The room was beautifully designed with a simple, calming style that I really loved.

Very good service, value for money. The reception staff brought us to our room and show us around. All snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary.

Had a lovely experience of chatting to interns Edelle and Karylle during happy hour. They were the most accommodating and always great to feel welcome in a high quality hotel.

Stayed from 23rd — 25th and our room was upgraded during check in. The hotel was absolutely amazing! It’s got everything you can ask for and more.

I picked this hotel because it’s one of the newer ones and there’s a hot tub in the room. Before booking, I emailed the hotel and confirmed the hot tubs in the room run hot spring water.

What a special place! It is remote and looks really cool. The rooms are very nice as well and they was basically nothing to complain.

I really recommend traveler to stay in here. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable. The room is big. If you bring family, the kids can play around. The owner is very kind and friendly.

Child-friendly onsen hotel with facilities for kids to play and dine with. Also providing check-in snacks and evening snacks for guest is a bonus. Rooms are good size and well equipped.

I am just extremely grateful to the staff of Pin Hotel for making effort to help look for my child's baby pillow.

The room and bed is very spacious! Things are clean and the toilet has everything you need. With the onsen, you can just relax in your room.
Staff also showed a decent level of hospitality!

My parents grew up in Yilan and immigrated to Canada, where I was raised. Whenever we return to visit their hometown, we always come to stay at this hotel.

The public hot spring pool has somw really nice facillities, and the breakfast served is also pretty good.

All rooms come with private onsen. Rooms are very basic but the private onsen is good. Housekeeping needs some improvement.
Public baths is pretty standard.

Loved my stay at Hsing Fu! I spent a night there a few weeks ago for a solo birthday getaway. The staff were very kind and made my stay very memorable. The bathroom was very modern and gorgeous.

The hotel is so beautiful and so nice and well designed and maintained.
It serves free Afternoon Tea and it’s great and delicious to enjoy.
The breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00am.

It's an amazing gateaway with friends and family to this beautiful property! Nice location, interior and surroundings. Complementary snacks and breakfast were super good, and we felt like at home.
