Good budget hotel in Bangkok at sukhomvit location and nearby from terminal 21, mbk. Receptionist is quite helpful. Staff is also good and its a nice place despite of traffic in this area usually. Rooms are okay but at some point I was uneasy with Wi-Fi there.

The hotel has a bit of an identity problem as it is changing its name (to NIDA) yet still marketing under the old name… Confusing when you are looking for signage under the old name. Big rooms, sparsely decorated and minimal maintenance being done — it aims for middle of the road and that is all it deserves.

The place has friendly staff. Sadly, they don't do their jobs well. They are slow at clearing up at breakfast considering the amount of seats available. This leaves some customers waiting or eating on dirty tables. The pool is filthy. Hairs and gum around the pool. However, the place has a great sense of humor. Read the signs. They are funny.

Good value for money. Great locations with some nice views from the window. Staff and Wi-Fi are good.

Clean. Quite friendly staffs. Strategically located for it's price. Breakfast is ignorable but the egg station which I love help it with the 3rd star.

The room looked a bit old, no renovation. The air conditioner is a little noisy sometime it's bother your sleeping. Anyway breakfast here is nice!

The price compared to other similar hotels makes it more than worthwhile.

Food is horrible. Rooms dirty. Pool small and indoor. Only 2 small lamps for light in the room. Middle of nowhere. Good is quiet because no one comes here. Wifi on and off. Under 500 baht ok otherwise you can get a better deal elsewhere.

Large and comfortable rooms, quiet backstreet, view in the cities green, helpful staff. And if you dislike walking, they tuk-tuk you to the next sky train. Metro or airport train station. We stayed twice!

Had a best time. Nice Thai food. Superb swimming pool.

A good place to stay — service and location are equally awesome.

Very nice hostel, clean rooms. Has a pool and you can book breakfast for just 150 THB on top (we didn't have any as we wanted to try out Thai street food). The receptionists are really nice and helpful. They organized us a taxi with taximeter for six people at 4am in the morning although the taxi drivers didn't want to drive us without meter.

BOF Loing of all, not super clean and lack of refreshments hotels on sale so no renovation efforts there better.

Old diamond in the rough… Still has good bones and plenty to offer. Bangkok has sooo many of these…! Pretty nice hotel in Sukhumvit area. A little far walking to Asok or Phrom Phong BTS (15 mins) but close to plenty of restaurants and businesses. We got a great deal for two night stay. Staff there were all very helpful and polite. Indoor/outdoor pool has bar service and lots of shade for hot days. Very relaxing spot. Free tuk tuk service to main BTS and MRT stations on the hour (although not busy when we stayed so they were happy to take us right when we were ready 3 different times) Rooms were clean and functional even if decorated slightly cheaper than could have been. Included breakfast was nothing to write home about but ok. Other food we ordered off menu was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Behaviour of hotel staff is not good especially the serving girl at Q, zeen restaurant and the cook boy (wearing white). Hotel manager should instruct them to behave good to the hotel guests as they are really ruining hotel reputation…

Hotel room, Ac all good, but staff not good, brakfast timing staff laufing on us without purpose, also souting on us. We will not recomend this hotel to anyone if staff like that.

This Hotel is also know as Bobson Suits, it was a selection by our travel agent. We appreciated his section of Hotel, Food, ambience, room service was quick. I found staff as friendly as we get in other hotels. Our room balcony gave us a great view of Bangkok. Also they have a free Tuk-tuk service to the nearest metro station. I enjoyed my stay at "The Euro Grande Hotel"

The hotel charge 500 baht for companion or extra person you pick form outside… Smoking is not allowed in the rooms… metro station is very far… Around. 5 km from main road… but india restro and 7 eleven store is near.

Stayed at the Euro Grande Nov 2016. Oldish hotel but very clean & well looked after. Have larger standard but older smoking & non-smoking rooms and newly refurbished rooms. Staff were great. Breakfast very good. Pool good. Short walk to main road. Quiet hotel at night. Will stay there again.

Don't book… Nightmare always been remembered and will not erased from heart till whole life. Zero rated hotel with no facilities at all. No hospitality can say full of brutality in staff. I have been scolded, abused, threatened and beetan by hotel staff. Incident took place as I refused to pay for complementary water bottles. Security deposit made day 1. Hotel claimed bills of complementary usage, which was confirmed by their staff it's free. Not allowed to talk to high official, not allowed to go out and not returned the money was told they will file case against me and made all things possible So I miss my flight and stuck in foreign land. Family scolded and forcely made us to delete the captured video. Lucky after paying and big mess (bruises in hand, big wound mark on back and harassment). I am just able to make to flight and landed to motherland India … filling case against this hotel and staff working there … Big no to people around the world for this hotel… Feeling sad and frightened.

Three star hotel offering great value! Reasonable rates for large rooms, starting at 32 sq. M.
Excellent service from friendly staff.
Great location at the four-way intersection on Sukhumvit 31 which also has a large number of restaurants, massage places etc.
Tuk-tuk shuttle service to the main road, makes skytrain easy to use. Decent buffet breakfast with a live egg counter.
Convenience store opposite the hotel.

Good hotel with a nice swimming pool.

Pros: Room is clean. About 15 to 20min walk from Shopping malls. Cons: Very old, feels like I am in the 70s. Barely 3 stars, good job advertising on the net for its age.

Rooms are good but the staff are unresponsive and unsupportive.

I have called to book the room just now. Nobody wanted to do the job as now 1.50 pm and they say they are on break! I never see any hotel that reservation has a break! so don't wish to get any service from this place. That's why it has been take over several times in the past. I would say it's minus.

The pictures are correct but Google is showing a different address. The one I have is 249 Sukhumvit Soi 31. I booked this hotel (last minute) at the airport. 2100 baht per night for 2 nights. It looks like others have gotten better deals. The bathroom and TV are dated. The A/C took some time to start blowing cold air. The receptionist was not very inviting. Cleanliness of the room: 8/10.
