Convenient for BTS (Skytrain) & Terminal 21 shopping mall, but not convenient for access to the hotel. No pick-up or drop zone, very inconvenient!

Very strategic location in the middle of Bangkok. Close to BTS-MRT interchange, shpping mall & jogging track. The hotel only 6 floor with some room views are blocked by the building next door. Breakfast optional.

Affordable price of the room clean and God service.

Good service, but sometimes the hot water is unstable, but in bkk who care.

Overall stay is good. Room is decent size. Clean but not for fussy. Location is excellent. Staff is friendly.

Great location right next to BTS, across the road from Terminal 21 mall. Small with only 6 floors, not much facilities, but the rooms are decent and clean. Basic amenities such as decent toiletries (but no hair conditioner), bedroom slippers, a functional safe, and basic Lipton tea and Nescafé coffee. Has a bath and shower, and the water pressure is good. TV channels are limited but has the more popular English channels eg CNN, BBC, Bloomberg, Nat Geo, Star World, Warner TV. Have stayed here a few times, my go-to in Bangkok for a decent, affordable and super convenient hotel.

Small, cheap and good for a short overnight stay. Since the rooms are very cheap I tried it for one night and did not regret it. Had a room without windows, everything clean and well maintained, quiet in the evening and well accessible by public transport (MRI, BTS). Ideally located to explore Sukhumvit on foot. I got in late evening and it went very fast, the same was true for the early checkout the next day. But I wouldn't sleep here for more than 1 or 2 nights.

Great location… Bit noisy at times. Not sure how secure it is since staff seem to wander away sometimes although they are super relaxed and nice. T. V. S in room seem to be decoration since they never work, but there is plenty to do in BKK to be occupied and entertained. Very very thin blankets on beds — not the most comfortable. Tuk Tuk mafia outside. Clean and fits my needs for price and location. Plus Amazing coffee shop downstairs.

If you want a hotel in a good location. This is definitely a good one. PRO: -Stairs to skybridge located outside hotel. -You are within easy walking distance via skybrdige to about 4 different shopping malls. -dozens of 7/11s within walking distance. -motorbike taxis located outside -Skybridge also allows quick access to Asok station. -Many places to eat also within walking distance -If you're lazy, first floor has bar/place to eat. -Friendly, English speaking staff. Mixed PRO/CONS: -Maybe not 100% family friendly. Soi Cowboy, a popular red light district, is just around the corner. But, I've never really seen any issues, but, I also don't have a family I travel with. CON: As of this moment, I don't really see any. Perhaps the laundry service might become expensive if you're washing a lot of cloths.

Only negative, Small rooms. Hotel has a great location for the price. Close to shopping, bars and BTS.

A bit old. My room near maintenance room, so noisy. Location good, near to BRT.

A simple and no frills hotel with a great location. 2 minutes walk to nearest bts (asok station) and shopping mall (Terminal 21)

Budget hotel. Bed mattress is too hard for me and noise from the main road is discomforting.

The toilet didn't work, one of my towels had blood stains, the guy at the reception didn't take our passport info and was asleep every night and left the keys out where anyone could have grabbed them.

Reasonably priced with decent room and service. It is also located conveniently right next to Sukhumvit train station.

Great location and staff is very friendly and helpful. I had forgot my bag on the chartered bus and they helped me track it down and helped me to get it back.

Favourite place to stay when I first arrive to Bangkok. It's right next to Asok BTS and Terminal 21 is across the road. Also close to Soi Cowboy for those interested.

I was coming to Bangkok to see a Roller Derby bout, I decided to stay for a couple of days so that I could visit the Chatuchak Weekend Market. I decided on this hotel because it is a non-smoking facility (a must for me) and because of it's close proximity to bot the BTS and MRT. The hotel was easy to find, I exited the BTS at ASOK Station and it was pretty much right there, just a short walk on the elevated pedestrian bridge and you'll see it so you don't even need to walk on the street! The lobby is on the second floor, take the evaporator up and check in, you can not go above the second floor without a card key. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. I have to go back to Bangkok in a couple of months and I already booked my room here.

We never stayed at the hotel but we have been to the bar restaurant on many occasions, great place to eat and watch the world go by. Good attentive staff.

This guest house is right at the corner of a Sukhumvit road,. We arrived there in the morning. The room was not ready yet. So we were told if we want to upgrade to an other room we had to pay 300 baht more. Which we happily did as it was around 9 in the morning. The the room was small but it was good for a couple, bathroom was clean with hot shower. Though you could hear the traffic sound even if you are inside your room but that sound is not much loud one could sleep soundly. The BTS train stations are very near from the guest house. The nearest one is BTS Asok. Terminal 21 shopping Mall is also located next to BTS Asok. If you don't mind walking, you can also walk to Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. There are so many bars and restaurants in the area and so are Indian restaurants. The staff was nice and friendly. Highly recommended to stay if you Do want to stay near Sukhumvit and want to explore the area.

Great hotel! The breakfast is very good. The hotel is close to the metro station! Very well-located! The price is ok!

Don't book your room here! We booked a room with window but it was completely covered with a billboard so it was like a dark box. When we complained we had to pay extra for a room with an actual view so we cancelled the whole situation. No service or professional attitude at all!

Rating is for indulge cafe. Great hospitality, attentive staff and nice atmosphere. The constant mist outside is very nice, no way of knowing if it's filtered or dirty though.

Great bar with good food and service called Indulge here. Haven't stayed at the suites but decent rates and looks amazing. Very close to Soi Cowboy and Terminal 21 mall with Skytrain connection.

Very good stay we enjoyed our stay here, as the rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpfull the best part the location was really easy access thru out bangkok with out haggling with the taxi drivers, and the rains as it is the hotel is outside the only BTs station that connect to the MRT (underground) will certainly stay here again.

This is my first time here with my boyfriend is a wonderful experience. Staff was good, clean and very comfortable place to stay! It's very near also in malls. You can use bts sky train. I would like to mention also a very nice filipino staff Rey. He's very accommodating and very friendly :-) Definitely I recommend this hotel :-)

Good location (3min from Asok station 4th exit). Clean room. Good room condition. But. It is not easy to find. If you want to go this hotel, look for cornor of buliding. (Next to family mart, convinient store)
