We were met and greeted straight away by the receptionist who came out and helped us with the luggage as soon as our taxi arrived.

Spending 3 weeks here. A bit expensive, but hey we got 2 bedrooms and a living room. Location is super convenient. Got a great park nearby. Good value!

So far in my experience, other guests were very quiet and considerate so my sleep was uninterrupted.

Six years of good stays with Japanese bath, good breakfast, kind staff, private rooms at hostel prices. Kind staff have been flexible about changed dates too!

The location is excellent! Central and convenient, with easy access to different MRT stations, food options, and shopping areas. It made getting around Taipei extremely effortless.

House keeping was great. Hotel facilities were top notch. Decent buffet breakfast spread. In-room dining was speedy. Room was modern and clean.

More like a self service hostel. Situated on the 5th floor of a rather aged residential building. Two lifts serving the building which are relatively clean.

The hotel is in a good location that is easy to find and the staffs are very friendly.
Rooms are clean as well.

We recently stayed at Jasper Young Hotel Banqiao and it was a great experience overall. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, with clean and well-maintained rooms.

The hotel is in an excellent location not far from the MRT or Taiwan railway station Shongshan which lets you easily access Taipei or towards Ruifang or Shifen station.

I booked a double room (not the dormitory room). Location is perfect for my needs. Room is wide and clean. Staff reallly kind and reception is 24h open.

I had a delightful afternoon tea at Hotel Royal Beitou. The dessert set was refined and delicious, with delicate flavors, and the coffee and teas were equally enjoyable.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's conveniently situated right opposite the MRT station, making it easy to get around the city.

Always a pleasant hotel to be. The rooms are clean and very roomy. The service is very efficient and they speak English.

It is great hotel. Very good location just across the road is the Bangiao station Both bus and train stations are there. Easy to go to a lot if the tourist sites (1-3) mrt stops.

Nice high end hotel with wow factor for the room, but that is where it ends sadly. Very smooth check-in with Alan, who is very friendly and helpful, and full credits to him for impeccable service.

This hotel is the Best and really good as the Name, The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, The location is so Close with Raohe Street Night Market.

On Nov 19, 2025 I am staying at the hotel, after using the hairdryer for ten munites the hair dryer stopped.

Stayed here for the last two nights in Taiwan, and overall, it was a great experience. The service has been consistently helpful and friendly.

Our family stayed at this hotel from 30 Dec to the 3 rd of Jan 2026. We were impressed with the hotel staff, they were genuinely helpful and warm. The hotel is cozy.

Excellent service, great breakfast (it's like they had a gourmet kitchen hidden in the back), and friendly concierge.

We booked a Deluxe room for 3 nights. Our room was located on 10th floor.
— Room: Very specious. Big bed (two single beds out together. ) and comfortable mattress. Good light duvet. Quiet aircon.

The only reason I stay here is because it's within Yangmingshan National Park area, but it is still further down and far from Leishukeng Visitors Centre.

I am very not satisfy with the room condition, a lot of the floor is broken, especially the steps to 2nd floor!
It is very dangerous!

This is our second year with extended period of stay at Denizen Taipei.

I recently stayed at The Denizen for 2 months and I have to say, I’ll never be able to stay anywhere else in Taipei.
I’m often in Taipei for months at a time.

The area is not close to the main city but it is still within but a quiet one but is is actually a night market and few bars and restaurants, convenient stores downstairs so nothing lacking.

I got the room with windows which is so nice even the room is smaller than I expected but it’s ok. The first time coming into the room I think the bathroom is a little bit smelly.

Good and comfy. Small but practical design to use in every single inches in the room. Staffs are very helpful. The only concern is quite far from main station.

It was a tiny hotel but the breakfast was really good. And the location was very convenient.
