Cosy place to rest and relax. Pleasant atmosphere to have a light meal and drink coffee/tea. Value for money set meals.

Friendly pesonal, had a great stay. Rooms are a bit small.

The counter staff was friendly and welcoming, the room lights bright, the toilet is also very clean! On the first floor there are saloons, drinking fountains, very has the feeling of home, the price is not high, space is small but perfectly formed it. West Gate near the youth hostel preferred.

Very nice and friendly staff. Cozy homey atmosphere. Please keep in mind that the elevator is slow and meant for use by one party at a time and is closet size. There is communal kitchen with dishes and utensils, pantry, bathroom, laundry on the first floor. At time of this writing, 50 TWD for a load of wash or dry including detergent. Need to wash your own dishes after you are done. There are free snacks, instant drink packs (coffee, oolong tea, milk tea, green tea) as well as fruits and candy sometimes. The hostel is right across from the 228 park entrance and is close to alot of different places. There's a 24/7 7-eleven right across the street. There's also alot of food places around the hostel. In the vicinity (10 min walk), there is Ten Ren (2 of them! ), 50lan, 7-11 (multiple, like 5+), beef noodle place, Rolex, Starbucks, cafes, City provincial God Temple, National Taiwan museum, Uniqlo, Citibank, 228 museum, NTU, President's Hall, etc. The hostel is also close to 4 mrt lines, red line ntu hospital being the closest as you walk less than 5 min by cutting though 228 park. The next closest station is ximen, which connects to both the blue and green line. The furthest would be Taipei main station with access to both the blue and red line as well as the purple airport line. Right by Taipei main station is Taiwan's first mall (Shin Kong Mitsukoshi) which has a food court in the basement covering two levels. Don't expect ultra high end or spacious room.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great staff. Very helpful and communicates well in english. They readily provide maps, directions and tour info. Beds are comfortable and cleanliness is well maintained. You have to take off your shoes, keep them in a shoe shelf, and wear slippers before going upstairs. Elevator is available but is very small and slow since it was meant for the elderly. Umbrellas can be borrowed for free. Hostel is also very accessible to the bus and MRT.

Service extremely difference! Today 02/11/2018 spending a total of points out four things only, two drinks, two meals. Drinks first, then wait a while meals are not to, I'll ask the waiter, ask him to pick up the pace. Literally the best hotel :) went there for vacation and the service is great. The bad part is that there is no elevators. Idk about now because im writing this a year or 2 later.

Very helpful staff. Elevator as slow as snail mail but everything else makes up for it.

Recommend this great Sunny hotel! Very small, very small! It's really small, but!
Overall feeling, style, service attitude, comfort, cleanliness, intimate degree, convenient and not far from Taipei station, MRT distance of two minutes, near food more than the convenience store everywhere!
It's exactly 100 minutes up!.

Quadruple room (private bathroom) Three person, one night as long as 516 yuan!
Suppose really is four person cent, one night a person incredibly only 386 yuan!
Perfect for petty bourgeoisie or light travel everyone!
Really recommend! No wonder the network is rated up to 9.
4 stars is really not unreasonable! In the future, Taipei would have come here.

Location-with MRT station and Ximending very close, there is a 7-11, breakfast shop, etc. Praise. Room-Overall very clean, toilet is also very clean, beds, towels are in vain net.

If I could give it a seven-star rating, I'd have no doubt giving it! This place deserves it — the ambience is great, their staff is super-duper friendly yet professional. The food is yummy. It's spacious yet it feels cozy. It's a gem in XiMenDin… and best of all, they're not only pet friendly but they love pets from the bottom of the heart! You don't need to fly to Seattle or NY to find a nice cafe… it's right here in the city within a few steps — a place named Sunny.
