Best Hilltop hotel, spectacular view to lake Tanganyika, very perfect photo site, the beach front at the lake has the best clear water, unpolluted and sweet to swim in, also the kayaking experience is perfect for a nice sunny day.

Was here in July last year. Absolutely loved this place. Incredible sunrise and sunset over Lake Tanganyika. Nice food and lovely zebras and wildlife grazing on the lawn in the morning. Would definitely want to come back one day.

Kigoma hilltop is a very nice place in kigoma municipality, Bangwe ward, near bangwe prison. It's located on the lake Tanganyika shores. On 1st Jan. 2018, I've been there with my friend who enjoyed a lot. Good weather, good swimming pool, rest place and good vegetation around. It's a nice place to visit.

Phenomenal setting and atmosphere. Zebra are on the grounds and monkeys and you are next to the 2nd largest fresh water lake in the World. The views are breath taking. So what if Wi-Fi is only available in and around the Restaurant area and not the rooms. For work days, I have set up at my desk in the Restaurant, also next to the pool, and worked from there. I am looking forward to my return trip here, November 7th, where this place is an oasis after working in the other more remote regions of Tanzania.

Amazing experience. The hotel is really what its name stands for " Hill Top"… It is situated at the perfect serene location on the hill with a breathtaking view of the lake… with zebras and baboons and different bird species all around the hotel… Staff are very professional and the food was delicious… Excellent keep it up!

Kigoma Hilltop Hotel is truly an exceptional place to stay when in Kigoma. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Suleman. You'd get spectacular view of Lake Tanganyika from your balcony & the restaurant. And best of all, you're guaranteed sightings of zebras that will walk up to your balcony & within 1 feet from you. The experience is simply amazing!

Really beautiful place. Unfortunately I was here for only one night and came in late and left early in the morning. The dinner was really good though they need to add more items to their menu. This place could use Wi-Fi everywhere as opposed to just the restaurant and reception.

Food. The view. The pool. And there are animals too like zebras, antelopes, peacocks and many many others.

A wonderful place for retreat, conferencing and untold leisures. The place is real hill top overlooking lake Tanganyika where MV Liemba was floated by Britons after sunk by Germans in WW II.

Very nice hotel, nice ambient and view. I love it. I love fighting ninjas on the roof!

I visited this hotel in 2003 and I was impressed. Great place to be. Nice view of the tanganika lake, great service and good food.
