i stay here now 15 days in ASQ. You was always there for me for anything I need. If it was Chocolate (thank you Ms Kung) or I need special Tea thank to the receiption they was all time for me there.
I help me by anything I need. Documents for Certification of Entry: Fast and easy!
The Hotel even Ms Kung help me alot before I was here I get very fast the Documents I need for COE.
Fast and uncomplicated. The Room: Very good!
The Room is very comfortable and iam always in High Level Hotels. So I give 5 Stars.
Bathroom very good very nice Bathtube even I never use it but very good Waterfall Shower always warm water. Internet: Perfect!
Very important for me I work in this 15 days everyday. I do always Teams videocalls. Always working. I do to Europe. Never has problems.
Most times I have best connection. I load much and fast very good! Netflix: Not work well
Yes it works first days BUT than it broke down I dont know why I can connect but connection very very slow. I need to look on my Laptop but it was ok. Food: Very good!
Food was very good even if I not like eat out of a plastik box it was very delicious.
And much different meals so very good also. Fazit: Very good!
So all in all a Hotel where I would come again and if you will go Thailand in Quarantäne go here.

Just spent here two weeks as part of the ASQ package and it was great! I mainly want to highlight the amazing staff that was so patient with us, with our request, and limits, and made our stay just beyond! And second thing is the great food that we just could get enough of. We really like Thai cuisine, and the food they cook was incredible (not only for Thai food btw).

Helpful ways to get around and pricing. Alternative to not taking taxis I mean. Also what big attractions are around the area that family or so can go to. We all had to research it ourselves.

Highly recommended. Lovely hotel in heart of sukhumvik transport 5-6 mins at bottom road terminal 21 5 mins away if u like shopping.

I am staying in the hotel now. Good customer service staffs. Nice and clean room.
However, the room doesn’t store sound so we can hear the room next door activities. Yes every activity.

The location is Arte is a true standout it is positioned conveniently at the changeover station for both MRT and BTS. Also is very nearby to terminal 21. Has great local food on the streets very affordable and numerous massage palors. The rooms are a nice size but the facilities were not maintained the best. The service was lovely, we had an issue with our room and they switched our room but that also had issues so we changed again. They ended up downgrading our room but it was much more hospitable. The staff in the hotel are really friendly and try to help you with your stay and speak pretty good English.

Nice little hotel in prime location. Nice rooms, rooftop pool (which could be a little cleaner, but it's okay), good breakfast. I would stay here again.

The hotel is reasonably priced, very good location and close to Asok BTS, hotel staffs customer service is good, good breakfast. As long as you walk into the hotel, the jasmine aroma just made us feel relaxed and while doing check-in, we're served with a glass of welcome drink. The only downside is the maintenance of the room lightings and furnitures are a bit run down, some lights are not functioning as can be seen on the ceiling hidden light, wardrobe hinge is broken, drawer slider not functioning properly. Apart from the maintenance issues, this hotel is great. I'd have given 5 star if the hotel is properly maintained.

Its nice little hotel. All the staff is trying their best to make everyone happy But its a mid level hotel With great location. So its 4 * From me because they are trying and for value for money.

Sound proof are bad, room guest are having some kind of "high party" in their room til 2am in the morning. They shouted and laugh so loud til we are not able to sleep so we called the front desk and they did went to that room to check and it back to peaceful night again but it only last for 10 mins and they start party again. With no other choice we asked the receptionist to give us a quiet room which we can have a good sleep and they did it for us. Overall staffs are friendly but their guests are not that decent.

This was the first hotel my husband stayed at when we came to Thailand for our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I had an unopened box of prescription medication to treat anxiety that I left in a tote bag at the bottom of the lounge chair. The day after we arrived, I noticed that it had gone missing. Thinking maybe I misplaced it, I searched my bag, my husband's bag and the entire room. Gone. I know that prescription meds go for big money on the black market in Thailand but I could not believe mine were stolen right under my nose. What makes it worse, is when I confronted the staff at the front desk about it, she offered a half-hearted "sorry" and did not offer any sort of help in locating it nor did she report it to the manager. She seemed completely uninterested. I have never written a bad review on here, but this is just plain unacceptable. If you do decide to stay here, please make sure you lock up all your money/passports/valuables and especially prescription meds as you run a very high risk of theft here.

