I stay here every time I’m in Tanzania. Their mission is great — they run an onsite hospitality school for underprivileged girls, which makes staying here feel even more meaningful.

We stayed at More Than A Drop with a group of 14, with undergraduate students paired in different rooms. It was a fantastic stay. The hotel is an oasis of green, comfortable, yet elegant.

It’s pretty mediocre hotel, I’ve been here as part of Tanzania Specialist trip. One of the rooms I stayed after climbing Kilimanjaro didn’t have a hot water.

I had a very pleasant stay at Chanya Lodge. The rooms are great—clean, comfortable, and perfect for resting after long days out. The restaurant food was tasty and enjoyable overall.

I stayed at Kibo Palace Hotel Moshi before and after my Kilimanjaro trip and it was a really good choice. The hotel is clean, modern and in a nice location close to town.

Mkoani homestay is one of my favorite accomodation in Africa. The property was beautiful with two courtyards, a low key lounge and really nice rooms.

We chose this lovely homestay as our stop before starting the Mount Kilimanjaro hike, and it couldn’t have been better. The hosts welcomed us warmly and immediately made us feel at home.

During our month in Tanzania we stayed here on 4 separate occasions, each time was great! The rooms were clean and spacious, some had balconies, some views of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Our December stay at Keys Hotel Mbokomu was excellent. The location is ideal for Kilimanjaro travelers, offering quick access to Moshi town and the mountain routes.

Bristol cottages is a beautiful hotel in Moshi. You will be surrounded by greenery and nature.
