Last year it good more than this year since January the customer less than last year too much.

I stayed in this hotel for only a night, arriving around 4AM because our flight was delayed. The staff were ready to welcome us with refreshing juice in the middle of the nights. They took our luggages all the way to the room. Loose a star because the bed and covers where not so comfortable. The breakfast is good, on the rooftop, nice.

Very conveniently located next to train station with many shops nearby eg 7-11, McDonald's and many coffee bistros. Room is clean, service is adequate. Could do better. Hallways are not air-conditioned so gets warm walking to room. Night time some hallways were not lit. Maybe is trying to be eco friendly. If so should use motion detector to on/off lights.

It's so shocking. The clerk was very patient and took me to the room, but if I had been given a double bed in the first place, I wouldn't have had to be so bothered, I really don't know what I was doing.

Really the very good choice. Location next to the escalator BTS Chong Nosi (300m from Silom) next to the very good Thai restaurant "LEK. Seafood "rooftop pool. Breakfast buffet. Free Parking. Good, clean bed. And at all do not let yourself be put off by the entrance to the basement of the parking (a moment of shame quickly forgotten) and check in not before 14h. It was a very nice hotel. Opposite Belgian Embassy (200m) especially location is great.

Prices are Quite economic. But they have Small Rooms and not so Clean. Air conditioning System is very Noisy especially During the night. The entrance is very Ugly because It's In The garage. Five Stars for the position very close to the sky Train Station. Five Stars for the swimming pool on the rooftop That is not so large but has beautiful View of the Skyline of the City.

Value for money correct if the night is less than 40 euros.

Excellent location and come with the big room. The staffs are friendly to guide us if you needed. Just foods for breakfast need to improve.

Perfect location steps from the metro. In the centro neuralgico of Bangkok.

The hotel just next to the BTS stasion. Many delicious street food around. The food taste is local authentic taste and the price is cheap. Mostly non halal food. Easy to go around Bangkok from this hotel. The room is clean and cold enough. Spa and massage available nearby. 7 eleven also available in front of the hotel.

The wall is thin that you can hear people talking from the other room. (Linen change card)
"Linens are changed every other day and at check out unless guests tell us by placing a card on the pillow. " … Kept the card on top of the pillow…
When I came back, I found the linens have been fixed but with the same linens But blanket will be kept the same for the entire stay according to their room service
And we'll be staying for about 13 days in their hotel and they'll keep the same unless I ask for it to be changed.

Its ok service, reasonable price and strategic location very near with chong non si bts station, so much street food near the hotel. Mcdonald and seven eleven is also available. The staff is also nice and friendly. The room is quite spacious for price range. The breakfast is average though. A mix between thai food and western food.

Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. Rooms have been in the years but clean and air conditioned. We will definitely come back. The hotel is in a great location.

Hitel Ideally located in front of the Metro; Génialbpoir move and visit the city. The reception is very friendly, worthy of Thailand. A room where to put your business and go on a very well equipped and clean mop. The. Breakfast is full and plentiful and varied. For the price it is a very good place.

At 1st I was concerned at the different ratings this hotel got. Either really good or really bad. It turned out being good. I was upgraded rooms after 1st being put in a room next to one that was being painted. The front lobby staff was very nice and accomidating. Then I had the pool bartender yell at me very rude because I used 2 towels at the swimmimg pool… After speaking with the manager however, the guy was repremanded and was written up on paper so if he does it again they said he would be terminated. So although that experience ruined some time of my stay the overall was very good. I would say give them a try and I would stay there again. They are in the middle of making the hotel nicer… The rooms were nice big and clean… I thank the manager, who was very very kind about fixing the pool situation and also the front staff for changing my room so easy and quick. There is also an amazing massage place near the lobby and an awesome burger joint to eat at on the corner!

Very good service, good breakfast, very good location, the metro is located in the same block. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms the same.

Not bad for an overnight stay. 2 Seven 11 nearby, Mcdonald, Seafood Restaurants and a Boots pharmacy.

Hotel is getting a bit old. The water heater is hard to control, you either get very hot or cold. Air con in some of the rooms are noisy. In dire needs of renovation. But the price is cheap, just next to the BTS train station that gets you around without the traffic, 7-11 is at the door 24 hours. The staff is also nice and friendly.

Friendly staff, location, clean, rooftop breakfast and rooftop pool — summing up the good things. Room photos on the web and in reality are like hamburger photos on glossy posters and the reality of the food issue at fast food restaurants. Price/performance OK, but repeat factor at me Gen Zero. But thanks to the friendly staff!

