How Can you get permision to occupy the sunbeds for weeks?
The fridge was leaking water.
They did not replace old paper cups. No refill coffee. the electricity stopped working one day

We had a nice spacious room on the top floor with a fabulous sea view plenty of choice for breakfast and staff were lovely. Great location right on the beach and short walk to bars and restaurants.

My friends and me had the best massage at the hotel spa today! We loved it and would 100% recommend it.

Super hotel! Excellent room and amazing sea view!

The hotel is very poor in management and customer service.
— Aircondition NOT working, I had to ask the provision of a fun (a dirty one arrived)
— It was obvious that they spent a very small budget to clean the hotel for this summer (2020), as a number of areas were very dirty >8 months to clean.
— The parking was so so crowded that cars were even blocked (a mess and a hell) and the reception didn't even mention this problem prior to arrival. We had to walk for 10-15 minutes as that was the nearest parking place we could find.
— Mainly new staff witj lack training
This 4* hotel is a NO NO and a never again.

Yet another wonderful stay at the Vrissaki Beach Hotel. The very friendly, helpful and hardworking staff are the best. Facilities are excellent and right on the lovely beach, what's not to like. We are already decided to come back again next year.

Great place all the staff are great, food is excellent, we have stay there 4 or 5 times.

The hotel has a great location, OK pool, so so food, friendly restaurant and pool bar staff. But the hotel will nick-and-dime you, meaning they are cheap and will ask for extra for lots of stuff you would expect to be included in your stay. * the hotel says free Wifi is included, but that's not really true. They give you free Wifi at the beach restaurant, but not in your room or even the hotel lobby. Instead they charge extra for real Wifi and then they will limit you to two devices. * you have a mini-fridge in your room but the hotel put a lock on it, so they can charge you extra to actually use it. * There's a tiny mini-safe in your room (so small you won't be able to put a tablet in there) but they charge extra for it. There's a small gym room with some equipment there (a few weights, excercise bike etc) but even with your All Inclusive stay they only let you use some of the equipment. You need to pay extra for the rest. I would much rather they increase the price for All Inclusive a bit and then include more so it actually feels like… All Inclusive. We might return to Protaras some day but we won't be staying at this hotel.

Wow! The hotel is located beautifully right at the beach. You have your sunbed and umbrella by the pool and a very short walk to the ocean. You can reserve a sunbed and umbrella for your hole stay so you don't have to worry about fighting for a place by the pool. This was excellent! The restaurant has good food with a nice sea view. The staff at the hotel is super friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Anna and Marianna at the Votsalo pool bar. You are gold. We booked a superior large room with a balcony and a sea view, and man it really was a sea view! It felet like you could see the hole Mediterranian sea. Everything is really clean and nice. They also provide you with pool and beach towel. I've been to all inclusive hotels in Greece, Italy and Turkey before several times but Vrissaki Beach Hotel beats them all. Best hotel experience and hotel stay I've had. Can't really recommend it enough. Top points!

I was here the year before last. Nice hotel, by the sea. Spacious rooms, all amenities, TV, air conditioning, kettle, fridge, glass balcony, towels for the beach. The food is decent, the fruit. I liked it!

We have just returned from a 7 night all inclusive holiday at the Vrissaki Beach Hotel. It has been the most fabulous, chilled and enjoyable holiday in Protaras ever! Our room was a second floor seaview room — lovely, modern and clean with amazing views. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean, the food is excellent, the staff are wonderful. We've been to Protaras a few times now, and I must say that this time it really was the best — thanks to this beautiful hotel and wonderful staff.

Stayed here for a week in a double room. The hotel is clean and modern and have a nice and friendly staff. The aircondition was included. Our room had a balcony with a ocean view. Sunbeds and towels on the hotel area was free (deposit €50). However, we had a hard time finding free beds. All was taken during the first three days. Breakfast was included at the Bikini bar near the hotel. Breakfast was good with hot food, yoghurt, fruits, juices, coffee and bread. We had a fridge in the room. Surprisingly it wasn’t free to use? We had to pay €20 extra to get a key to the fridge. That’s odd and not what you expect of this kind of hotel. I can recommend this hotel and I would be happy to visit again.

