 8am till 8pm. There is construction on adjoining property till after 8pm. Large groups of rowdy people shout in the lobby and restaurant. This is not the hotel for a peaceful stay.

Well placed, Silom RD is a big, noisy artery, with lots of shops and a 10-minute walk from the Metro Chong Nonsin.

Good hotel for a good price, at least the offer I got. I was in 2 different rooms (for the same price) and although they were basically the same, the second one was quite newer and nicer. So you have to be lucky.

The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. English is understood by most staff members. The rooms are tidy but mine has a few signs of wear. The air con works well enough. There are good views of the city and Silom Road from all rooms. The swimming pool is well maintained with the depth going from 1.5m to 3.2m.

Very nice hotel for a very good price thank you! The only annoying thing is the people outside constantly soliciting you for cab rides. Just ignore them, the cab drivers outside can be very pushy.

Below average hotel. Other than the location and the breakfast, there is not much else to appreciate here. The design is dated, the rooms have ants, I am doubtful if they sweep the floors. The room is tiny, shower is old fashioned, washroom is tight, no toilet shower. The bathroom walls have glass and the blinds that cover them are broken, which is a terrible lack of privacy. Elevators are tight. After one night of stay, I'm looking for another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Like most hotels in Bangkok, there is a partnership with some trade and therefore put in place transport services to the places in question for free (but without shopping in the given places, you are delivered to you even on the spot)
Also, it lacked toothbrushes and toothpaste in my room.

Whenever I visit Bangkok by Business or by sightseeing, I always stay Narai Hotel as it is locating at business center and convenient place to go any way like BTS station-Chong nonsi or going night out for Patpong within the walking distance. Hotel staff is friendly

A small star less for the room as the beds were separated while on the reservation we had requested a double bed, and the bathroom shower was leaking. Despite that, the service is impeccable, maintenance too, they react immediately. The breakfast buffet is very varied, there are for all tastes. The pool in the hotel is nice. Several small restaurants in the hotel and right next door that are part of the hotel where you eat well. Very well placed hotel.

I found this hotel to be okay; busy lobby, bedroom was good except for the bathroom. A mix of old style and contemporary. I would not repeat if I can, but I had a nice stay overall.

Good location. Close to stations of Skytrain, with lots of taxis and buses, in an area with stores, shops, restaurants and the typical Thai street food stalls.
Facilities good and clean, at least the rooms, the reception shows a design somewhat outdated but it is still functional. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel. Very full buffet breakfast. This in the shopping street, with night market to the side, put street food, restaurants of typical food, centers of massage, in short everything you need.
They have many details at the hotel, also on TV you can see tv1 though here you get used to watching the TV in English. Large pool with water warm, almost hot. Friendly people. It is a very recommendable hotel. Fdz.

I was now for the 6th time in the naraj 10-22 de. 2013 will go just as has happened in the narj. The experience is more than super (I search in Europe) courtesy and helpfulness is top. Only drawback — travel pool water is cold.

Great location. Good streetfood and nightlife if you walk left from entrance eastwards. Pretty clean but dont expect a nice pool. Or a good bar / restaurant. But I would come back, no doubt.

Full breakfast with continental and Asian cuisine. In the Hall they sell pieces of pizza to take away and has a bar with live music by night, very nice.
The free dinner buffet is recommended if you are hungry. Good sushi. In the vicinity there are massage, restaurants and the night bazaar of a short walk. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.
