Hotel guests have to change their shoes to hotel slippers and lock them at level 1 locker before going to the room. This hotel has 9 levels but only has 1 tiny elevator. Breakfast dine in is located at level 9 between 8.30am to 10.30am. However cleaning crew begin cleaning at this timing, using the lift together with the guests. Often guest have to wait for a few times for the elevator.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The services you want can also be processed immediately. But here are shampoo shower milk and facial cleanser, but no moisturizing milk. No makeup mirror, hair dryer is fixed in the bathroom, makeup and finishing hair is not very convenient.

The hotel has nice decor and is clean and there are bathrooms on each floor which are well laid out. The dormitory rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. The common room is spacious with many tables and includes a mini open kitchen. You can store your own food in the fridge and they provide stickers for you to put on the packaging so others are less likely to steal your food. A very basic free breakfast is offered every morning from 8:30-10:30am. You either bring your own toiletries or you can buy them at an extra cost. Only complaint is that on some nights some guests were really loud in the corridors even though it was nearly midnight. I'm not sure how often this happens but maybe emphasise to guests that they should be quiet when it's late. It was overall a very satisfying stay!

First stay in the backpack room, the overall sense of service attitude is very good, but staying is a mixed room, the upper bunk is a bit hard, be careful. Rooms are clean and tidy, shared bathrooms are great, friendship Hall is also very attentive in the decoration.

Great hostel. Very clean and quiet. Personal lockers in the dorm rooms fit a 65L backpack and still have room left. Cabins are big enough for a 180cm person. Friendly desk staff who gave me good advice on the local night markets.

Modern Hotel/Hostel nearby Taichung railway station. Staff was friendly, rooms and shared bathrooms were clean. Simple, western style breakfast included. Only check in time was a little late with 5pm. still would definitely recommend to stay here.

One of the better hostels in Taichung. The dorm rooms have capsule styled beds with curtains, meaning the beds won't rock when room mates climbs to their beds, and the privacy is pretty good. Living areas are quite spacious and functional. For men please request rooms on the 8th floor, as its close to the men's shower areas. Ladies please request 7th for the same reasons.

Compared with the room price on Sat, I think I have better choice than kiwi express. I smell some smoke in my room. However, I have to say their staff are very kind and willing to suggest attraction to tourist.
