Friendly people, nice hotel, good bathroom, clean room and great beds.

Recently stayed here and great hotel, very helpful staff and rooms always clean and modern. Definitely will stay there again.

Thw hotel is very nice, the Chu Restaurant next to hotel serves beautiful and delicious food. There are local markets around the hotels to explore too.

Nearest BTS station to this hotel is Chong Nonsi. It is only 5 minutes walk from it, very convenient. There is a nice pool and gym provided by this hotel. Free breakfast from this hotel was just so so. The premier room is very spacious and comfortable, worth the money. There is a Silom complex nearby for good shopping and there are many massage centers nearby.

Good location and nice room size. But don't look out the window because what you will see is trash everywhere over the roof underneath. It is a horrible scene. Hard to understand why the hotel doesn't do anything about it.

Good price quality. In the hart of silom business district. 5min walk to skytrain. Modern rooms. Friendly staff. Free basic breakfast. Fast Wi-Fi.

Excellent hotel. The staff are polite and the room is clean and neat. The location is great with only three minutes walk to subway station. This is my second time staying in this hotel. I will come back again next time if I'm visiting BKK. Don't miss the restaurant downstairs of the hotel (not the one they take you for breakfast). The pasta in that restaurant is the best one I've tried.

Great location with large rooms. Hair drier provided but no toothbrush. Friendly staff and security. A little bit of a maze to get to your room and unfortunately the walls aren't soundproof so you are at the mercy of your neighbor. Stained walls and red marks throughout our room though… 2 mins to Chong Nongsi BTS, 10 mins to Silom MRT. Easy to get around bangkok from here. Plenty of food options all around and especially on convent road which is 5 to 10mins away. For the price and location of the room, this is a great place to stay.

I dont have anything negative to say about this hotel. I am very satisfied with everything during my stay. When I come back to thailand I will stay again in this hotel.

Spacious room with additional sleeping sofa. Suitable for family. Only 5 minutes walk to Silom BTS Station and 24 hours 7-11. There is small shopping mall integrated with the hotel which open till 5-6 p. M. Only.

Thank you Mr. Kawee for solving with agoda… the case of wrong double booking of trinity hotel in my name. Mr. Kawee really you are a gentle man and very loyal to the hotel and very generous with hotel's guests. But for that woman which I don't know her name. Who said she is the manager of the hotel and kept shouting on me because I refused the receptionist's order to keep my luggage in the lobby and wait 2 hours out of my room. I say to this woman. Shouting never been the proper way to deal with guests. Such woman must remember that guests pay for hotel and form this payment she gets her salary. Finally I request the chairman of trinity hotel to hang on this woman office that photo of gorilla which hold a sentence that saying : the boss always right.

The room is not good, walls are dirty! Facilities are old and something broken already, towel looks very dirty too! Its 21st century but they still use a DVD. Table always full of stinky ants. And the last but not least, thanks for the room's view, "fucking awesome", I see the whole rubbish in the opposite abandoned house! And they can look straight into my room, wtf?!?
P/S : Not even close to 3 stars hotel.

In a Premier room and couldn't be happier. Staff is friendly and attentive. Room is fantastic. Better than the pictures, and the pictures were great! View wasn't great, but it wasn't garbage on top of neighboring buildings. Could see the neighboring skyscrapers. Quiet street just seconds away from BTS, or a quick walk to Silom. Very clean, modern design room with good Wi-Fi, DVD, lending library, discount at lobby restaurant. Previously stayed at I Residence next door and loved it, but will definitely stay here again!

A fairly economical option near the metro station. A few enclosures. Corpus B after renovation, 7-storey. There is a water pump mechanism on the roof, so there is constant noise on the odd side of the 7th floor. Cleaning is good, no breakfasts. Towels worn.

Everything is perfect except the view on the rubbish of the people of the building next door who throw them out of the window without ever cleaning!

Convenient location. — Close accessibility to subway, walking distance to Sala Daeng, close to 7-Eleven, Friendly and courteous service. Clean rooms.

Good location, near sky train station, many good restaurants nearby, but the room little bit old decorations, staff service fine, no window view in room.

Excellent location in between Simon and Sathorn, 1 minute from BTS. Room is clean and standard size. Nothing amazing, but it is great value for money. The small cafe on the ground floor is cozy and hotel guests get a discount, so breakfast there is definelty worth it. Recommended.

Good place, very clean, and very detailed.

Very bad hotel, rooms far from the reception and lousy breakfast, plus the same is outside the hotel as at 100 meters and is small, maximum 25 people enter.

Tired and with little in-house amenity. Check in was joke and spent 15min debating why they need another 1000baht for a room key. Interior is tired, gym is in another tower block across road and is old and badly equipped, pool is not in the hotel but in another building, no room service for food etc. A positive note is the comfy bed and room size.

It's a good place. Only repairs are underway.

