A hotel with sophisticated technology in Taipei. The staff were very helpful when I asked for an address, the staff explained and wrote it in great detail. Reaally very friendly! The rooms are clean and comfortable. High recommended! From hotel to ximen night market is also close.

Extraordinario boutique hotel in Taipei.

Deco looks fabulous. But rooms are small. Well-equipped but minimal. Service can be better. Front office lady wasn't very helpful when we asked anything. Hotel is essentially a do-it-urself kinda place. Can even call it an upscale hostel. Not for people looking for service and pampering. Beware their strict policy on 3pm check-in. We got there by 8 am and had to wander around.

Great location and nice hotel. I would have given it 5 stars but: 1. Pillow was too thick and killing my neck. I ended up using the duvet as pillow which was better than their pillows. Sigh. 1 star less. 2. The aircon draft was blowing on my head all night which was very very uncomfortable and they have no way of fixing it. Maybe the size of the room is just too small for the size of their aircon. One more star less. 3. Apart from this, we were asked to leave the lounge because we were drinking coffee bought elsewhere. Fair enough if it's their policy but just warn you to be prepared to be kicked out should you bring your own good or drink to the lounge. One more star less.

Good location, about 8 minutes walk from Airport Express Terminal and the Beiman Station. Friendly ambassadors (staffs) can offer quick and helpful answers to guide you around the city. Clean room with a big window for street view. The living room at 2/f is a good place to relax. Will stay here again next time. Btw, I enjoy the western style breakfast at the Canteen with a nice view of the city.

Great experience. Room is clean and comfortable, views are nice, staff is friendly and helpful, check in and out is smooth, area is convenient. The look of the room was quite great for the cost as well, so the value for money is high. No real complaints at all and will certainly stay here again. If I had to be super nitpicky and think of a complaint it would be that (at least in the room we stayed in) the bathroom didn't have a separate light system that I could find, meaning if you wanted lights off in the 'main' room they would be shut off in the bathroom as well. Not sure if this was just our room or I missed an option though. Additionally, the bathroom could use a hook / shelf to put things while showering. Again, not sure if this was just our room though. Anyway, minor and overall irrelevant concerns for what was overall a great stay.

By far, the best hotel I've stayed at in all of Taiwan and anywhere else in east Asia. The staff are very courteous and so helpful. The hotel common area is a great place to relax, use free computers to explore the area or check emails, and drink some fresh coffee or an adult beverage with visitors from around the world. The rooms are absolutely fantastic. Huge bed, remote control to operate EVERYTHING, giant window to view the city, and so comfortable! I will look for Citizen M hotels for future travel, everywhere I go. The best hotel for a very good price!
