For a 3-stat hotel, my friends and I were a little disappointed. They do not offer laundry service but there are tons of laundry service by the street. Maybe we were just expecting so much because it's a 3-star hotel. But all in all, we had a nice stay there.

I asked the reception to ensure that the maids clean the walls and floors and they didnt. They are lazy, when I got in the room there were food stains on the tiles, liqukd on the walls and women's hair all over the room. I recommend finding another place to stay their are places that are cleaner and cheaper.

Hotel is good for short stay. We stayed in 3 single bed/room, for 2 nights. Was good for 2 adults and 2 kids. Shower is in bathtub, no shower curtain. Room has fridge, tv, table, no chair. Some soap provided, bath towel provided. Door a little bit hard to open. Use by key card. 300baht security deposit for key card. Restaurant downstairs, nice pool on roof 9th floor. Hotel has elevator. Its not like the pictures, but its a good stay. Employees helpful. English not very good, but its ok.

The Walls of the hotel which inside the rooms leave much to be desired. It's just concrete. Maybe it is fashionable, but the living looks terrible. In Addition, the deposit of 300 baht for the electronic key is not specified. This deposit is refundable upon departure. If staying in a hotel for a long time, then this is not the best option. To sleep.

The rooms are average. Toilet is abit on the shabby side with hot water being a problem. The staff are very polite and kind. Do not try the swimming pool. It didn't look very clean. The location is quite central in terms of travelling to local tourist hotspots. There's a 24 hr cafe/restaurant for you to order food from. It isn't very impressive or good. Overall for a budget hotel, it isn't very bad.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean. The elevators worked fine and the restaurant downstairs was efficient with tasty food. However, the walls around the pool were very dirty and our air con was very noisy and then started leaking. This was then promptly fixed after a trip downstairs to reception.

Bad Price, hotel restaurant not recommended, charge 10 times more on some dishes than a rich and familiar position that is right in front of the hotel.

Affordable but far… taxi rates from airport to hotel is at 500bht and min 200bht to city.

Nice Hotel nothing to do with the photos on booking no resemblance the grey stone Chamber we felt like we were in prison, unable to open the window door. Swimming pool on the roof only accessible by elevator.

Value for money, but dirty pool area, staff don't care, because rate cheap.

Great staff. We have stayed there 4 times now. Friendly, helpful. We enjoyed the pool. The restaurant menu and its preparation need improvement.

4 Stars for best $Value$ for your money anywhere in Bangkok. First time visitors to SE Asia (or budget hotels) may not approve due to their unreasonable expectations. Experienced travellers will appreciate the 24 Hour Diner, 24 hour roftop pool, and genuine friendly service. If you have a problem, just ask. My budget room had a window, balcony and powerful A/C for about $18 USD a night. (Addressing some comments below. For perspective, I am a US citizen from New York City) Walls here are grey concrete, in 1 meter (yard) squares which is not uncommon in this humid climate since it absorbs moisture and won't rot like wood. But understably a surprise if you are not used to it. My bathroom has a sliding door and is definitely not big, but has a removable shower-head as well as the permanent one; which I found nice. Also unlimited hot water. Tankless system wakes up when you hit the hot water and just keeps it coming as long as you need. A rarity in the US. After spending almost a month here (they also have a special rate if you stay a month), I am bumping my 4 Stars to 5 Stars because of the Staff; if you want something different, including a different room, just ask and they make it happen.

I haven't had such a bad hotel for a long time.

The rooms have the charm of a bunker (lots of concrete, little furniture, construction spotlight as lighting, only a small window) and the hotel is not exactly close to the city centre. But the bed is okay, there is a pool on the roof, the nearest metro stop is 10-15min walk away — so for the price you can't really complain. What you pay is what you get.

Good hotel, relatively simple but clean. Everything you need. Even relatively hot water!

Bad repair, no basic: safe, kettle, tea accessories, etc. (toilet. Paper and Malnkij tube with shampoo, shower cap available)

My family had bad experience here. Rooms look dark with gray wall color and dim light. Bathrooms are smelly and dirty. My father felt itchy with his comforter which was changed. Some rooms have mosquitoes. It was lucky that we spend only 1 night here. One good thing is that this hotel is very near Chatuchak Weekend market, Siam Niramit Theater and Don Mueang Airport.

Good value for money accommodation. Good location 10 minutes from the Metro.

It was okay, the staff are accomodating to all our request. The facilities still needs improvement and the rooms supplies should immediately replenished.