Good value for money if you book online (the walk-in rates at the reception were 2x higher). It's a 3-minute walk from the BTS station Chong Nonsi, and there is a lively street market right at the front door. A Villa Market is also right there. Our room was relatively large with a desk and a sofa. There are DVD players in the room, and you can rent DVDs in a room right next to the reception. Unexpected: The mirror in the shower.

I like the hotel, quiet, clean, not far from Silom Party mile, great pool.

I tried this condo because I'm interested in buying an apartment in Silom District. I really appreciated it, you can count on the staff for everything, apartments are really spacious with an olympic swimming pool and a nice gym. The really nice thing is that there is a market downstairs, two 7/11 and many facilities… I definitly recommend this address if you come for holidays or business…

Great Location, near TBS station, Super Market, Traditional market! Room is nice, bright and cozy, Only problem is the window, it’s too close to neighbor apartment and if look out then you will see super dirty roof!

For the price, it is an excellent choice. Room is clean and staff are attentive and helpful. The location is conveniently located near a BTS station (Chong Nonsi, about 100 meters) and Lalaisap Market, which we visited almost everyday to buy some local street food. Also near Convent road, where there are a lot of street food vendors. On the 6th floor, there is a laundry room with washing machine (B 40 per wash), dryer (B 60 per use), and an iron/ironing board. The only downside is the breakfast buffet (costs B 180) that we think the variety isn't too many. Go around and you'll find interesting restaurants.

It is a good place to stay, it is near to Chong Nongsi BTS station and there is a morning market (a lot of food can buy there) nearby. I'm just not satisfy with the shower temperature, we can't adjust the shower temperature (you can only choose cold or hot) and it is too hot for us. One thing to compliment is they give me a strawberry jelly cake on the first day I checked in (it was my birthday). I'll be more happy if they give me a piece of chocolate cake instead of strawberry jelly cake, haha.

In one night the average price of about 850 double room to say extremely great value, the room clean, the location is good away from the BTS Chong Nonsi close to 3-feet stroke, and downstairs there are several restaurants and the Villa Market supermarket in the morning, there is even a grocer, quite convenient.

The only fly in the ointment is the headboard on the top of the wall sound insulation slightly worse, the middle of the night will hear the next door TV sound. In addition the window view is quite horror, all across the household garbage, but normally also does not open the window and pull the curtains, so this part does not affect. Do not know if the living branch of the relationship? The main house and the Annex are separated, the two Museum rooms with small corridor）

Very convenient location, BTS Chong Nonsi walk 3 minutes away, near a very many authentic snacks, there is a small market, the hotel is relatively old, the air conditioning noise is relatively noisy, the room is also a few insects, bed linen is clean, if hoping but ask for a night, the price is convenient is definitely a good choice, The cheapest time is HK $200 per night.

Nice hotel and it is located conveniently to a train station. Walking distance to night market and street food stores. Quiet ambiance and spacious room, service was impeccable.

The beds were good and the air was cold. The showers were a little moldy and they leaked water out on the floor. There are two towers for rooms. One tower with the even number rooms there is a rooster that crows every morning from one of the neighboring houses. The electricity only worked with your room key inserted into the switch. This may be just a Thailand regulation. Hope they give you two keys if one of you needs to leave.

Staff very helpful. Everyday housekeeping surpised us with a new scented candle on our bed and a heart warming note from the Manager. It's the little things that count.

This is a nice place to stay in Bangkok. Despite a bit far from the airport (new), a reasonable price and proximity to the train station especially make this place attractive. The room is clean and spacious. And there are many restaurants nearby and a complex just outside the hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance major places in Bangkok and the metro. Can be anywhere within minutes. Safe neighborhood even at late nights. Located in a posh neighborhood. Room was big, roomy, and very clean. Came with slippers to wear. Bathroom amenities are great as well.

Booked for one night. They gave a room on the second floor in a nearby building. I've never met a more smoky room. Throwing the blanket saw on the sheet stains of different colors and shades) and under it dried animals. They asked me to change it. The manager came all looked up, gave another room on the top floor. The room is much better than the first one, but the sheets were asked to change, the air conditioning was weak and the floor last, the room warmed up to be healthy. Let's go to dinner, come in three ches. The bed was never changed. My wife refused to sleep). As a result: there was no strength to swear, spent the night with friends, the benefit they lived not far. They came to the room by 12 began to collect suitcases. At 12:10 a. M. The phone sounded and the manager, in a menacing and dissatisfied voice, asked to leave the room, or else 1000V. We quickly left the hotel for "night dates" and will not return there unless in a terrible dream)!

A pleasant stay here. Very near to the bts station and 7-eleven. Easy to go around in the city and buy snacks and foods to eat at the hotel at night. Spacious room, nice swimming pool. Roof leakage in the room toilet, and get the room changed.