One of the staff tried to scam me by organising a lady boy to my room. Initially I thought it was just a mix up between hotel staff and the escort. However, later I received a threatening phone call from the pimp, who knew my full name and room number. For obvious reasons I left the hotel for my own safety, but hotel management refuse to refund the booking. I had only just arrived at the hotel a couple hours before this happened, I had not left the hotel, I had not told anyone my room number and hotel reception said they had not given out my room number. So the only possible explanation for an escort agency having my room number is there being staff here that can't be trusted at this hotel.

Absolutely disgraceful. I made a booking a week before my stay and had to cancel. I informed them within 20 minutes after making the booking that I needed to cancel (Or move) as I had booked in the wrong dates. A genuine mistake that I hoped to rectify quickly. They have a non cancelation policy, which I understand. But in the circumstances (20 mins after booking) I hoped they would be reasonable and refund or move me to the dates I needed, seeings as they hadn’t actually los…t anything. T would be the reasonable thing to do. Anyway, I emailed repeatedly with no response until the day of my booking where they offered me a room for 400 baht more. Obviously, because they never responded, I had made other arrangements so I couldn’t take them upon on their offer. And no, they wouldn’t refund either. I have never come across such an unreasonable company/hotel. They have basically just got £86 20minutes of a genuine mistake.

It is a good hotel if you do not give a view of the wall. And this is on the second floor. Go out on the balcony and there is a view of the pipe wall and it is not clear what. And so stylish. The center is close by.

The location is great. Price per night is great! Quality and serves at excellent level.

The hotel is close to the BTS station Asok and is therefore very easy to reach. My room was very well equipped and was in a clean condition. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous bars and shopping facilities. The hotel has a spacious rooftop terrace with swimming pool, sunbathing facilities and a bar open until 11pm, and many shops are located at BTS station Asok. The staff is very friendly and helpful and my wishes were met. The restaurant offers a good breakfast. In the immediate vicinity there is a wide range of possibilities to spend the evening. For a stay The hotel is definitely recommended. I would definitely stay at this hotel for a future visit.

Lovely clean hotel and conveniently located a few minutes walk from Terminal 21. Had a slight issue with the ventilation in the toilets but the hotel was very accommodating and switched us to new rooms without any hassle. Would definitely come back to stay here on future trips!

Amazing hotel! Great staff, nice rooms and the whole rooftop is very well made. Also not too crowded since its smaller than most hotels.

Nice hotel. Room looked good and was comfortable. Pool was great… Building is only 9 stories high in an area full of towers so no good views and pool is in shade most of the time.

Pool on the roof top class and clean. Room large and top styled. Small hotel, but really nice with a lot of exclusive and luxurious features. I can recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Modern, relatively new hotel with spacious rooms, in a good location close to Sukhumvit Road and still quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very tasty and great choice. We would come back.

Got the suite — — it was large but wasn't laid out practically. The room was also really dark. Much of the lighting was in white light — — a bit stark. Ceiling was a bit low. Pool looked nice — — but didn't get a chance to use it. Staff were helpful. Lots of places to eat and to get massages down the street. Easy access to the BTS, but it's a really crowded intersection. Overall, not a memorable hotel. There are plenty of options around the area.

The place is nice and quite. Its in a Soi near MRT and BTS. Restaurants and Shopping Center Terminal 21 is nearby. The stuff is great. Would definitely recommend it.

Very nice service, lovely pool, stayed in premier deluxe and got a corner room which was very spacious Only downside was lack of english channels for those lazy mornings and late nights.

I’m here right now in room 109. Good: Pricing, friendly staff Bad: Walls are paper thin. A vibrating cell phone from the room next to us woke us up at 6am. Room phones don’t function normally, like the buttons for front desk, room-to-room dialing, etc. Were not programmed, so I had to get up and walk to the front desk for assistance. Location is a little shady, with man-girl prostitutes on every corner after dark, but jey, this is Thailand. Rats! Yes, there is a garbage collect a few doors away from the hotel, and walking back we had to dodge about 20 rats going through the garbage on the sidewalk. So, not a great experience.