Ideal for families, rooms with King size beds, 2 TVs, double air-conditioning, housekeeping made every morning with spring water replenishment and hygiene products. Pool on the top floor maintained but a little too chlorinated. Staff attentive and smiling.

Nice hotel with a great rooftop pool and cozy double room. Quite fast Wi-Fi, pleasant prices in the café on the ground floor and inexpensive rooms (700 baht per night double).

Very affordable hotel, near Sutthisan MRT station & Ratchadaphisek MRT station. And for me personally, this hotel's location is quiet strategic.

OK compared to price as you can chill around the rooftop pool. The staff need more hospitality training. Easy to find cafe and restaurant near the hotel. 15min walk to the nearest MRT station.

This is the only 1 budget hotel that I've stayed without pain on the wall! Yes, naked room wall, no painting. Really strange! The room a bit run down. Need to walk about 800m to the nearest MRT. Not recommend to stay here!

Staff is nice and somewhat help! Restaurant has great food at reasonable price and good service. Not a 5-star hotel but will work. Somewhat far from the good places, so prepare to sit in traffic!

Forget star ratings here. This is an economy hotel with an emphasis on economy. It's clean, has a real nice rooftop pool and appears to be well maintained. But, there is no breakfast service, though at time of booking I was advised that the room rate included one breakfast. And, there are no nearby restaurants, only a couple of street food vendors. There is no electric kettle to make a morning cup of tea or coffee, or an evening cup of Mama noodles. There is no handsoap packet, though the desk advised there are small cachets of liquid soap that replace the standard soap packet. Only problem was, my room had none. Room service is hit and miss; second day service saw the bed straightened out and towels replaced, but no fresh glassware.

Hi, I should write shortly my review on Agoda for my last stay at your hotel. The hotel is great but it is not acceptable to be hassle by the fake taxi located close to your parking providing small tours. We book a taxi to someone else to avoid him. With you help (as you probably give him some details), this fake taxi threathen and request bribe money to the taxi booked saying that we were "his customers". It seems that this already happens several times to several customers. Thus either you take immediately corrective actions against this fake taxi else I will grant you a 1/10 as this is totally unacceptable and this should be communicated to all tourists. Regards Phil.

It is a hotel that is pretty good. I was on two occasions. In the second time I was charged more because the bed had 5 cm more (it looked exactly the same) and the room was smaller. It has a pool in the attic and restaurant 24h. The food can be uploaded to the room.

Not even worth for 1 star! Receptionist are the most important main role to take care the image of the hotel! Those receptionists are the most terrible receptionist I've ever met! They serve customer with terrible attitude they shouldn't have as they work under customer service field some more the image of the hotel with informal attire even with really messy hair. The second, I booked for 3night for a family connecting room, my room key malfunction for the second night, when I going down try wanna solve the problem, I see no body, the next day morning I went out in the early morning and I left my room key inside the room because it's no function at all and I can use the next door to go over my room, I'm was back at night after all day shopping today, but when I got inside the next room try wanna get myself back to my room I realized that the connecting door are locked, (I know it was my fault too because I left the key inside the room as housekeeper will do housekeeping services, they will make sure everything be like a vacancy room before customer coming back), at the same time I get myself down to the lobby to apologize for the inconvenience I caused to them, what I get back is they keep showing their rudeness and unkind without understanding the problem to me.

Decent rooms with basic facilities, humble staff and ok speed Wi-Fi. Overall good deal.

The most: Nice staff. Half speak English. They do everything to satisfy you. Clean and nice room. Easy access to the pool and nice view. Possibility of washing his clothes at cheap. Parking. Internet. Fridge. Hot water. Metro 10 min walk. 7/eleven side. Busy evening street. Good restaurant open 24/24. Cons: we're 30 minutes from the center of bkk Metro.

Clean and good size rooms with good basic facilities for a short stay and with a good roof top pool. Price is justified and will be better if they can include simple breakfast to the package.

Not top. Overnight in enough, too far from everything. Nevertheless we lucky strolling stumbled on a karaoke bar where we met the Thai and had a great evening with them. The hotel in him even means nothing of + to added too expensive for what it is despite the pool. N don't trust.

DSL but average Breakfeast, room fake for the price, balcony you the impression that it will fall. No one who speaks English so if you not speak thai t dead, so we arrived at 6 pm we left the next morning hiding! Get charged! Even in Marseille t better now allowed to touch a piece of bamboo fada.