Very good location and the rooms are clean. The staff are polite and I am very happy with this place. The swimming pool is in the opposite building and dont belong to the hotel… you must take a voucher from the reception and cross the street. They have a cafeteria, restaurant, pub downstairs thats is part of the hotel complex. A supermarket in the corner inside of a gallery that sales clothings is a bit hide. So must ask.

Room is clean, nice location. there is BTS (and super rich in the BTS station), 7-11, mcdonald, walk about 5mins to get those place 3 station far from Siam, didn't take long to get there.

Not easy enough to communicate with the Staff. Check in/out was done fast and easy, but anything else would require both time and hand gestures to explain what you want… Free water, coffe and tea, and good roomservice though, and definitly not the worst place to stay.

Bell hotel in great location. Clean and Nice staff. The wonderful pool (although in the building facing but worth it) Where you can bathe in the evening and admire the wonderful bankok from above. Highly recommended.

GLOW is a great place to stay. Located near Chong Nonsi BTS station you have access to an excellent rooftop pool, and the rooms are tastefully fitted out (if a little dated). The hotel is on a quiet back street away from the hustle and bustle of Silom and Bang Rak.

Perfect hotel for rest, well located, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

This is a great little hotel tucked away from the main roads so is very quiet at night. Rooms are large and comfortable as is the bed. i found all the staff to be very pleasant. Tip, if you arrive early and your rooms not ready, ask for a pool pass, the pools in the building opposite, there are showers there and changing rooms so you can freshen up. Breakfast is 220bht extra that can be bought each day so no need to add in advance. Very easy to get around with the sky train just minutes away and patpong market very close. The only thing I didnt like was the terrible Wi-Fi reception in my room, I didnt manage to connect once. Down in the lobby and bar its fine. I would highly recommend this place despite the Wi-Fi issue.

Kind of hard to find since its tucked away behind a big building. I had to go through this small alleyway through a dirty market. My room looked modern, and it's near shopping, transportation and markets. No gym or pool, but they will give you a voucher, so you can use the facility in another building. I wasn't impressed with their tour services! I did not have a good time on my day trip to Pattaya. It was a total waste of time, and I thought the staff that I encountered were unprofessional.

This December two of my friends and I stayed a the glow trinity in Silom. We were staying with them for 11 days. We were pleased with the appearance of the hotel upon arriving and then very quickly things went down hill. For starters the amount of money we payed vs the quality of the room was uncomparable. The beds were very uncomfortable and the cot they brought up for us was a joke, we were better to be sleeping on the floor. The maid service was extremely inconsistent. One day we wouldn't have bath towels they would just leave us with hand towels. Often there was no toilet paper. Other days the shower and floors would not be done. I am not sure why they even had a maid come up considering we would have to continually call for them to bring us something anyways. The elevators we had to take had not been inspected since May of 2015! The Wi-Fi here was extremely aggravating. It would continually go in and off and we repeadtly would contact the front desk for assistance as this was our only access to the Internet and to keep in touch with people. The problem was never once dealt with or resolved they would just say they will talk to the tech. On the last day we asked for a later check out as we had some items we were picking up at noon and wanted to come back to pack. The man said 1pm the was latest we asked if they could make exception as the pick up time was out of our control. He went to get the manager and she said that 1pm was the exception and that was it.

After a long discussion, we decided on the Glow Trinity Silom Hotel. The initial positives: it was near the 'Chong Nosi' BTS station, which grants access to all of the city. The hotel is also near the Patapong Night Market, which grants you access to all sorts of bargains. On the negative: none to consider. We booked the hotel via a booking site and indicated that we were on our honeymoon. We checked in and were complemented with a beautiful layed out bed and were greeted with drinks as well. The bedroom was big, always clean, not noisy and the sleep was comfortable. The air conditioning worked whenever you needed it to. The only downside was the slightly thin walls that didn't fully isolate the noise from the hallway. But that was a minor issue. The staff were extremely pleasant and polite. We were constantly greeted 'Thai' style and with a smile. Breakfast was also included in the package. Breakfast was served at the adjacent 'The Foodie'. Your common breakfast selection was present and lived up to expectations. The pool and fitness center can be found in the neighboring tower. Overall, Glow Trinity is a great selection for a great price considering the 'competition.

Pretty good place for a couple of days or a week, but many things can be disappointing to you. Firstly, there is two buildings. And if it's very common in Bangkok, here to reach the second building you will have to go throw a tunnel (gloomy, and which smells disgusting. ). Also breakfast is a abi small for a hole hotel, and the choice isn't as good as in other hotels, but at least it does the job. Nonetheless, the service in the hotel is pretty perfect, people are very nice. The thing which disappointed me the most is that ordering a cab from the hotel is incredibly expensive! But the hotel is well placed, so if you want to stay in bkk for some days, this can be a place you may like.

We enjoyed our stay here in an extremely comfortable room. First class service, and centrally located, plenty of markets a short walk away, and very conveniently placed for the BTS (metro overhead train).

Very good stay and close to Chongnosi BTS.
