This is a nice and clean hotel, but there’s a lack of scrutiny as of cleaning. There are stains in several obvious spots and the balcony is dirty with spiders, insects crawling around our top floor suite. Even though there are several downsides, the room is big and well designed, very modern and 5 Star like. But overall this hotel only deserves a 4 Star. Hotel has a rooftop onsen, massage services, and nicely outfitted rooms. Had no real issues, the staff are helpful, friendly and earnest. Only some minor incidents when communication in English broke down. The room slippers are great.