Very nice and very well located, facilities are great.

For one night ok. For a longer stay in no way. Interior and facilities ok. Balcony sweet, tidiness ok. But the section thickness between the rooms is a big joke. Privacy according to this: bye bye. That's why only two stars…

A medium-size hotel with a squalid interior. Shabby. The only plus is the location, the hotel is located directly near the monorail station.

Well located, full breakfast. In need of renovation or proper maintenance.

Really bad — nothing like on the pictures. Sleeping on the street seemed as a good alternative but unfortunatelly I had paid for the room in advance. Everything is old, dirty and tired, for example the carpets in the corridors have more stains visually and in number than a dalmatian and the whole place feels like a used dirty sponge; You can see from every employee that all the happyness has been sucked out of them and that they’d rather be hit by a truck than work there. I can understand why as I slept at the hotel for 5 nights. Also no warm water so compulsory ice bucket challenge every day; Feels like rooms have no walls because one can easily hear every sound coming from neighbouring rooms; Breakfast is tasteless and cheap and I had no expectations to it. Definately not worth any extra payment for it, eat outside nearby; Its easier to walk on water than to get a proper Wi-Fi connection. Only good thing is being very near to the skytrain stop Chom Nonsy — some 30m or so.

Could had been better, was much better the previous visit. Can still stay due to its location.

Nice hotel with pool in the courtyard next to dining room, surrounded by many green plants, cocktails are served. Many other places in the Area.

Rooms are dated. However service from staff excellent. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms don't have any views at all. We face some conference rooms and are forced to draw the curtains daily.

Hotel staff were very polite, they have changed my room on a request for MahaNakon view.

Great location in the central area of Bangkok and just across the metro. Clean Hotel and Breakfast in the international average.

The advantage is very close to BTS station, more dissatisfied with the room type and booking network introduced a difference, the bathroom door broken, the room is very poor noise.

This is rated as a 3 stars but it should be 2 stars for US travelers. First room was 1.5 stars, flooded, the water created a lagoon inside the bath. The carpet was dirty. The hotwater comes and goes. We were upgraded to a better room (2.5 starts) but the new room when you use the bath tub the water leaked from bath tub top area to the bathroom floor. When using the shower the water leaked to the toilet area. I felt like something was biting my legs. The good things was that people were very nice at the hotel.

The hotel was surprisingly nicer than it appears from the outside. Room was spacious and clean and so was the bathroom. Wifi was good and plenty of variety at breakfast. Four stars because no cab drivers knew where the hotel was so we had to get off at the main road and walk back.

Service top, Pool top, room not quite flopping, but mold in the bathroom and lots of water stains on the ceiling.

Staff very helpful but the rooms remain to be refreshed. Otherwise nice swimming pool on the roof and small breakfast very varied.

Definitely quirky but well worth the low price we paid. Area is a little odd as night falls and the street gets overly quiet (and sketchy) but in a half block in any direction it's busy and fun so it's actually a very good location. Also right next to the train if that's your preference.

Great value hotel in silom conveniently located near Chong Nonsi sky train station. Includes breakfast in the price and there is also a small pool on the roof. There are more luxurious hotels in Bangkok but for the money this place is great value. For the best prices I generally use agoda.

Small rooms. Cheap. Extremely bouncy bed. Bit wierd. Check in is at the basement carpark. Great location next to train station. Dean and deluca opposite side of the road. Swimming pool on the roof.

Relatively Old, the rooms don't have much, but Thailand is always warm polite, and think. Same price Bangkok could live that is better, agoda shows 4 stars, I can only well, 3 stars is also not necessarily reached.

Hotel very well located in Bangkok, rooms comfortable and clean, friendly staff, very good value for money.

I have been here for almost 10 days, their services are not bad but communications is a problem especially english.

Door handle to bathroom dodgy and map on hotel's website very misleading — use Google instead! Pool is only warm in the middle of the day, so be prepared for a cold one if you leave it until the evening. Very handy location right next to BTS station.

The only good thing really was the pool. After one of their computers in the computer room completely wiped all my photos from my holiday I had no real help because no one really spoke english and received no compensation for my loss, including the whole day I spent trying to recover my files and the money I spent on a file recovery program. Also in the room the bedside tables arent flat so a whole bottle of Jack Daniels was wasted there too. The state of the carpets is not that great either. A terrible end to a holiday.
