Nice swimming pool, ample parking, nice meals.

Was awesome being part of the customers who were accommodated at Kilimanjaro Crane Hotel.

Good, clean, food is good but bathrooms and shower need upgrade.

Their services are excellent and their staff ensure you enjoy your stay.

I stayed here for two weeks. When I arrived KCH, the workers (front desk officers) were phenomenal, nice and welcoming. They even allowed me to take a look at the rooms, test if the Wifi was working to my satisfaction and check the toilets. The most important part is the food. I wanted to explore local dishes and yes they gave me the best, yummy and tasty. And when I met the manager, he made all the difference. Soft spoken, caring and professional. In fact, my travelling colleagues already told me they'd also stay at the Crane the next time they visit.

And before going to Kilimanjaro Crane Hotel (KCH), we visited three other hotels. They were either nice but no Wi-Fi in the rooms, too expensive or both. When I arrived KCH, the workers (front desk officers) were phenomenal, nice and welcoming. They even allowed me to take a look at the rooms, test if the Wifi was working to my satisfaction and check the toilets. Most importantly, they showed me how to turn the hot water on. The mosquito tents were new and clean, while the TV and AC worked well. After a couple of days, the Wifi in my room did not work. They not only apologize for it but they changed my room to make sure I got Wifi services especially at night since I was working throughout the nights. The breakfast was on time, the workers, even those who could not speak English gave us a good smile and made sure he/she got an English speaking colleague to assist. The most important part is the food. I wanted to explore local dishes and yes they gave me the best, yummy and tasty. And when I met the manager, he made all the difference. I will stay here anytime I return to Moshi and I highly recommend Kilimanjaro Crane Hotel.
