I liked the vibe of the Japanese style room and the spacious living-room area with the one piece window. The service was very nice and the dinner (set menu) was great.

I stayed this hotel for 2 days. The service is. Excellent. The view and amenity are very good. I broke my eye glasses before staying at the hotel. The staff from reception is very helpful.

The location was perfect, there were many facilities in the hotel itself and also nearby food places. Room was very comfortable and amenities were good effort as well.

Lovely hotel in a marvelous part of Eastern Taiwan. Great spot from which to explore this beautiful part of the island. Totally comfortable, clean and with lovely, lovely professional staff.

My parents grew up in Yilan and immigrated to Canada, where I was raised. Whenever we return to visit their hometown, we always come to stay at this hotel.

The public hot spring pool has somw really nice facillities, and the breakfast served is also pretty good.

All rooms come with private onsen. Rooms are very basic but the private onsen is good. Housekeeping needs some improvement.
Public baths is pretty standard.

Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I chose this hotel because I wanted to soak in a hot spring together.

Location: walk 2 min to bus center, 5 min to train station, and 7 min to hotspring night market.
Rooms: cleaned properly, with a deep stone soaking tub with hotspring water, and good Wi-Fi.

Overall, this is a very well-located hotel with a great spa/hot spring on property and is good value. Highly recommend.

It's not cheap, but you do get a lot for it. Located in central Jiaoxi, the rooms and services are very good, and the Hot Spring Baths excellent with lots of different choices!

Rooms are super small.
It is an old hot springs hotel.

We were inside our room packing at 8am when the earthquake started. Whilst wobbling a lot, there was no damage.

As soon as we stepped out of the car when we arrived at the hotel, the porter was waiting to help with our luggage. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, prompt and attentive.

This is one of the top-notch hotels in I-Lan not only because of its high-end rooms but also because of its wide variety of spa facilities and hot spring.

Nice rooms for 3 people, which helps that is divided nicely into a two person room and the futon side.

The room is big for a family of 4, each with their own bed, as well as a inbuilt hot spring onsen pool in the privacy of my room.

We booked a family room which was a loft type setting on the second floor.

Very good location as it sits near the street with many local delicacies. It is also close to the TRA and jiaoxi transfer station, making it easy for tourists with luggage to reach.