Rooms are modern and well set out. Pool area is good. Enough beds for everyone. Staff are pleasant. Right on the beach front. Not much to not like at this place. Free Wi-Fi and free fridge would be my only gripe.

Very good hotel, has all the services and amenities, excellent facilities, friendly staff, willing and helpful, the location is perfect, has bars, restaurants, swimming pools, beach, gym, spa, hairdresser. Breakfast and varied meals. Good clientele.

Superb, superb, superb. Everything you expect And more in my opinion. Have had the pleasure of being a guest on four occasions and going again in August. My wife and I just love the place. It’s a YES from me!.

Service was great, very clean nice location, half board food was not to my liking but that aside great location would still come back.

Great location let down by some silly rules and a building site next door which starts at 07.00 and finishes work at 19.30 if you are lucky. Paid all inclusive to find on arrival that it started at 14.00 the day before you arrive and finishes at 12 midday leaving you eight hours to sort yourself very poor. Rep is or seems to be looking for a easy ride and is very economical with information. Staff are friendly until you mention any problems then they turn nasty very quickly. Food is good but by Wednesday it was the same old same old. While eating it was not like the many hotels all over the world I have stayed in you feel like the staff are rushing you and don't want you to eat to much you are always watched. Just my opinion but others said the same to me. I received a message from Tui two weeks before departure saying miner noise due to new windows being fitted. They didn't give us enough time to change and were economic with the truth it's still being built.

The staff are really friendly, the hotel is kept to a very high standard and is very clean. The rooms are lovely modern and big too. The food is of a good quality but very limited choice and we also found that the food choices are very random. The only bad thing we have to say is that you have to pay 20 euros to use the fridge in the room when it's already plugged in and nothing in it. Apart from that this hotel is brilliant and fantasic location too right on the beach.

The best hotel in Europe with a straff that make you feel like a star every day. The hotel is the shining star on cyprus.

Stayed here one week sept''17. Would return. Hotel is spotlessly clean, very modern, classy. Perfect location right on the beach. Great pool with ample sunbeds n parasols, which are chosen and allocated on arrival via a 5euro deposit. We stayed all inc. The food was above average, although choice couldve been more varied. Pool snacks were great. Drinks good. Very friendly staff and atmosphere.

I like this hotel. Everything is very clean, just steps from the sea, nice pool area which is never too crowded. The hotel's food was amazing 3 days in a row while I was staying here. They also have the small gym but I was too lazy.

Well what can I say we have come to this hotel for our first visit to cyprus this hotel should be 6 stars never mind 3 the all inclusive food is first class the staff can't do enough to help you the drinks menu it's the first all inclusive I've been to with such a wide array of cocktails and drinks on it our room is a superior double on the 5th floor it has a large balcony with two sunlougers on it two comfortable arm chairs and a table and still plenty of room to move about on it the shower room has a large rain shower in it and the bed is a king size As for cleanliness it is spotless pool towels changed everyother day well done to the Management and staff who work so hard thank you so much for all your hard work it is very much appreciated keep it up this is our first visit but it will defiantly not be the last.

Hi, half way through the holiday and I thought I would tell people about the vrissaki hotel, I don't tell lies and I don't gloss it over, I tell it as I see it, location is perfect for the beach, town is 10 mins away with bars, shops and eating places, hotel is very very good, clean and friendly, staff will go out of there way to help you, food is good too, all I can say about the rooms is ours, excellent, clean and huge, with a large Terrace to match and I mean huge, 1 downside and I feel Thompson should tell the customers who visit the vrissaki is the building work going on next door, for me it's not a problem as there is very little noise but I can imagine for some it could be, my advice is forget about it and enjoy the vrissaki and Cyprus … you will not be disappointed.

Came to this hotel 27.06.2016. Unpretentious hotel for those who like to explore the surrounding area while the food was at a height. To the Sea-5 step 7 unhurried minutes stunned Beach.
