Old Door Hostel & Bar Hostel

Such a great hostel, friendly & helpful hosts, the breakfast is incredible — it's the tastiest hostel breakfast we've ever had, the Taiwanese milk tea is superb, the beds are comfy and come with a curtain for privacy, a safe for valuables, and charging sockets, they have a bar with awesome and reasonably priced Taiwanese beer. Long story short,!

Great backpacking brigade, perfect for business backpackers, the first floor bar can drink a few drinks in the evening, the boss and the boss lady very nice, there are a lot of boss's collection and their clever thinking in it.

This place is great. I spent four nights here. The couple that own the hostel, Alice and Hank, are friendly and extremely helpful. They both speak english. The hostel is exceptionally clean, and quiet at night time. Each dormitory bed has a small safe for personal belongings, a privacy curtain, electricity outlets and a reading light. The hostel is conveniently located only minutes away from Taipei Main Station. This station has the Airport MRT line, along with the Red and Blue MRT lines. It's also within walking distance (1km) of the Ningxia night market, which is a great place to go for street food. EDIT: Oh, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. :)

I had an extremely pleasant stay. The owners, a young couple, speak English as well as Mandarin. They were friendly and very helpful, offering lots of advice about tourist attractions and travelling around the city. The breakfast they cooked each day was also delicious. The hostel is very clean, new, and in immaculate condition. All beds in the dormitory have electricity, a reading light, a privacy curtain, and a small safe for personal belongings. The location, a few minutes walk from Taipei main station, is quite convenient.

Inadvertently walked into the hotel quiet atmosphere let me particularly like ✨ in the railway station rarely have a place to sit down to rest the boss of the Good ٩ (˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́ و~ will ask the teapot for hot water and special salted egg malt.