Service is very friendly, the appearance is very modern location is very good!
In general, the CP value is very high! The top floor of the infinity pool, although small is very beautiful, the only drawback is that the bed is too hard, the previous night massage are white pressed every day to wake up to greet me is the waist acid back pain had to get up and go to massage.

Fantastic location, 3-5 minutes to terminal 21 and sky train. Comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms with lots of space. Great service, friendly staff. Stayed with my family but can highly recommend to all types of travellers.

Very happy stay in Bangkok this time with Arte Hotel. The facilities are new and nice, staffs are very helpful and greet us with a friendly smile everyday, location is the biggest advantage of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the sky train and terminal 21 the shopping mall, stayed 4 days at this hotel and we did not have enough time to try out all the food around the place!

For its price, the hotel is really quite good. Rooms are of decent size, it's clean, the staffs are all friendly, nice rooftop pool with a bar where you can relax and soak up the sun. There's so many channels on the TV that you'll never get bored. There were only 2 issues during my stay there — 1) There was cigarette smoke smell coming into the room from the aircon vent as if someone was smoking in my room. I went with a group of people who stayed at different floors, and another room had the same problem. Will be a 5 star in future if they can fix this issue.

One of the best hotels in bangkok, located in a very good place, its so clean and the service is excelent cleaning will be done as you request in time. And the most amazing thing is the pool.

The location is prime and very accessible towards anywhere. The staff was helpful and the room was neat and clean would totally recommand it to anyone.

Great location close to the Asoke BTS. However non smoking room smells of cigarettes and bed is quite hard.

The last thing you want when you are visiting a new country is unpredictable hotel conditions. After staying in a handful of hotels and resorts in Thailand, Arte was definitely my favorite. The staff. The doorman, front desk, housekeeping, and all other staff always had a smile on their face. Afraid of being ripped off by taxi drivers? They'll give you accurate estimates and get you a taxi driver that will go by the meter. The breakfast. Breakfast was definitely the best I had in Thailand. There was a coffee machine with latte and cappuccino options. There was also fresh fruit, milk, customizable noodle soups and omelettes, hot food that changes daily, BACON, different breads, and pancakes made on the spot. The room service menu is also spectacular with both eastern and western food. The room. The room was spacious with a safe and stocked mini fridge if you are feeling lazy to step out at night. They give you free slippers, more toiletries than other hotels (Jasmine-scented), mirror with light control for us girls, bathtub, actual hot water, designer mattresses, sofa, good AC, cable TV including English channels, and good air quality despite the hot and humid temperature outside. The facilities. Free water and more equipment than other hotels (they even have a leg press and dumbbells). Other hotels have four machines and call that a gym. Rooftop pool is clean with a bar. The location.

At the start, things were fine until we spoke to one of those receptionist. Our card had not gone through to the payment and one of the ladies seemed quite agitated. The service was very poor when we asked for help and the cleaners told us to go downstairs instead of asking what had happened. The room had smelt like urine & smoke and the bathroom was not cleaned properly before entering. The only thing that I was statisfied with was the bed and buffet.

Great little hotel with good service in an excellent location. Room decor is modern, fresh and well-maintained. Gym is very small.

This is a boutique hotel with 8 floors and a pool on the 9 floor. Pros are free parking, good price, breakfast and modern amenities. Free parking was nice right in front of the building until they called us to tell us a taxi hit our car at 3:00am. Wait sorry, not your car. Don't you have the cars numbered for which rooms? Breakfast is decent, better if you go to the back with the two ladies making omelets and soups. Fitness room is too small. You can fit two or three people in there comfortably and universal machines stack up against wall making parts unusable. There are doing renovations down there, hopefully expanding fitness center. Pool is nice. View of the city unlike our room (1st floor). 1st day was bad. Got to the pool in the afternoon, trash on the ground, used bar glasses left out after guest had left. Clean the windows at pool at least once a week please. Avoid the restaurant unless you ordered the free breakfast. We made the mistake of coming to an empty restaurant one night and waited an hour for our food and the food was not good. Then I had to get up and go to the front desk of the hotel to find someone to find our waitress (? ) to get our bill. Turns out she went home at end of her shift? Another couple waited an hour for their food and ended up leaving. Go to El Gauchos steakhouse down the street to see what service and great food taste like. The biggest problem here is the staff (minus the doorman and the wonderful ladies making omelets).
