Review of Bangkok 68 3*

Not even worth for 1 star! Receptionist are the most important main role to take care the image of the hotel! Those receptionists are the most terrible receptionist I've ever met! They serve customer with terrible attitude they shouldn't have as they work under customer service field some more the image of the hotel with informal attire even with really messy hair. The second, I booked for 3night for a family connecting room, my room key malfunction for the second night, when I going down try wanna solve the problem, I see no body, the next day morning I went out in the early morning and I left my room key inside the room because it's no function at all and I can use the next door to go over my room, I'm was back at night after all day shopping today, but when I got inside the next room try wanna get myself back to my room I realized that the connecting door are locked, (I know it was my fault too because I left the key inside the room as housekeeper will do housekeeping services, they will make sure everything be like a vacancy room before customer coming back), at the same time I get myself down to the lobby to apologize for the inconvenience I caused to them, what I get back is they keep showing their rudeness and unkind without understanding the problem to me. And this is the second time and the same people who treated me the same way as the first day I check in… I really felt so DISAPPOINTED to the hotel, I've been travel so much but never been in this situation before, I tried to be nice and talk politely to them AS I KNOW EVERYONE DESERVE RESPECT!
