Extremely disappointing. Outdoor hot spring apparently broken for months and indoor hot spring was a giant dirty hot tube with moldy tiles and no windows. Definitely has a dungeon feel to it. Rooms were old which I don't care about but it was also extremely dirty. Woman in our group walked in her room then came out and said there were cockroaches in her room. Complimentary breakfast was gross too. Would give negative stars if possible. There are 2 or 3 more modern places within 15 mins of here so stay at one of those.

Comfortable rooms and beds, very friendly staff. Free bikes to rent are great way to get around. A shirt walk to convenience stores and food stands. Also some coffee and snacks in the afternoon. Breakfast has decent choicie — though some dishes were lukewarm. The hot pool is OK — nothing too fancy and not much of a view. For the price a good value.

I enjoyed it. It's not super fancy, or particularly nice, but there is Wi-Fi + breakfast. The pools/hot springs are okay, and their showers are also supplied with the hot spring water. You can also cook your own eggs in water (out front).

Clean fresh hotel based on Japanese decor with all the modern amenities. Buffet breakfast was very good and if your into natural hot baths (strong sulphur smell) it can be enjoyed in your room or in the public pool. Restaurants are within walking distance and we had dinner at a local aboriginal restaurant. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I would like to go back.
