I really enjoy my stay here for three days. It’s super beautiful and peaceful hotel. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The pool is nice, I used it every day. Perfect place for spend stay.

We had such an incredible stay at the Parkview Inn. Located 1 block from a supermarket, and 2 or 3 blocks from souvineer shopping, this was our home base for nearly 2 weeks while on safari and climbing kili. Very reasonably priced, excellent on-site restaurant serving 3 meals a day and a buffet at night. Cleanest hotel I've stayed in, including USA. Staff works non stop to clean and accommodate and make sure you are taken care of. Very very friendly and I would give it 10 stars if Google would let me!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and I also enjoyed their local dinner dishes. The location was perfect, quiet but close to the town center, making it easy to explore.

Had a really nice 4 night stay at this hotel. A comfortable base for trips to nearby Mount Kilimanjaro, of which you have a great view of here. The receptionist, Jenny, gave us the honeymoon suite when we checked in. Legend. The room was spacious and luxurious. I was really happy with the aircon, hot water, and beds at this hotel. The only thing that wasn't great was the Wifi. The security is very good but necessary. Moshi didn't appear safe to me and there are no street lights at night. We went for a walk downtown on our first night, and it was our last. We got a lot of unwanted attention. The hotel is all fenced off and has a big security gate and guards. We were happy to spend the other evenings inside the grounds. They had a great pool, which we got maximum use out of, and the restaurant was fine. I had been forced to eat stews for 2 weeks before this on various safaris and camping trips in Africa, so it was so welcome to eat simple things here like pasta. When staying here, it was class getting up at dawn to go up to the patio on the top floor to watch the sunrise gradually light up this great mountain. I would really recommend this hotel if in Moshi.

I stayed at the Park View Inn in Moshi on three separate occasions across December 2024. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel, the rooms are bright, spacious, private and clean.
The food at the restaurant is good and the staff are so friendly, they really made me feel at home in this hotel.
The only disadvantages are that on one occasion the hot water seemed to cut out and the Wi-Fi isn’t particularly strong in the rooms (but is not bad in the restaurant).
Overall I loved all of my stays at Park View Inn, it’s a lovely hotel and the pool is a really nice touch, particularly on those hot Tanzanian afternoons!

A fantastic hotel to stay in. The staff at the hotel is amazing. The restaurant at the hotel is very reasonable in price and the food is great. You have to wait for the cook to prepare the fresh food as it takes time. Try the stonytangewezi ginger soda at the hotel. It is fantastic. I think the water in moshi makes for an excellent soda. Even the cokes taste great. Their masala chips are awesone. The rooms are great. Wi-Fi service is a little choppy but does work I was able to do facetime there. If you are on a safari, you can safely store your luggage there. You have to book a room as they fill up fast.

This hotel is the place where you can rest before or after safari or trek to kilimanjaro.
Don't look for another.
Go for pizza and juice.

Expensive hotel bad value for price. They have a swimming pool, but at blackout no AC and hot water depends if there is some left. Otherwise a little bit colonial style. A hotel like this should in my opinion be able to invest in some water tanks, solar water heating (a very simple and cheap idea that brings a lot), solar power, battery. The could be 90 percent self sustainable and independent of grid. I don't get it, why they do invest in a pool, but not into such basics. The blame the government, but this is about the Hotel could do something.
Personnel at the reception unprofessional. They have put me on top level while knowing exactly I come back from the Kilimanjaro, so, probably climbing stairs is a pain for me. AC, boiler sometimes simply not working. Switched off, because blackout. Forgot to switch on again. And so on.
The restaurant has a closing time of 21 hours, but it is often open later. Now that might seem great for the guests, but not for those, who have a room next to the restaurant. I had one (this was before the Kili).

I am staying at Parkview Inn before and after climb. This place is conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is tasty. All in all lovely stay specially when you are preparing for the climb :)
Would highly recommend this place for all the climbers!

Serviceable hotel for your stay before and after your Kili climb. The place is bit outdated and can use a face lift. Staff is wonderful, especially in the restaurant. Food does take a while to appear so better to order ahead. On the 3rd floor balcony you can get a view of Kili. It can get noisy — you get the Muslim call to worship at 4 am and then a Christian worship service at 5 am.

Super clean rooms, exceptional service, great pool and restaurant. The perfect starting point for Machame Kili route and safaris. They will even hold your luggage until you return. Service is the best. Ac in the rooms nice hot showers. Be sure to book here.

Stayed at the Parkview Inn, Moshi before and after my trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. All the staff including receptionists, porters, cooks waitresses, and cleaners were all very well spoken and polite. Being ever so helpful when possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had mosquito nets fitted to beds. Good selection of foods at breakfast albeit for me the butter and jams etc need to be better presented (individual packets? ) rather than exposed to all. Good choice af meals. I had masala chicken and steamed rice and their vanilla ice cream which was fantastic. Can be a bit of noise on the front road early in the morning but a good central location in the town next to banks, the market and supermarkets. The hotel has a nice relaxed seating area sound the pool albeit the loungers are a wee bit tired. Views of Mount Kilimanjaro on a clear day are unbeatable. The hotel made me feel safe and secure and also provided free Wi-Fi throughout. Would stay again when in Moshi.
